Why would you order there and wait there while it's being made when you can order ahead and just pick it up. It's awesome. I would not sit there and wait for a pizza that isn't even cooked!

Take and bake has never really let me down to be honest. Good variety of pizza ,cheese bread etc etc. Usually am in and out in 10 minutes give or take on a regular day which is a big plus.

I love papa Murphy's because you can adjust the cooking time in case you like a crunchy more well done pizza and the ingredients are always fresh tasting, not to mention they always have my orders ready ahead of time.

Take and Bake at your own home at your convenience when you want it to be made and it's not frozen it's always fresh and you can cook it to your preference as far as how crispy that you like your crust, and the prices can't be beat. And the fact that they make it right in front of your face you can see them add every ingredient to just make sure that your pizza is exactly how you want it.... And they accommodate two lot of people's tastes...... I just wish that there was more than one storefront for Papa Murphy's. My preference would be to buy pizza from Papa Murphy's rather than any other pizza place or delivery place Papa Murphy's rocks.

No other pizza at home can beat this. WAY better than frozen grocery store pizzas…more toppings, more evenly distributed, and better flavor, for sure. And you can’t get an already cooked pizza and bring it home and eat it hot unless you eat when you take your hat off right when you get home. With these folks pizzas, you get to eat it hot and fresh from the oven. Great ingredients, evenly distributed, and plenty of them. Once you have Papa M’s pizza’s, no other “eat at home” pizza will tow the line!

Great local take and bake pizza store/shop in Salinas. I have ordered online and in person and both experiences have been awesome. The customer service is supreme and the quality of the food is excellent. I use this restaurant at least once a week to supplement my meal planning for the week. You can also buy drinks and deserts to add to your meals.

Amazing customer service! Great tasting pizza AND they even help you make a vegan pizza! But if vegan is not your preference then the Hawaiian or the Chicken bacon are BOMB!

I miss Papa Murphys. All the ones within a reasonable distance from me closed. We were in Salinas so we picked a a pizza. We were very happy. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is the building could be in better condition.

Hot lady made my pizza and It was delicious. I highly recommend this place if you're into raw pizza. They have the best selection of fresh toppings and they make them before you get there.

The owner/manager was the problem with my visit. She was not friendly and rude to her employees. This store puts out the worst papa murphys product I've ever bought. Product Misrepresentation and Quality On 10/17/25 I placed an online order for a Chicago Style Stuffed Pizza. The pizza received was significantly below quality standards and did not meet the definition of a Chicago-style stuffed pizza as advertised. The pizza was excessively skimpy, and the meat toppings were incorrectly placed on top of the cheese layer, rather than being "stuffed" between the layers of dough, which is the defining characteristic of this product style. This is a clear case of product misrepresentation and poor value for a $25 family-sized pizza. Unacceptable Customer Service: Upon discovering the error, I contacted the store to request a refund or a replacement order. The interaction with the employee was highly unsatisfactory and only compounded the initial issue: 1. Contradictory Information: When I explained that the toppings were incorrectly placed on top (not "stuffed"), the employee dismissively stated that "everyone does the pizzas different" and that placing toppings on the bottom or top is a matter of preference, directly contradicting the established preparation protocol for a stuffed pizza. 2. Refusal of Service Recovery: The employee refused any resolution (refund or remake) based on the claim that some of the pizza had already been consumed (four slices), despite the error being a fundamental product defect, not a preference issue. 3. Manager Evasion: When I requested to speak with a manager, the employee instructed me to call back on Monday, offering no immediate path to resolution, even after I offered to drive across town to show the defective product. 4. Rude Conduct: The employee was rude and ultimately hung up the call when I asked for their name. Call for Corrective Action: To Devin, the person that was said to be the manager: The service failure demonstrates a critical need for proper staff training in two key areas: customer service etiquette and accurate pizza preparation protocols, especially for specialty items like the Chicago Style Stuffed Pizza. The $25 charge for a product that was neither stuffed nor high-quality is unacceptable. I require a full refund or a credit for a correctly prepared replacement pizza. I will be escalating this matter to the corporate office to ensure proper training and quality control are implemented immediately. The decline in product quality and service is disappointing and needs urgent attention. Leaving pictures of the product I received, vs what the actual pizza should look like. You be the judge and tell me if I am overreacting. I hope the issue is resolved quickly.

Considering we live in The Heart of The Salad Bowl- this is just flat out disrespectful and a complete rip off! I went there to get a salad because I am supposed to eat more greens.. this is what they gave me.. if I didn’t live clear across town and wasn’t so tired I would have gone back and demanded a refund. I hate stuff like this because it always makes me wonder how many people that don’t know how to use resources like this to let wrong doing be known- are getting served crap like this and have no one to defend them and demand they get at least what they pay for.. I’m so disgusted with the decline in quality everywhere- it’s pathetic!

The cashier should have mentioned to me that they were raw pizzas after I asked how long the pizza would take, and I added "15 to 20 mins?" If you're a tourist, staying at a hotel... STAY AWAY! Go next door and grab a burrito from SUPER POLLO place. Murphy's should add "Take and Bake" to their main sign.

The cashier should have mentioned to me that they were raw pizzas after I asked how long the pizza would take, and I added "15 to 20 mins?" If you're a tourist, staying at a hotel... STAY AWAY! Go next door and grab a burrito from SUPER POLLO place. Murphy's should add "Take and Bake" to their main sign.
