The food was Greate but the service was taking a long time. I would recommend to come to I hope
Quick friendly service. For my first time trying IHOP, it was well worth it. I had an omelette (don't remember which one), very delicious but I didn't care for the hash browns. Good variety of menu items.
Good clean location of the chain restaurant known for it's breakfast menu. I don't live in the area, but pass through often and have stopped here a couple of times. Enjoy their menu, always something good with their specials. My family loves to do breakfast for dinner sometimes and this is the spot for that.
Food was excelent and a good portion we even take some home , service was great
Wait time was not long at all, especially given it was the Sunday after graduations. But waitress was very pleasant, nice, and attentive. Food ordered was perfect, no mistakes.
We had been one time before to the IHOP in Salinas, Ca and then they had a fire. This was our first time back in a while. The waitress was very accommodating. Our food was brought out quickly hot and fresh and we were very happy with our meal.
Rooti Tootie Fresh n Fruity. With 50/50 bacon n sausage! Need I say More? Always my favorite diner for breakfast. Fast clean friendly service.
🥞 IHOP: Where Breakfast Dreams Stack Up 🍳 Food: Fluffy pancakes 🥞, sizzling bacon 🥓, and omelets that try their best to impress 🍳. The menu’s got range—from sweet tooth cravings 🍰 to savory bites 🍔. But consistency? 🤷♂️ Hit or miss. ⏳ Service: Sometimes you’re greeted with a smile 😊 and served like royalty 👑. Other times… you might feel like you’ve entered a time warp ⌛ waiting for toast that arrives colder than your ex’s heart 🧊💔. 🪑 Atmosphere: Cozy booths, syrup stations galore 🍯, and that unmistakable IHOP vibe—half diner, half pancake chapel 🙏. 💸 Value: Affordable-ish 💵, especially if you catch a promo or bring coupons 🎟️. Just double-check they’ll actually honor them 😬. 🌟 Overall: IHOP is like that friend who’s fun at brunch but sometimes forgets your birthday. When it’s good, it’s really good 😋. When it’s not… well, there’s always frozen waffles at home 🧇.
The food was amazing, the staff was extremely nice, and the atmosphere was calm, it was my first time eating here as well! (The staff whom served us was named Amy, she was extremely nice!)
1st time there. A little pricey. Food looks freshly made and delicious. Would go for special occasions. My son heard about their hamburgers and wanted to try it for lunch. We both liked our food. I had a wrap and a homemade hashbrown. That wrap was so big that i took the other half of the wrap home.
You know I'm here all these years since the 80s I thought this place was closed like permanently closed why because you never saw any type of light or people inside as you drove by. It was only last week when my friend proved by taking me there to show me it was open that I believed her. Honestly you either need to put a neon sign on the outside of the IHOP that is facing horizontally the street or horizontally that it faces Sonic so people know you're open
This IHOP was great they give free stacks to college students on Sundays
Our waitress was sooooo nice! Super attentive without being annoying. The table was clean. Food was delicious! Way too much for me but I love leftovers!
Great service and pancakes we perfect. Quickly got our food and the restroom was very clean. Would highly recommend.
I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. This is always our family's go-to breakfast place. This place is always packed on the weekends so please beware of that. Wait time is usually 15-25 mins but it's honestly worth the wait. During the week it's usually a lot more calm but the service is always great regardless. No complaints about the food ever. Their crapes are great and so are their omelettes. Also they have the best coffee ever! It's strong enough to wake you up but never bitter. Prices are reasonable, never too expensive and very filling.
Delicious, homestyle breakfast. Attractive staff. $15 per person. Why go anywhere else?
We’ve been coming here for 7 years. Always great food, awesome customer service.
Alex the assistant manager was awesome, we felt welcomed the moment we walked in and acknowledged. Guadalupe our server was amazing ,had a smile on her face each time she checked on us , everything we asked for she brought to our table .service overall was 10/10 .food on point !!!!
Me and my wife we went there last night and we had two pancakes and eggs bacon and potatoes they're really really screaming good at a coffee and tea and the waitress at that restaurant was really she was a wonderful lady respected courteous
I went to iHop for the first and only time when I was 10-11 with my parents. I remember having some sort of steak and eggs dish, and was absolutely flabbergasted by how good that meal was. Nearly 16 years later, I came back, hoping to relive that experience. I was a bit nervous, that my expectations were too high, and that I’ve created an unrealistic standard because of how great that first meal was. I was wrong for doubting iHop. The sirloin steak and eggs was as delicious the first time I ever had it. I can’t recommend it enough! Keep in mind that even for a brunch place, the coffee is NOT included.
A friend and I met there the day before Easter and we expected to wait a long time to be seated. Fortunately for us we got there early enough to beat the rush! Our waitress was fast, friendly and spent time explaining the menu items. I enjoyed the meal and have no complaints at all about the service
I love the waitress her name was Leslie she was very sweet and always with a smile the food was great as well and didn't take long

Good place to come for good food. We come for breakfast often. Good service too. Kids are welcomed here. Good choices for the little ones.
Oh my gosh, I am so addicted to this Salad every time I step my foot in this restaurant. I haven't found any other restaurant that has a great price or large portion.
Food was good. Service was nice. Good food and good service. Had a great breakfast. I had the ham omelette seven dollar deal.
Came in for breakfast with my family and the kiddos loved it! This is our go to every Saturday, the food is great and the staff is always friendly.

It's IHOP. The food was solid. The POTM were Orange Cream, which were pretty tasty. Service was pretty good, even though the restaurant was full.
Always the salad is great, they have substituted the greens in the salad with romaine understandably trying to keep costs down due to the lack of people coming in. Lunch was a 5 I rated it overall with a 4 star because it seems it takes longer than the time stated when it would be done.
Standard IHOP location, pretty spacious and convenient. Food is good, and plenty of menu choices. What seems to vary greatly at this location is the staff. I went one afternoon and the place was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Came back two mornings later, and my table and seats were filthy, and even with the place almost empty I had to wait over 20 minutes to put my order in, after calling the waitress several times asking to order. It's a shame, because the place would be nice and the pancakes are good.
Our experience was a good one. The restaurant was clean and looked like it had been remodeled. We were seated right away and our Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Our orders came up really fast and both were really good. The waitress checked on us often. I would definitely go back to that IHOP again
Things have changed! It used to be slow service and cold food. They have revitalized their menu and their customer service expectations. Smiles all around and excellent food. I am very pleased. Knocked down 1 star because they need something to stay humble and keep working toward a 5 star rating.
I usually go for the sweet cream and fruit dishes , But today I opted for something more savory. My chicken fried steak and eggs were very good. While the steak was a little gristly, the taste was excellent, and the eggs, supposed to be over medium, were over well with uncooked whites (I don't know how they did that) I still give the restaurant and meal 4 stars. The reason for this is the awesome biscuits and gravy and hash browns. I also included in this list the very good Chmomeal tea--moreover, the service was excellent and the wait time was very short. Also, important to me, none of the food was over salted. Finally, the restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms, and the atmosphere was up beat. Everyone, including the children seem to be enjoying themselves. So when you come, don't forget to try the biscuits and gravy.
My Server was very nice and provided excellent service throughout my dinner breakfast order.General Mgr. Marcus has a good positive team working environment...I do eat here 3 times per month because of the service and food preparation.
No baby changing station. No WI fi . The remodel looks good. Long wait time, no matter what time of day or day of the week which I don't understand... The waitress or waiters are hit or miss on service each time I come here.. The food for most part comes promptly and warm like I ordered. The manager tries to correct issues, but if the wait staff was good enough he wouldn't have to come out to apologize.. High stars because I enjoy the food, it's pretty well made and this IHOP is kept pretty clean.
They took a while for our food to come out. My order did not come out complete, I had to wait another 5-10 minutes while my family ate.
Place was nice and clean our server was not friendly and did not come back to check on us to see if we needed anything once we got our food. Food was really good just wish our server would have came back to check on us to see if we needed a refill or anything else but she did not
Wanted too see the fuzz about the burgers, and gotta say, not bad, service was great, felt forgotten but due to some of the staff going on breaks or lunch, but didnt bother much, apologetic staff, in which i understood, overall alot better to go in the afternoon then early morning for sures!
This IHOP seems like it'd get the most business on the weekends. Was pretty empty, which was great cuz it made for fast service and quiet to go over my lines. Very kind folks. Wonderful wait staff. It was a touch pricey especially for getting appetizers, buy hey, Salinas. Am I'right!?!
Very clean, the decor was pleasant. I had a server name Sara, She was amazing and attentive. Everyone was friendly. Which is nice surprise. Compare to other locations.
I really, really, REALLY wanted to give 5 stars but... (And least don't use the cliche, "It's like that everywhere now.") The cost are simply too high; way overpriced for the type of items. Great staff, wonderful service, kind help. Just couldn't get over the fact of meals of 2 eggs, a couple of thin bacon sticks, and simple pancakes starting at @ $18. Breakfast for two of us came to about $40. Again loved the people and atmosphere, and the food tasted good. Too pricey, in our opinion.
The wait wasn’t long here but it was still very busy. It took almost 5 minutes to have a waitress to ask what we’d like to drink. The ice tea tasted gross. The food was okay. The pancakes were the best thing out of my whole order. I got the cowboy scramble and probably won’t order it again. Got my son the Halloween pancake and absolutely he loved them. Employees are nice so bonus star 🌟
Most IHops are fairly typical of one another, so what differentiates this one from all the others? First, the modernly decorated restaurant is clean. Second, personnel went out of their way to find our family a comfortable booth/table in which to have our meal. We were reseated twice before finding a comfortable table. Staff were kind and polite and patient. Our food came hot and fresh. My wonderful omelet was tasty and cooked perfectly. All the other meals were, likewise, cooked perfectly. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The restaurant has handicapped access; handicapped parking is available near the restaurant's entrance.
Great place to have some extremely good and filling breakfast or, like in my case, a well deserved meal after a long day of driving. Pancakes are nice and fluffy and I enjoy their "main dishes" quite a bit as well. Obviously, this is not a "gourmet" proposition by any means but the food is tasty and the price is right. The fact that you can have breakfast food all day makes it a great pick for me. Staff was very friendly and service was quite fast.
Cleanliness is a problem in this location. The front door had a bag wrapped around it to stay open. The seats that are not used often(waiting seats) and are dusty. The tray of creamer still had garb…
Fast. Great taste and consistent! Great staff. \nPlace was very clean. Didn't have to wait long even though it looked packed.
-1 star due to bad service from Server Yadira O. Never refilled our drinks once . -1 start had to ask front counter for bill . service was lazy . food overall was great . should have been a red flag when asked if they had a particular item and was responded with no and you can go somewhere else if you like.
Good food, but they did skimp me out on my bacon and the staff is a little lazy (reason for the 3 star). Why offer curb side pick up just to take the sign down literally minutes before I am suppose to pick up ( I was waiting in the parking lot). Go in to get my food and they are all standing around cracking jokes. Next time we will just make out own food.
When we first got there it was almost full maybe 3 or 4 tables unoccupied. The service was fast at first we got our food in about 10 to 15 minutes. The problem lies in having to wait 25 minutes for a coke refill while you see the same waitress that you asked for the refill run around the restaurant. It was also not good that when we went to pay there was three people doing nothing but talking near the register. Also they called our waitress to charge us. Oh also if your thinking of going at around 1pm and ahead bring your card they don't accept cash.
Staff was friendly but there were too many mistakes. Food was served without silverware. No syrup for the cold pancakes and waffles, no dipping sauce for the chicken strips. We paid for our food and then found another place to eat. Without the understandable limitations caused by the pandemic, I would have rated this place a one star, but I will rate it a three because communicating might have made a difference.
We got seated pretty quickly and our drinks were brought to our table within 5 minutes of ordering them. But our food took about 30 minutes to get to our tables. The crepes are good but they can really work on their waitresses.
The prices were high. Long wait time on a weekday. We usually go to Denny's or another fast food restaurant. Thought IHOP would be a nice change, understanding they are held to a higher standard. I didn't think the food was worth my time waiting or the price charged. I will probably never go back to any IHOP restaurants.
A large chain diner, like Denny's. Menu features the usual simple diner breakfast choices: pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc in various combinations. One of us ordered the chicken fried steak, which was pretty good. There is a senior menu, and there were a small number of 'slim fit' choices. Egg whites could be substituted for eggs. Portions were pretty large, with relatively low prices. The location we were at was nearly completely full on a Friday morning, so overall service was slow. We had to remind the server to bring some of the parts of our order. Lower prices plus simple choices make it a good place for families with kids. However, since animal products abounded, vegatarians and vegans should avoid
29yrs since I've been to an IHOP [ boy what a change.] The bus boys were so courteous and helpful. I wish I could say the same for any other help. Extremely busy on a Sunday , I advise any other day. Quality of food was poor! Price .. NOT BUDGET FRIENDLY WHATSOEVER EVEN ON SENIOR DISCOUNT$$$$ 😕
Weekends always packed and wait is atleast 30 mins. Food comes out quick and for the most part is delicious. Pancakes leave a lot to be desired. It's hit and miss with them sometimes they are undercooked and gross other times they are fluffy and made right. Average place can be noisy on the weekends.
Was what a ihop should be but also lived to its status of slow service. Was the only one in the restaurant and it took 5+mins to get seated. I had to make noise to make sure they heard me. Food was somewhat slow to be made. And service didn’t give me a napkin at all.
This is the second time I've been there in a couple of months. The service is slow, the waiters acknowledge you, then only return if you flag them down. Today, I placed an online order and was told there was a 4 minute wait after I arrived. 10 minutes later, I decided to ask about my order. The food was prepared and it sat behind the counter next to a waitress doing nothing. No care or concern that I was sitting and waiting occupying a table that received no service.

T-Bone steak on hit! Amy was a awesome. Will also recommend the orange juice. Steep but fresh and tasty!
Food and coffee is a lot better than Denny's. Love that they serve French Vanilla and Hazelnut creamer. Remodel is stunning, however, sooo disappointed they still don't have a baby changing table, it's a "family" establishment. Hate having to change my baby on the floor, thank goodness I always carry his blanket with me.
Not the staff fault, but service was very slow. After waiting almost 40 minutes to get my breakfast, my omelet was cold. Probably not fair to critique during covid but if you're looking for something faster and a warm plate, maybe wait till after covid to go to this ihop
Bacon was low quality. Overall breakfast food was same. I'm sure trying to lower food costs so can keep menu prices down. Service lady was excellent.
Food is not as good as it used to be. Service is OK. And a side of bacon is $4 for 2 pieces? Way over priced. Pancakes were under cooked. No flavor to the hash browns at all. And it took 20 minutes to get ketchup after we got our food. Won't come back.
It looks relatively new. The restaurant is nice, and the food is fine, but the price is high. Expect to pay $50 - $60 on a dinner for two (and we are talking about nachos and omlets, nothing fancy)
Went to this place for a quick stop over to grab a bit when traveling on US 101. The service time is really a pain. The food was okay-ish to help me with my hunger on the long drive. The Steak was terrible though. I ordered medium rare and it didn't seem like rare even. I had to put a lot of force to pull the meat out of the T-bone. Didn't like it. The garden veggie omlette had no "vegies" except some stale broccoli.
I ordered delivery through DoorDash. The delivery driver did a fine job. They arrived a few minutes early and I was watching them on the map. They didn't seem to hang out or waste time in bringing me my food and it was inside a warm bag, so kudos to them. They did a good job. However, when my omelette and pancakes arrived and were barely warm to the touch, I wasn't particularly happy. I get that food won't be as hot when delivered as when you order in the restaurant, but this wasn't warm enough. Probably due at least in part to their thin, cheap, plastic take out containers. No insulation whatsoever. It's pretty sad, especially given I paid $30 for it including delivery fees. The part that really irritated me, though, was the amount of butter and syrup they sent. I got three full-size pancakes from them and they sent one thing of syrup and one pad of butter. One. For three pancakes. You might as well not send any at all at that point, IHOP. That's barely enough butter for a single pancake. Personally, I would like even more than that for a single pancake, but regardless it was FAR LESS butter than you'd get while ordering in the restaurant. Why am I paying the same price for a lesser product just because it's delivery? Both of these issues put together mean I'll never be ordering from that IHOP again. Terrible first impression. The only reason they don't get 1 Star is because the food did actually taste good, outside of not being warm enough.
I went in a few days ago to have a lil some'm for dinner (even though it's more of a breakfast place). It was about 8:30pm, being I saw the place had a lot of room for dining in while passing by and all other more popular places having a 1-1.5 hour wait time, we stopped in. Although menu was limited as to what you can call a dinner plate or have for dinner, was ok, already knew what I wanted, the Spicy Poblano omelette. The omelette had all the ingredients but the meat portion was a bit lacking. I want to say that I liked the dish.. A bit hard to remember because the wait was torturous. The place was sooo (dined in) cold, a second exit door from the kitchen was open and the AC was on. Try speaking to the staff about the AC but, they said they couldn't help as they weren't allowed to adjust temperature and manager had gone home. Maybe I'll go back one of these days on a very warm morning or midday, maybe.
My first time visiting this establishment and probably the last. Wasn't too impressed with the food quality or the menu selection. Customer service was good but that's about the only thing. I ordered a BLT and all I tasted was bread. Thumbs down for me
We liked the modern interior compared to that of other IHOPs. Unfortunately the service was indifferent to non-existent. It took 10 minutes just to be seated despite many available tables. All waitresses were hiding in the kitchen avoiding customer contact and had to be begged to take the order and get occasional refills. Even getting the check took effort. The manager could be seen on several occasions counting money at the cash register but he never turned around to monitor his operation and address its shortcomings.
We were seated quickly and the server was nice, but it took forever for our food to come and we already knew when it came it was going to be cold. There was hardly anyone in the place and we know about how long it takes to make our order. We saw our server in the reflection of the glass in the back talking on her cell phone forever. As soon as she got off the phone she got our food immediately, so it was certainly done and sitting there getting cold while she was on the phone. She actually had the nerve to say “careful with the pancakes they’re hot”. Probably just because she always says it, they weren’t. Everything was cold. Eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, pancakes and french toast, all of it.
The food was alot cold. The restaurant was very full but there was tons of staff. Even then it was hard to catch their attention. Even when I asked for water I seen the same wait person 4 to 5 times and still got nothing. Had to get up and find my own to go box. Overall not a great place to feel good. 88$ for 3 breakfast entrees. A little pricey for the minimal plate I received.
An ok experience. Server I had was checking on me a little too much. Would appreciate a server that wouldn’t always check on me and make me feel rushed. The food was alright not anything special. After eating there I felt a little queasy. Like if the food didn’t sit right with me. I rate it a 4/10. Would I go regularly? No. But if it’s there then yeah. I would much rather go to Denny’s.
Came in this morning, was greeted upon arrival, seated. We ordered our drinks and took our time looking through the menu. Finally we ordered.... Then we NEVER saw our waitress again. Time passes an…
We sat down waited for 20 minutes still NO service. Then we flagged a server down and she told us she would go find our server. She came back 5 minutes later and said " I guess I'll just take your order and give it to your server when ever they come back " needless to say we got up and left... Horrible service table was not cleaned completely. Disappointing all around .
Friendly service. But was served chicken quessadilla, after specifically saying need vegetarian and specifying what filling was yo be. They took it back, apologized, but i had lost my appetite. Will not go to IHOP ever.
In a time where we have a potentially dangerous virus running around, cleanliness is highly important. We sat down and got drinks. My wife gets a glass with lipstick on it. I also got a napkin with lipstick on it. ReallyI?? Not happy. This is serious and they aren't following through with cleanup. When I brought it to their attention, they shrugged it off.
My waiter told me that the deal they had where the kids eat free with a paid adult ended a month prior. Then I see a commerical saying how kids eat free with a paid adult two days later. He forgot about my sons order completely and my water with a lemon. He brought me my bill that didnt have my sons order and when I went to pay, the bill was higher because it had my sons order on it. When I asked why there was a difference he said "Oh it's because I forgot to put the last order on the bill I brought you".Maybe if I had a component waiter I would've had a better experience.
This place is terrible. Their restrooms were completely disgusting. My daughter politely asked if they could clean the restroom so she could go pee because there was urine and feces all over the seat and they never did. Their food was also terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere
My family and I stopped here after a beautiful weekend in Monterey. Seating the 9 of us was pretty fast, considering our large party. That's when the Shenanigans began! They took our drunk orders. We asked for glasses of water for all. The drinks came and "some" glasses of water. They only brought 4 waters. Then, they ran out of straws. I hate drinking straight from a glass. As we sat, we waited and watched as other parties were seated after us and served their food, ate, and left. And we still waited. We were blown away watching in amusement how fast the bussers cleared the tables. Twice, we watched customers get up briefly to run to the restroom. They either covered their food with napkins or left personal items at the table to indicate they were coming back. By the time they returned to continue eating their food, they returned to a clean table. The customers were so upset; they complained and got fresh meals. Surprisingly, they were also served before us. An hour and 20 minutes later, we are still waiting for our food. Finally, 93 minutes later, they start coming out with our orders, 2 at a time. Some food was ice cold. Some food was piping hot, and some was prepared totally wrong. The upsetting wait time was a huge inconvenience. But the one thing that sent us into emotional Hangry tantrums was the fact that our waitress did not come over one time in the whole 93 minutes to check on us, see if we needed anything, bring the remaining waters, give us an update on our orders or apologize for the long wait. Customer service was the worst. The food was subpar. When we decided we'd had enough of IHOP, we sarcastically asked the waitress to split the checks 5 ways according to orders. She slamdunked that request and returned with our checks in record time - less than 5 mins. I'll admit that it's not every day that I take weekend trips to Monterey. It's also highly unlikely that I'll ever return to this IHOP. Just a word to the wise, if you have a party more than 4 people, choose somewhere else to go.
Asked for fresh decaf, got old coffee. Ordered scramble eggs and toast. Had to request my toast twice. Finally arrived after I finished my eggs. I refused to pay for such poor service. No tip either!!
If I could put a 1/2 a star I would; very updating hospitality. No words can express the hospitality, tried giving the whole experience a chance from start to finish, would never recommend coming to this establishment. Food great, waitress really did try to be Hospital in the end. Only after addressing the problem, suggestion New Management!
This place is typically known for the International house of pancakes more like the International house of disappointment.. I went about 2 weeks ago I ordered pancakes the pancakes were not cooked all the way I also ordered water the server took forever to ask me if I wanted a refill my hash Browns were Undercooked it was not a good experience. I refused to tip them when they asked how much I wanted to tip and either way they took that tip from my card Very disappointed and will not return
My bf and I happened to be in salinas on a Monday. We got hungry and decided to take him here bc he had never been here to eat. I was excited for him to try the pancakes 🥞. Story short, our food looked like this person hates his job or just didn't care what and how it looked. Our food tastes starchy, and the strawberry isn't freshly served, and the whip cream was all over the place. I think they need to hire people who are approachable and not look unhappy to be there. That was our last visit here.
Do not go in there! I ate there last night. Only three other tables had guests. I ordered breakfast for dinner: two eggs over medium, wheat toast, bacon, hash browns and blueberry pancakes, no whipped cream. My meal arrived 15 minutes later. Whipped cream on the pancakes. Not just some whipped cream but whipped cream an inch thick covering 90% of the pancakes. The server set the plates and turned to go. I said, "I requested no whipped cream." She turned, looked at the pancakes, giggled and walked away. Then I saw that my eggs over medium were scrambled. I waited a few minutes for her to return. When she didn't I scraped off the whipped cream and ate some of the pancakes. Never saw my server again. I was there for 45 minutes after she delivered my meal. She never returned. It wasn't busy; no one came in after me. I went to the register and a woman came, asked if I wanted to be seated, which I assumed she said because I didn't have a check in hand. I said I'd been sitting there more than an hour, server never returned so no check. She said nothing, walked over, found the check and told me the amount. I paid but left no tip and told the woman why. She didn't apologize or say anything. I left.
Food was good. Service was not good, server was inattentive the whole time. Took forever for her to pick up the bill (when it was slow & no one else was there!) someone else had to tell her to get it from us and that we were ready.
Not a good experience. Was with two children and my wife waited for an hour patiently, to finally ask our waitress how much longer? Her reply was "I think they lost your ticket, let me ask the manager." Can I say you had one job and she really sucked at it. The kids love to eat here and it breaks my heart that I will not be going there again because my youngest told me that my parents had tried eating here before and the same thing 1 hour later no food. Got up and left just like I did to day. Now eating a Burrito King on Main Street.
I found a cockroach in my food. It was disgusting to cut my creepe and see a roach inside.
Let me start off by saying the food we order here is always good. The problem though is the restaurants service. I hope corporate or someone in management can do something about the disappointment in their serving skills. Place needs to accommodate the amount of people show up, the attentiveness, and knowledge of food they offer. Another thing I recently noticed is they should remove the curbside parking and service they offer. Phone keeps ringing when you’re trying to let them know you’re here for your order and they never bring it out to you they always tell you to come in and get it.
I only give this rating a 1 star because it doesn't have negative stars! My husband and I were there last night. NOT expecting a fancy meal but we were expecting to eat! Instead, after we were seated we were ignored. Two tables were seated after us, yet the waitresses had a jolly time talking and laughing with them. No one came and even asked if we wanted drinks even! So we just got up and left. If you want to be ignored and not eat, hurry and go there, but anything else, go to Sonic across the road for!
