The food was delicious. The ramen was recommended, and the service was very friendly. However, it took 35 minutes for sushi and 55 minutes for ramen. They explained that the delay is because everything is made from scratch, but it's clear that takeout orders are prioritized. I suggest they be more clear about wait times, as we were the first table, two others arrived, and the three of us waited for over 15 minutes with nothing served. The food is very good but it's coarse, the service is not good and the bad thing is that if you ask for a glass of water they refuse it or charge you for it, and that goes against PROFECO guidelines.

It took them an hour and a half to bring my food. I'd rather they didn't commit to delivering service in 45 minutes and be honest. My food arrived cold, and I ordered breaded cigars; obviously, they tasted horrible cold. Aside from that, I love the soy sauce, the sushi was thinner than usual, and the meat in the sushi was very good, even though it came with chipotle and was less than a finger's width thick.

Unfortunately, I went to eat there on Saturday, and what I got was a terrible stomach bug. I chose a salmon roll that I couldn't finish because I didn't like the taste. I don't recommend this place. The reception staff are very rude, and if you ask for something on the menu, they give you dirty looks. They're incredibly slow. You're paying them; you don't expect them to treat you like that for free. It makes you not want to go back. There are other places with excellent customer service.
