Great experience at Smoothie King today! My smoothie was perfect, and Kaitlyn was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Loved our stop at Smoothie King! The place was clean, the smoothies were delicious, and Kaitlyn crushed it with her customer service. She was upbeat, patient, and so sweet!

Smoothie king is so good I love getting the pineapple surf and using my app to get points. Kaitlyn has great customer service and helps me everytime.

So I travel for work. Decided to preorder a stuffed crust with OWS pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushroom. Well this pizza was loaded with toppings. Definitely the best one yet in the years. I did feel like the crust could have used a little more cook time because it was a little soggier than usual. Overall it was good pizza. Keep up the good work.

Great food and service, always come here to get pizza for a family of 3 to 4, drive-through times are always quick and not very long. Great customer service from employee staff promo pricing could be a little bit better. Wait times overall are not very long, fresh pizza made daily.

Went in yesterday about noon to try to get a hot and ready pizza from Little Caesars. My wife went in to pick one up and the girls at the front said it would be a 10 to 50 minute wait for any of the pizzas isn’t the business model, hot and ready? It’s supposed to be quick right

At lunch time I'm usually very hungry and 12 bucks for a large pizza and a order of Italian cherry bread with marinara cannot be beat......unless they give you a pizza with either too little cheese or not enough sauce. Or a old pizza can ruin my day too. They are capable of all of those things at this location but your better off going to the one by Westlake ace. Their food is always fresh and great. This location is kinda trash

Kids run the place, so it's expected to have very little or even poor customer service. They're just learning, mostly, to even earn a wage. The pizza is as expected with barely any toppings, the wings often undercooked. Don't expect any extra toppings on an extra most bestest and you won't be let down. The place is ok for a quick fix. But it's FAST fast food, so why would you expect a 5 star joint?! Keep your expectations real.

Staff was Little bit unorganized ....was looking forward to the preztel pizza ..I glaced and I saw the salt on top didn't think nothing of it...got home and really took a good look at the pizza and it's a plan pepperoni pizza with salt ..(2 pics) see what's expected vs what I recieved....I called to make them aware of the issue lady told me that's how it comes ...i was thinking are you sure cause I have definitely ordered this before ...so all in all definitely let down on my pretzel pizza😅😢

The pizza is very cheap, always has been, but sometimes it feels, looks, and taste cheaper than ever. Our cheese pizza was cold, stiff, and cut like my 2 year old cut it.

Took 30 minutes to take our order, and there was no one in front of us, they had a big line on drive-thru. Charge me for Ranch and didn't give me no ranch. The guy had an attitude, playing to much, making us wait on everything, food was cold.

Last night we went to get two pizzas, and waited ten minutes at the window, before anyone came up, the pizza guy say what do you need. I tell him and he like what, so I tell him again, he goes to ring it up and screws it up, so now we have to wait for another person cuz he doesn’t know how to fix it. The pizza was cold and service was unprofessional

I am actually updating my review. The food is not bad. The service absolutely sucks. I ordered my pizza online so that way when I get there, it would be ready. I waited over 40 minutes for two pizzas. I had to ask them for my pizza effort and sitting behind the line. There is way too many young kids running the store. Where is the adults to make sure stuff’s getting done. Kids in the back talking about inappropriate things that should be talked about inside of a business. Playing on their cell phones while assisting customers. Talking on their cell phones while assisting customers. It’s convenient for me to come to this little Caesars because it’s not far from my house where all the others are on the opposite side of town. The customer service is horrible!!! Someone needs to get a grip on this store.

I am very angry. My boyfriend and I ordered a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza to share, and it came out with no pretzel crust. We took it back inside and asked why the crust was wrong and they said it was because "there was less salt" it doesn't taste like a pretzel ot look like one either.

I wish that I could give negative stars! I came into this location and there was one person in line ahead of me. We stood there for a little while and that guy ended up leaving because no one acknowledged him. I stood there for a few more minutes with still no acknowledgement. I started to yell towards the back of the store to see if anyone else worked there, because the guy in the drive-through wasn’t worried about any of the three of us standing up at front. The two people in the back they were on their phones, looked up for one second, and then went right back to their phones. Then the drive-through guy walked over, looked at me dead in my eye, and asked the guy behind me if he could help him. I just walked out. In a span of about 10 minutes, your company lost two customers because the children working there. Don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. There was one car in the drive-through and one man in the lobby when I got there. This is absolutely ridiculous, so I went down the street and spent my money at Pizza Hut instead.

Ordered a lunch combo and a emb bcs it was "READY" and watch 5 combos ho out so I asked about mine and she said well you asked for an emb .. the pizza that was suppose to be ready? 28 mins later and now she has an attitude bcs I asked a question 🙄 Horrible customer service and definitely not ready for lunch specials
