No waiting -- immediately seated !! even on a Friday night !! Our waitress was perfect. She was very attentive, helpful, suggestive, and genuinely friendly & social. In fact, I witnessed almost the entire staff giving excellent service all around me. The appetizers (our salads) came out right away and the main dishes soon followed by the time we finished our salads. The main meals arrived hot off the grill or fire or oven or whatever -- but arrived sizzling hot, lol. The taste was awesome and filling, and the dessert (Triple Chocolate 'something') was too too good. I killed it. Highly recommended !! Even the manager tended to our needs voluntarily to get us an extra knife and butter...this guy had excellent people skills (Black guy with glasses and walked with a bit of a limp) 5 STARS for this place.

I had an amazing time. The bartender Adrian was happy and cheerful. She made me feel like part of the bar, almost like an episode of Cheers the TV show. Great food and an amazing experience thanks in part to the bartender. I will definitely be back.

Veteran's Day - a free meal to veterans. We enjoyed a sirloin, garlic mashed potatoes, and corn. We waited in line less than 20 minutes. The meal was worth it...so good. Plus, we received a $5 gift card for future purchases. We have gone to Applebee's on Veteran's Day for the last 4 years. We really enjoy our meal. The service was the best. I haven't been to this location before and it was awesome from the moment we walked in to the 10min we spent in the parking lot. Staff was super friendly (to all our guests, whom were from out of town) waitress was super patient and suggestive on kids menu and Drinks. It was a full house and we got all the food accordingly and nothing was missing or late. I received a $10 coupon when I donated blood and was not sure if I could apply it towards the Tue $9.99 burger special. The bartender, Lali, happily said it would apply to anything. I chose the Whiskey Bacon Burger which was almost too big for my mouth. It was very good as were the fries and sweet tea. Glad I was reminded to come to this Applebees and can’t wait to come back. I haven't been to Applebee's in years and this is the first time since living in TX I even saw one. We stopped in for lunch on Saturday during a swim meet. It was great! Promptly greeted and seated by John. Our server, Sydney quickly got us drinks and was patient while we looked at the menu. Even when I was between two choices she told me the one I picked is delicious. I like that she was friendly, quick/efficient, and patient. We wanted something to make everyone happy, without getting stuck in traffic to get back and this was a good spot for a great price. We had the pretzels with cheese, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, grilled chicken and the bourbon chicken. Tried so save room for dessert, but maybe next time.

Applebee’s does the best baby back ribs ! The garlic mashed potatoes were wonderful with skin so you know it’s not an instant. Green beans were fresh and crispy. I was hoping to have a traditional Applebee's experience when visiting this location. To my surprise, it was everything but that. The only PRO was the food quality, that for $19 USD taxes included, I was able to get a full meal and the best Piña Colada I've had in my life! (Very pleasantly surprised by this). Apart from this, service quality and speed, atmosphere, cleaniness of the tables and overall environment of the location are BIG areas of opportunity that they need to take care of immediately.

I love the one by the airport. One of the reasons is because of the thousand island salad dressing, others don't serve it. I don't know why but their food is great. My favorite for a quick bite is the classic combo. Wings, mozzarella sticks, artichoke-spinach cheese dip, n quesadilla with dipping sauces. As for cocktails, my fave is Captain Bahamamama an Long Island Tea. Their jack n coke are not bad too. The reasons why I gave a 4 stars is because some servers need your practice in I guess, remembering to check up on customers and not forget items. The other reason is tables are sticky. They sanitize tables after each customer because I see them but the round table that I usually sit at, is always sticky. Music selection is awesome n TV's show good games.

Not too crowded on a Friday around lunch time, even during spring break and it being St. Patty’s day. The honey bbq ribs and double crunch shrimp were EVERYTHING!!! The leftovers even tasted great in the air fryer the next day. The fries were hot and yummy. The cold slaw serving was tiny. The brocolli alfredo was just ok. Kids mac and cheese looked like it came out of a box. The meat in the kids chicken alfredo was dry. Husband’s steak was dense and chewy. Margaritas were way too sweet and not much alcohol. I tried the house margarita and the Blue Aloha Mana Margarita. I ended up only drinking half of both and wasted my money. Our waitress was decent, but I don’t remember her telling us her name.

The drink menu was sticky and needed to be wiped down. The waitress convinced me to try the pair of jacks cocktail saying it taste more like whiskey and not a sweet drink. To me it taste more like black licorice than whiskey, I do not believe the two pair well together and she must not know what whiskey tastes like. Do not try stir fry there your better off with a steak or burger. However, If you order a steak you may have to remind them to bring you a steak knife. Other than that I enjoyed my company and the lighting show they came with the rain.

I always adjust my expectations based on where I am. Staff was more interested in conversation with one another than working customers for a solid experience and larger tip. Probably an environment created by Applebee's clientele not leaving standard 20% and more for better service. Consumers fault a bit I guess. Anyway, food must have sat some. BIASED REVIEW: I have never been a fan of Applebee's, and my experience here has been a reminder of why. We were seated promptly upon arrival. The restaurant seemed clean and well-staffed. Unfortunately, our time here only went downhill from there. Our server brought dirty menus and silverware to our table and then did not come back for another 15 minutes to take our order. I can be understanding to water spots on utensils, but there was visible stuck on food. Our appetizer was forgotten and when we mentioned it to cancel the server went to the back and came back with what seemed to be our order that sat and got cold and stale. They were out of apple juice for kids, and the lemonade was gross. Our server only came by one other time for our entire visit and that was when we asked for our check and to go boxes. They turned the lights down and turned the music up, it was awkward and uncomfortable. I am sure it is fine for others... it's just not my jam

Not sure where to start here. Stopped by to get food after flying in from houston. Waited around to be seated why servers came up to delegate who would seat us...in front of us. Finally a woman who seemed a bit off seated us, she took our order and never brought us silverware, water, plates, litterally anything. I know liquor I work events for a distillery....the waitress barely checked on us other than to bring the apps we were sharing but she didnt bring silverware or plates... before my brother even got his entre the waitress came out to explain there was a mix up with the tickets and she charged a different table for our ticket, which was more expensive than theirs so they paid for more than what they ate/ordered... which was crazy not to mention she came to ask us how we think the ticket should be fixed...ma'am that's a job for you or your manager. I've worked in the food industry and in hospitality and various service industry's and I've never experienced a bigger dumpster fire. I'm not saying our waitress was under the influence but her eyes were glossy and she had trouble doing the most simple tasks. What a mess, wouldn't suggest you go here. Went to this location last night and the experience was nothing less than horrible. Let's start from the time my party of 5 walked in. There was no one in the front to greet us or ask us to hold on while they got a table ready, for almost 10min. (Keep in mind there are less than 30customers including children in the restaurant) Finally seated, everything going fine, ordered an entree order of nachos which took about 15minutes, and then waited for half price apps which was at 10. After we ordered our food, we then proceeded to wait 30minutes for our order. A total of 36 actually, our server came to tell us after the 30minute mark, that it would just be a few more minutes. All we ordered was 2 sides of fries, 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, 1 order of chicken quesadillas, an order of boneless wings, and an order of traditional wings (all from the appetizer menu). You would think after all that time our food would be fresh and hot, but we were very disappointed. As if the food had been under a good warmer and was probably done a while ago, we immediately upon the arrival of our food asked for to-go boxes. Even getting boxes took a while and was then brought by someone else. As upsetting as the experience was, no one in my party including myself was rude or disrespectful, or caused the servers a hard time in any way. The process of getting our checks and cashing out was just as tedious and felt just as long to complete. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from an Applebee's and I am very disappointed with this location. I don't have high standards, but the basic standards for a good dining experience at any restaurant, were clearly missed by a long shot. Maybe it isn't always like this, but for a first time experience, who would want to return after a night like this??

HORRIBLE. First problem was I ordered the trio dips, cheese, guacamole, salsa with chips. Chips were stale, cold, and no salt not to mention were a bunch of crumbs and broken pieces. I let the waiter know and he brings me more stale chips. I let him know again and he comes back and says they have no more chips. So then we order food. Wait a long time, then comes out with bourbon chicken and shrimp (which I'm highly allergic to) instead of my bourbon streak. So he says he will fix it and give my kids their food. I requested raspberry syrup for my tea and didn't get it until I asked again. Also had to tell him 3 times to bring my son some ranch. Then, to top everything off, after waiting again, while everyone else at my table finished off their food, my medium well bourbon streak comes to the table and it was completely RAW and cold on top of that. How is a steak that comes on a hot plate cold!!!!

Just watched bartender older man touch money then my sons ice cream with his fingers without washing hands discusting server asked us to move so we couldn’t see him serve it to us ! Health department needs to put eyes on this place they are gross and not careful with food and money glad I’m not ordering a drink! Wonder what happens in kitchen If bar staff is trained like this!

Waiter was incredibly helpful, food took a total of 42 minutes to be served, Joseph our waiter was empathic and checking on us. I wouldn’t Recommend this apple bees

Like someone else on the reviews said OLD AND and REHEATED FOOD. We st left, my husband wanted the all you can eat riblets and shrimp deal. I got the wontons tacos appetizer as a meal since I wasn't too hungry and they looked really good. It was surprisingly empty so we thought the food would be quick. They took a long time. My husband's plate arrived his fries looked overcooked but they were just old and cold. The wontons were stale. We mentioned to the waitress and she didn't really say much, I had to ask her if I could get some tortilla chips to at least eat the chicken for my wonton tacos. She brought them about 15 minutes later. My husband order riblets as his send plate since he had already finished the shrimp from the first one. They did not bring fresh fries until they brought the second plate. The second plate the size of the bread and butter plates. So you can imagine she didn't get mini riblets or fries. The riblets were dry and cold as well. We no longer wanted to complain, we figured we can just do a review and that will be our last time going to Applebee's. Replying to management after response below: 👇🏽 I tried doing the link and even that is frustrating and doesn't allow you to type in information. It says to type the message but gives you a paperclip instead to upload once you upload a picture of the food it prompts you with a message saying thank you for submitting your feedback without allowing you to explain 😐🤷🏽‍♀️

Ordered blackened shrimp Alfredo via Uber eats. They gave me shrimp with noodles and no sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan. It’s so dry I had to drink something after every bite. Disappointed. Won’t be back. You can’t treat customers trashy just because they order through a delivery app.

I was very disappointed at the host person, Xiomara, terrible attitude towards us, the host its the first face of a business and she was totally off. Saved the night the waitress Vianca, great job, will never be back here until this host is out of here.

Terrible experience was served by Adell H she started off well by giving recommendations with the menu but lacked attention to our table in particular had to get up to ask for a steak knife and never table touched so we were not even able to tell her that the boneless wings were cold we just looked over it but then when we tried to get her attention to bring our check she walked out of the restaurant.

Rude waitress after 11pm, wanted a quiet table but she sat us right by the bar with loud music overhead, had us waiting until she was ready to seat us. Went to IHOP instead, better service! Also a sweet lady that was leaving said she yelled at her for sitting down before she was ready, she warned us to wait for her.

If I was Gordon Ramsey, I'd have punched this burger in front of whoever cooked it, because it was RAW. I specifically ordered *no pink*. So bummed with my to-go dinner. Won't be back, sorry not sorry.

The hostess we have seen smoking while sanitizing. We came tonight and the SAME hostess seated someone before us and when we tried to say that we were here before them she snapped at us and said "actually they were here first they are on the list" . We had been there for five minutes before that . So instead of just telling us that she sees we were waiting but they were on the list and she'd sit us shortly after she chose to just snap at us and be rude. She sat the people before we started waiting and was chitchatting with them she sat us and quickly disappeared. That hostess is utterly rude. Last time we were here she was nowhere to be found and a server had to pull her to take care of us. I can't stand this hostess the servers are so nice though. I also don't understand how the tables are still SO sticky even after it just being wiped down so gross. I asked for lemon water and was brought limes instead....
