We visited Cava to try out their new Harissa Avocado Honey Chicken Bowl, and we were extremely pleased with the flavors of this new dish. The staff continues to be professional and friendly, which is another reason to visit Cava Stone Ridge. We returned to CAVA for July 6, 2025 to try another CAVA chicken bowl, this time it was a spicy chicken bowl which can best be described as a fusion of Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine.

Great service and fantastic portioning! Had the harissa honey bowl and my son had the kids pita. We both left happy and I plan on coming back very soon! Thank you again krystal for a great recommendation!

After recommendation from a colleague and tried their food, decided to drop by for another delicious bowl. It is located in the Stone Ridge plaza with plenty of outdoor parking that’s shared with all other shops. Ordered the Steak and Harissa bowl. Minus a few of the rice grains being too hard, the rest of the bowl was healthy and tasty. Avocado was fresh and well prepared. The fresh vegetables and salad mixed good with the well done steak slices. Can’t get better with these types of healthy food! The environment is quite lively and the seating arrangements are open. Great for hanging out with a few friends but definitely not for private conversations. I’d especially like to recommend Charis, who was extremely accommodating, friendly and understanding. She immediately remade my bowl after knowing I did not eat spicy and a spicy sauce was already added to the bowl. What an amazing attitude! Because of the healthy options, great taste and wonderful staff, will definitely come back to try more. Keep up the good work Charis and Cava Stone Ridge!

2nd time eating at CAVA. This time, we ate at a location where we could watch them make the food right in front of us. It is SOOO much better than the digit only type restaurant. We spoke with people to order. We paid them directly. This is excellent service.

Stopped by on opening day and also the following week. Staff was very friendly and helpful on both occasions. There's about 8 tables on the inside and about 10 on the outside patio. Great options from either their signature options or build your own. Can pick between a bowl or pita with a base of greens or grains, add a protein, add a dip, add some toppings, and top with a dressing. All the ingredients looked fresh and they were generous when adding. Good place to customize your own healthy meal with many different combinations in a clean sitting area with friendly customer service.

Brand new location, same great food! Ordered my usual Harissa avocado bowl at this new location and it was exactly as I expected. Loved it. Line to order is on the right. Online order pick up is on the left down the hallway a little bit. Restroom is also down that hallway. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Ordered delivery, food was good. Although it would have been better if they remembered the 2 vinaigrette dressing I ordered. So I ate a dry salad 🙄 also no utensils were given. I can’t even blame the delivery service because the food is bagged and sealed by CAVA. Go in store to make sure your order is correct.

I love CAVA and this location is near my new house. This was the least enjoyable experience I’ve had at a CAVA. Several tables were dirty although there were hardly any people in the restaurant. The water from the machine didn’t come out clear and had a weird taste to it. My splendid greens was full of white core lettuce. Just not a great experience all around.

If I could give negative stars I would. I only came because Sweet Green was closed and was told cava would be better. I entered into the store before 8:45 PM more than an hour before closing. When looking over the menu i asked for just a moment stating it was my first time and the young man behind the counter let out a sigh and walked away. He then came back and rushed me through the entire process…I couldn’t even make out everything I wanted before him rushing me down the to the register. Mind you, there were no other customers and 3-4 other employees. Once I get to the register he doesn’t even tell me my total before asking cash or card. I say card and he literally walked away and never came back. No receipt, no confirmation my payment went through, and 0 customer service. The food was flavorless and the drink was just green water. The only reason I could have possibly thought of that the service was so poor and the kid was in such a rush is because he had explosive diarrhea. Absolutely will never return again.

The restaurant was dirty. The vegetable containers were low to no food in them. The workers look like they hate their lives. Not a great experience. The meat has been sitting out for a good while. Hopefully other locations are better.

I’ve had two incidents at this location and both have to do with the service. Today’s incident involved the person making my bowl. Apparently the portions have changed without me knowing after 3 years because they were all very small. When I looked at my bowl asking for double of the topping, it was smaller than a regular sized bowl. I’m not sure where they skimmed but the protein and definitely the toppings. The guy making my bowl looked so annoyed the whole time and I honestly didn’t want to make it worse until I saw how small my bowl was. I wish I took a picture but I forgot. I mentioned “not gonna lie, this bowl looks smaller than usual” to which he replied, “have a good day ma’am”. As we all know, it’s not what you say but how you say it. His tone really ticked me off. I opened my bowl and saw that there was definitely smaller portions than usual. I went up to ask to see what a portion of protein really looked like and compared my bowl to another customers and from just looking at it, I could see there was a difference. Protein, okay, so the scoop was small, but the veggies? Asking double means a bigger portion. This person didn’t even try and on top of was rude when I mentioned it looked small. They asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes. I don’t like paying a full price for a smaller portion. At this point I was super annoyed seeing that a male customer had a regular portion with no problem. I was really annoyed when the manager told me I didn’t need to be rude when I was clearly already upset. I told her I was giving back what I received by her employee. The manager refunded my bowl. My drink I redeemed with points and I told her I wanted to pay for the pita chips. If the portions have changed then the price point is too high but it’s the sheer lack of respect they show when you mention the issue that really got me. Had the employee listened and done their job correctly the first time, I wouldn’t have had to self advocate so much. There also isn’t handicap parking at this location.

Very messy restaurant. Old food left hanging around the food line. Messy tables in dining room. The glass entry door to this location was disgusting. Bathrooms not clean and unsanitary to the public. If you are a franchise owner or GM reading this it’s apparent you are not involved in the operations of your restaurant you need to step it up. This is unacceptable!
