Lunch is about 20 bucks for an unbelievable choice of meat that you get to cook yourself and is alot of fun. They serve you kimchi (best I've ever had), and other delicious Korean delights. Appetizers are also included. Staff is very helpful in guiding you throughout the ordering and cooking. I can't wait to go back!
Great food! Unlike other Korean bbq places, meat comes pre sauced/seasoned(clearly stated on the menu) so it's very flavorful! Amy was very attentive to us and explained things very well. We walked in with no reservation and only needed to wait for the grill to be heated up, tables are spaced out well so you're not choked out by smoke and other people's meals. Definitely recommend for big groups!
I love Korean BBQ every time we travel (about every 2 months) that’s always the first thing we search for. SA is home so I was very excited when I heard about GEN opening here. Husband and I had a lunch date and the place is very nice and clean. Our waiter (Justin) was great! He was very polite, patient gave recommendations he was also fun. I like that the menu is simple. We got the premium menu experience, for appetizers we got the Mandu and the Korean fried chicken both are delicious! For main dishes we decided on 3 all beef: the ribeye, wagyu and the chadol these were all very tasty. Of course you also get your side dishes including rice and the house salad is my favorite. I also enjoy the japchae. Without a doubt Gen has become my new KBBQ place.
Here’s a simple, clean review you can use: Great Experience at Gen Korean BBQ House Had a great time at Gen Korean BBQ House. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality meats and flavorful side dishes. Everything came out fresh and well-prepared. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help when needed. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a perfect spot for dining with friends or family. Definitely worth visiting again!
The Family Experience What a delightful surprise to be selected as one of the first hundred Android users for a complimentary dining experience at Gen Korean Barbecue! Bringing our little one along had me worried, but the staff made us feel right at home. Despite the restaurant being packed, servers were remarkably attentive—like financial advisors who actually listen instead of just pushing products! Food arrived promptly and plates disappeared efficiently, creating a seamless rhythm to our meal. The meat quality was exceptional—rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. Staff recommendations enhanced our selections perfectly. The modern, clean environment tied everything together for a premium experience we'd gladly pay for in the future!
Had such a good time with our friends here. Our server Amy and Manager Rico made it even more memorable with their quick service and making us feel comfortable. Thank you so much. Can't wait to return.
Very good vibes. Friendly wait staff. Just wish they had more of the traditional Korean bbq sides. A bit pricey imo. $50 for one person during happy hour.
My friends and I got to visit on their second day of their soft opening. It was such a a great experience! The food was amazing, and so many different options to choose from. Our waiter and the staff was very attentive to anything we needed. They were very prompt on cleaning and making sure our grill was clean. They provided amazing recommendations and talked to us about their experiences from the different locations around Texas. We even got to try an item from their premium menu and would definitely recommend 10/10.
Gen is a great Korean BBQ chain so we were so excited to get a location here in San Antonio. We’ve been to Gen in other cities and states, and they never disappoint. Fortunately, this location stayed true to giving a great Korean BBQ experience. Service was top-notch. They were so quick to serve us our sides and get us ordering as soon as we sat down. They were attentive and accommodating to our needs, especially since we dined with our kids. The food was great! Our favorites were the bulgogi and the beef belly. The price was also reasonable. We did their Regular Dinner menu and it was more than enough. The space was comfortable and it didn’t have that greasy Korean bbq feel that some places do. The restrooms were clean — that’s a big plus! We’re definitely coming back. It’s so nice to have a Gen in town now!
Way better than kpot and other surrounding kbbq Best bulgogi I’ve ever had and generous to go portions which sets it apart from competitors. Really good kimchi too. Friendly staff, Highly recommend
We had an AMAZING experience at Gen. We had never been to a Korean bbq before and were a little lost but so grateful for the hospitality and help we received from our servers. Management was very attentive and friendly. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Pancakes are too good! 10/10 experience, great date night spot.
Amazing, delicious, and clean! Our server (Julia), gave incredible suggestions, we took every single one! This is not our first time visiting or having Julia as our server, and it won't be our last! The premium dining is definitely worth the upcharge - the meat was delicious and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Julia, you elevated our experience!!!
Food was great and the atmosphere was alr but the highlight was the staff Nicholas and Julia were incredible and on top of everything me and my family needed. 10/10 on the service aspect because I've never had such a genuinely good server, both were great people and great at their jobs.
I went here with a party of 10 at 6:30 pm and it was wonderful! The only complaint I have is that service was a little slow, so it took a while for refills. But other than that it was a great experience. I reserved a spot for 6pm a few days ahead, but it turned out I needed to change last minute and so I called them again about 2 hours before our original time and they were incredibly understanding and friendly despite the inconvenience. The food was great quality and tasted great! Will be going again
Went the other day w some friends. The cuts of meat were DELICIOUS. Eddy was so helpful too. He made some great recommendations. Turns out…. I like pork more than I thought. Also, the soju was a hit at the table. Will return PRONTO!!!
Gen Korean BBQ House is an absolutely phenomenal 5-star experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was amazing—the beautiful LED lighting creates a vibrant setting, and I was even impressed by the unique and thoughtful design of the restroom. The best part, of course, was the food. We opted for the All-You-Can-Eat Premium Meat selection, which included the delicious Wagyu, and every single cut we tried was exceptionally delicious. To top it all off, our server was incredibly informative and friendly, making the entire dining process smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Gen Korean BBQ House to anyone looking for top-tier KBBQ and a wonderful ambiance."
Attentive Service, Delicious Variety, Excellent Experience KPot was absolutely slammed. Gen had zero wait. I don’t have much experience with Korean food, and let my date, and our waitress, pick all the meats: Everything was delicious; and it was fun trying the different sauces and kimchi. Our grill was constantly being replaced throughout the evening; and we were able to eat slowly. The peach tea was tasty. Music was a little loud; but then, it was also Saturday Evening.
In my opinion probably the best Korean BBQ in San Antonio, TX. I know Kpot is way more famous and popular but my experiences with the server there was not good… I prefer Gen BBQ bc it’s a more reasonable price for lunch and dinner, better atmosphere (music is not as loud so you can still have conversations), and servers are way nice. Last time I visited I had Lily and Louis as my servers, they are so amazing and patient with my orders. Definitely recommend them if you ever go in! Edit: I went in again on 2/26 and Nico was my server - he was so sweet and very attentive to my family’s needs :)
A Memorable Experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member at the door, setting a welcoming tone right away. The service was exceptional—Riley, Amy, and Jasmine truly stood out with their sweet and attentive care throughout the meal. The food? Absolutely fresh and flavorful. I had the Wagyu steak and seafood—both were top-notch and beautifully prepared. After spending an hour and a half here, I left feeling full, happy, and maybe even a little emotional. It was one of those meals that hits the soul. I just wanted to curl up in bed with a full heart and belly. Highly recommend!
My friend and I stopped by Gen BBQ today for their Summer Bash event, and wow—what an experience! First off, we were lucky enough to eat for free, which was a great surprise. We thought we weren't going to make the cut off for the first 100 guests, but even if we had paid, it would’ve been worth every penny. Despite the huge crowd and everyone being seated around the same time, the staff handled everything smoothly and efficiently. No long waits, no cold food—just perfectly cooked BBQ that hit all the right notes. The meats were tender and flavorful, the sides were fresh, and the vibe was just fun and laid-back. Major kudos to the team at Gen BBQ for pulling off a packed event without sacrificing quality. If today’s bash is any indication, they know how to do summer right. Can’t wait to come back!
Highly recommend the Premium Dinner option. Great quality meats, scrumptious. Never had korean ramen quite like this one either! It was cheesy and savory. The grill was also internally ventilated and easy to clean without anything getting charred stuck on it. Hassle free process. Big shout out to Amy (latina with glasses) who served us. Her recommendations for food and drinks were spot on.
We had an amazing experience at Gen Korean BBQ, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Irvin! From start to finish, he was attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He explained everything clearly, made sure our table was always taken care of, and had such a great attitude the entire time. What really stood out was the special touch at the end, he surprised us with hotteok and ice cream, and it was delicious! It made the whole experience feel even more thoughtful and memorable. Irvin is truly a gem, and his service turned a great dinner into an unforgettable one. We’ll definitely be coming back.Thank you for everything bro.
01JUL25: Decided to dine here for lunch. My last visit to Gen before is located in Long Beach, California...and that was years ago. This location has the community tables too. Lunch wasn't busy at all. Only one other table when we arrived and then another one joined just before we left. We'll have to visit on a Friday or Saturday evening to get the right atmosphere. Food was great. Key is to order slow cause they bring it out fast. They only bring out a sample of the banchan they have. So, make sure to just ask for the others. They're pictured on the menu (on your phone). They also have rice paper and radish wraps. Service was awesome. We had a good time. See you next time. Geonbae!!
Tried Gen Korean BBQ for the first time as part of their Summer Bash event (50% off). From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was so friendly. We feasted on the premium meats and sweet marinaded meats. It was a great experience, great music and great food! Our waiter Edmond was super nice and guided us throughout the entire time!

Julia was our server. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable on the extensive menu. She gave great recommendations. She didn't pressure us to upgrade to the premium but we certainly did as it's about our 3rd time here without trying it. Definitely recommend it. I cant get over how awesome the serving staff was. They even helped us with how long to cook and taking the meat off the big bone in rib. It was a delightful and tasteful experience. Everyone bringing out the food and refilling drinks did a great job. The food tasted great, the experience was well worth it. Like for real. There have been many korean bbq spots in town and this is one of my favorite and big reason is the staff and the vast menu options.
We stopped by last weekend after a food festival with a big group of vendors (12 of us irrc). Got seated in a reasonable time for the size of party, and had a super awesome waitress (Amy). Food was good, staff attentive, and put up with all our shenanigans. The manager made sure to check on us (Rico I think) and every staff memember I crossed paths with greeted us/ sad goodbye. Worth the trip!
Came here for the first time today with a few friends. Amy was our server, and she was fantastic. Both her and the manager on duty (forgot his name,) were very attentive. There wasn't a single thing that we got that we didn't like, but the beef bulgogi was definitely our group's favorite. Can't wait to go back and try more. Only complaint was that the door is REALLY hard to open. We literally thought the door was locked. If an employee hadn't walked up and told us that the door is just really sticky, we probably would have left thinking it was closed.
A great experience truly. Yesterday I went with friends to celebrate a birthday at Gen Korean. Rico, our host was an absolute legend! His announcer voice was phenomenal! And our server, Nico, is the best server I ever had! He made sure we were well fed and happy! My friend was so happy when they performed their restaurants' birthday jig! 10/10, will definitely come again!
Always go with the premium option. The meat is way better. We have been twice and are always prepared to wait a little for our items to come out fresh. The servers are very nice. Lilian our server is new but she was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of. Christian the manager was also very attentive and great. We will be coming back.
This place was amazing! The staff was so attentive and very friendly! Eddie was so amazing and kind with us and helped explain how to order and made amazing recommendations. We had such a great experience and were even greeted by the manager to reassure we were having a good time as well! Eddie was so nice, I asked if he could take our picture with my Polaroid camera and he happily agreed and took a picture of a memorable moment for my brother and I that I rarely see. To have a picture of that moment meant everything to me! I’ll definitely be coming more often! Thank you all for your amazing hard work and friendliness!

This place was really nice! I really enjoyed the wide variety of items offered compared to other places like kpot or jpot. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that a lot of the good offerings required the premium option which was their most expensive tier. I was mostly disappointed that the good appetizers were locked behind the premium option and would cost $10 to try them. I really wanted to try the kimchi fried rice but o well. Everything else was great though! Another weird quirk was that the grills needed to be replaced more often since they don't offer oil to cook. Meets offered in the standard option were still amazing and delicious. I would still come back.
A Great Experience! The service was exceptional—Julia truly stood out with her attention to our requests throughout the meal. The food was great, all of it was up to our expectations! After spending an hour and a half here, we left feeling full, happy, and definitely recommend!
Good food. Came at lunch and we were the only coustomers. It was 1230, had been open since 11 am. No one at the hostess desk. After a while a long a lady came to seat us. Came to found out the hostess was the waitress, and the buss girl. I felt sorry fir her. She had to do everything it seemed. No wonder she did not smile even once. After a whild, seemed like the manager showed up and started seating people. This guy looks mad all the time.
Wanted to try Gen today so we did! Love the ambiance of the location! Prices were fair for $31/pp on a weekend. My wife and I really enjoyed trying Gen but a few hit and misses. Our server was AWESOME! Never have I had a faster, continuous table side checking experience at any K-BBQ! Irvin T deserves 10 stars! Speed of getting things requested was FAST, really FAST! Options to have appetizers and dishes was just so fast, awesome service! And server vs tables were off against the servers. The thing that threw us off is pork belly. (삼겹살) samgyupsar? is a triple layer of fat/skin cut of pork belly. This was the first time to recieve the most lean cut of pork belly at any K-BBQ. Cuts of pork was impressive but most of it was a lean cut. If you have never tried or tried Korean pork belly cuts, you know it should melt in your mouth! NOT become an over cooked pork chop cut. Major disappointment Gen. Brisket rolls were awesome! But we got the wrong dish and was served Honey Beef Belly! When we expressed this to the server, he was puzzled (someone else brought out the dish, bravo for speed yet again) why we had a brown sweet sauce on it and this is how we learned we received the Honey version. (It was AWESOME! So this was a PLUS). We received a correct version of our order and came to conclusion the Honey version was 🔥! Lastly, I understand this but hm...as I was finishing our lunch. A girl came and started to check us out while I was still dining/chewing my food. WHY!?! Does someone come and starts to make you pay while you are srill dining/CHEWING food in your mouth?? I was not ready for this. I forcefully swallowed my food and paid for the meal...this, really caught me off guard and made what was a good 1st time visit into an "WTH" experience...too young to be a manager? Never smiled while we were dining the entire time, did not serve, absolutely no idea what her role was and this last minutes of our dining experience unpleasant.
This place blew my mind! We visited when they were doing their soft opening. The price was very fair (about $30ish per person) as we opted for the non-premium option. Our service was good and I absolutely fell in love with the galbi! We did get some not great sides- the japchae was not good and the tteokbokki was cold and hard. But the hotteok was a great sweet finisher to the meal.

Everything about my first experience exceeded my expectations. And service was top notch. I don't have a huge appetite, so 1 round took me out. The spicy pork belly was very tasty and I can't wait to go back to try more dishes.
The staff are so friendly, professional, and attentive so I appreciate their great service and efforts. That being said, the Dinner Special was confusing because you have to select 8 options out of a large menu selection and some of the options are soups. If the special was either pre-selected or a selection of their most popular meats and cuts, that would have simplified our ordering without delay. They were also out of 2 of the options I wanted which only delayed my order further. The music is too loud to the point where I can’t really hear the waiter or my date speak. There is no need for a bar atmosphere when there’s not really a bar scene present. Otherwise the meat cuts were great, I loved the noodles, and the chicken was good. I just think the menu should either be more simple or just more clear.
We've been to a Gen in Las Vegas and was blown away, so we were excited about the grand opening. Not what we expected. This is how it went in order. 1. We didn't get an order for drinks. We had to ask for drinks when our food came out. 2. Our side item we ordered was incorrect 3. We ordered meat that didn't come, so we had to ask again 4. I asked for no dressing on the salad and got dressing. 5. Rice was cold immediately 6. People seated after us received all side dishes and rice before us. 7. Side items are limited 8. Selections, in general, are limited compared to other competitors 9. We didn't get asked if we wanted more side dishes 10. And why would you have mexican food at a Korean restaurant..face palm. I'm korean and super disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. The only bright spot was the hostess was wonderful.
As someone who considers themselves a Korean BBQ enthusiast, I was initially hesitant to give Gen a try. Before heading over with a friend, I called ahead to check if they offered non-marinated meats, as that's always my preference - they offer a limited selection of non-marinated meats. Upon arriving, I was greeted right away and told I could be seated even though my friend was still five minutes out, which I appreciated. I had every intention of sticking to the standard dinner menu and skipping the Premium upgrade, which is $20 extra per person at the table. It wasn’t about the cost—it was simply that the Premium menu didn’t appeal to me. Despite that, my friend insisted we go for it. To my surprise, the Premium selections included Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Pollo Asado, and a Premium Taco Sampler. Honestly, if I wanted tacos or to dine on authentic cuisine for that specific food, I would have gone to a restaurant specializing in it. I didn’t expect to see those offerings at a Korean BBQ spot. The Premium Wagyu was just okay—it could've been the quality, or maybe the sweetness threw me off. I ended up sticking mostly with the non-marinated pork belly and ribeye. I had three servings of the ribeye and even surprised myself with how much I ate. The restaurant’s aesthetic was nice, though darker tint on the doors would’ve helped with the lighting. While I don’t see myself returning, if I ever do, I’ll definitely be skipping the Premium menu.
We were excited to try this new place and heard the hype. It's AYCE kbbq. There's also a premium menu including high quality meats. People complain about the service, but we were honestly not impressed with the meats at all. We tried gen steak, pork bulgogi, beef bulgogi, galbi, pork belly and chicken bulgogi.. they were alright. Beef actually tasted gamey which doesn't make sense. The marinated meats were good because they were doused with sauce. Pork belly was not good at all... SO much fat and tasted gross. tofu soup was americanized. japchae did not taste like korean japchae. At least the gyoza was decent. Price was average for kbbq. Food quality 3/5. Recommend to give them a try. However, we probably won't be returning anytime soon.

The ambience was alright- nothing too special, but not bad either. I wasn’t too impressed with the quality of the meat, although the flavor was actually pretty good once cooked. I tried a couple of their mocktails, and while the pricing was reasonable, the presentation definitely lacked any wow factor. I checked out the premium meat options, and honestly, the upcharge didn’t feel worth it. The menu was a bit confusing, and there weren’t many high-quality choices available. It felt more limited than what I’ve seen at other KBBQ spots. The servers were super sweet, but the professionalism just wasn’t there. One even asked me to watch her stuff for her—definitely not a big deal, but I was a little thrown off by how casual the service was. Food came out slower than expected, and the side dishes were underwhelming compared to other KBBQ places I've been to. Not something I’d come back to, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to someone trying Korean BBQ for the first time. That said, I did really enjoy the La Galbi and rice—probably the highlight of the meal for me.
Brought the family to celebrate the New Year and was so disappointed. At first, I thought maybe they were not staffed properly because it was a holiday, but I saw several employees standing around idle, so that wasn't the case. Food was mediocre at best. We are a family of five - they brought tiny dishes of ban chan - literally 2 pieces of Kim chee in one and a teaspoon sized scoop of mashed potatoes in another for all of us to share. Granted, they will bring more if you ask (may take a few reminders and about 10 minutes, but they won't charge extra) but, c'mon. Food comes out very slowly, with reminders. We had to ask for fresh rice because the first batch was served cold and hard. The meats themselves were decently flavored, but cuts were....interesting and inconsistent. Randomly shaped scraps stuffed in bowls so you don't immediately notice. It is extremely cold in there. After being seated and noticing the draft, I asked to be moved to another table that didn't have that arctic blast under the vent (the restaurant was probably at 5% capacity at the time, so plenty of choices!) they responded, "oh yeah, other people complained about this table being very cold - I'll turn on your grill and you'll warm up." Nope. Still freezing. I ended up stopping mid meal to raid my car for jackets, scarves, and beach towels to bundle up. Restrooms are bizarre and not well serviced. Out of supplies, and clogged sinks. On top of an already poor experience, the bill reflected prices higher than the menu for drinks. On the menu, a large bottle of beer was $8.95 and they attempted to charge us $12.95. Their response - the printed menu is outdated. After insisting they not charge me for their error, and getting the manager involved, they eventually comped the drinks. Not how I wanted to bring in the New Year, but every dining experience for the rest of the year will be an improvement. Two stars - while speed, attention to detail, and common sense were lacking - there were a few employees who were friendly. Cuts of meats were questionable, and ban chan was mediocre- but we did enjoy some of the dishes. Didn't get food poisoning, so l suppose it could've been worse. Also note, unlike almost every other KBBQ place that l've ever been to, this restaurant does not offer a sauce, sides, and dessert bar. Maybe would be less of an issue if service were prompt and they knew how to portion for the party size.
DIRTY utensils even after asking for new clean utensils. Appetizers took ONE HOUR to come out and the fish katsu tasted EXTREMELY fishy and old and we had to spit it out. Service was extremely slow despite restaurant only being about 30% full on a Monday night. The meat is average for Korean bbq. The dessert was good. The rice was cold and undercooked. The rice cake was very very overcooked and rubbery. Parties who were seated after us received their food first. We also did not receive all of the meats we ordered. Spent more than two and a half hours here because most of the time was spent waiting for food.
Eeyuck !!!! please who ever made the rice for tonight 11/14/25 please never cook again Rice is the most important part of Korean bbq we couldn’t even enjoy our meal! The server was such a sweetheart it really lightened up the mood But like I said, whoever made the rice never cook again, please
We came here last night and i just wanna say the experience was not what we expected. A lot of people were raving about this new bbq spot that opened up and how it was sooo good. but when we went, it was terrible. first off, the servers were all over the place, forgetting drinks and orders. second, the side dishes all looked old. almost like they had bought them from a wholesale that were fermented a little too long. the kimchi was already translucent and the cucumber kimchi was dry. third, the meats were old and had already become discolored. indicating that it was on the verge of going bad or already did. their premium steak had more fat on it than meat. fourth, the rice was cooked way too mushy. For $31.95 per person dinner AYCE, could y'all not have done better with the food? this is also a well known franchise, how was everything so bad? personally if it was mainly inconsistency in service, i would've gave them the benefit of the doubt. maybe that it's probably because they just opened? BUT EVERYTHING WAS BAD, we couldn't even enjoy ourselves. of course when you go eat and spend this amount of money with family, you want it to be enjoyable and worth your buck. but sadly we left disappointed. as of today 2/20/2025 i would not recommend this korean bbq spot.
This Gen Korean BBQ in San Antonio is an absolute joke. The service is beyond unacceptable. There were only TWO tables being used, yet it took forever to get anything because the staff was too busy standing around, laughing, and gossiping with each other at the bar. Meanwhile, we could literally see the meat just sitting there waiting while they wasted time. Zero effort, zero urgency, and zero respect for paying customers. The food was just as bad. The rice was bone dry, the kimchi was dry and flavorless, and nothing came close to what Gen is supposed to be known for. Honestly, it felt like nobody here cared at all. The servers had no energy, no professionalism, and no interest in giving anyone a decent experience. I grew up in Los Angeles on Gen Korean BBQ, so I know exactly what the brand is supposed to represent quality, service, and atmosphere. This San Antonio location is the complete opposite. It’s embarrassing, and it drags down the Gen name. Management clearly has no control here, and the staff has no pride in their work.
1/5 stars - Utter letdown at Gen BBQ in San Antonio! As a California native, I was beyond excited to finally have Gen BBQ in my new hometown - I'd sung its praises to all my clients, insisting they _MUST TRY_ its amazing grub and top-notch service. When they first opened, I was hooked on their quality and efficiency. But today's experience? Total disaster. Food was disappointingly subpar, almost trash-level, and with only 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant, the wait for our meal was inexplicably long and painful. To top it off, our waiter repeatedly messed up orders, adding frustration to frustration. By the end, I was tired of waiting, so I just asked for the check ASAP to exit, and I'm now left to retract my previous high recommendations
Giving one because 0 is not an option. Let's start with the positive. The restaurant is well decorated and has a good setting of indirect lights that creates a pleasant atmosphere. After saying that, there is nothing else positive. The quality of the food was bad. We paid $31.95 + $20 for the Premium dinner option. The meat was not of good quality and was not tasty at all. Appetizers: The dumplings were the only decent option that came directly from a bag. The calamari were overcooked. Side dishes: The white rice is dry and tasteless. They serve noodles that look like plastic and taste horrible. Service was the worst part because it took forever to take our order (25 minutes), and then we waited 20 more minutes to get the plates of raw meat. It shouldn't take that long when you have an almost empty restaurant. Well, after spending $112.47, I recommend that you don't waste your money and time going to this place. I let the waiter and the cashier know about the poor quality of food and service, and no one acknowledged it. Well, one more place is out of our radar. Wait! The waiter said, at least you tried it (of course, after throwing more than $100 into the garbage). The funny part is that I asked for a to-go box to bring the leftover meat (that was a lot) for my dog, and she said, sorry, we don't have carry-out boxes; how fresh that could be! Unbelievable.
