I have eaten here a few times and the food is always excellent. They offer a small eat in area. It is simple but comfortable for a quick bite. I do usually get the Ahi tuna in my bowl & always fresh.

Fresh & Flavorful! Hula Poke is hands down one of my favorite spots for poke bowls! Everything tasted so fresh and vibrant — from the salmon to the toppings, every bite was delicious. Here's my recipe Large bowl. Half the usual rice amount, and half of that brown half white. All tuna. Then get ponzu and a light amount of Sriracha aioli. Get jalapeños and what you want from the middle station, then everything from the last station including avocado and extra seaweed. Add sesame seeds.

The proteins they have there were very fresh and So were the greens. Also a really nice little assortment of different crunches. Over all around lot of choices across the board.

Best poke bowls so far in San Antonio very close to Poke for the People on Oahu's North Shore which is my benchmark. All the ingredients were fresh and the staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on a few items I was not familiar with. I had the three protien bowl with eel, tuna, and spicy tuna. All the toppings and sauces were wonderful! It was all I could do to finish this. My wife had the two protien bowl and has enough leftover for a snack later.

My son and his fiancee was in from out of state and wanted something good to eat before heading back home. I new they both liked sushi and told them I heard about a sushi burrito place. Let's just say this place blew our minds, he wishes they had one in Laurence, KS. I will definitely be going back and spreading the word 😉

This place was very interesting. I had the cooked shrimp because I was nervous to try their packed uncooked salmon that sat in a pan... however, I was thoroughly happy with what I just. Burrito and drink 15.00$$$$!!! I’d go back but not for a typical lunch thing..

Hula (formerly Rolling Fish) is the original poke joint in San Antonio. The food and toppings are fresh and delicious, and the value is even better. The price is determined by how many scoops of protein you want, but after that, the toppings are unlimited. Although the sushiritto is a fun novelty meal, I would suggest getting a traditional poke bowl. The poke bowl can accommodate more toppings and is more filling, in my opinion. Besides the food, there’s a good drink selection as well. For the most part, you shouldn’t have a hard time finding a place to sit, but it’s a small little restaurant and fills up easily. Glad to see Hula’s success and the addition of new locations!

Delicious sushi at a great value! Today was my first time trying this place out and I was not disappointed. It seemed a little overwhelming with all the options, but I went with a 2 scoop "Hawaiian" burrito and tweaked it to my liking with some seaweed salad, radish, and some spicy ginger sauce. I loved it! This was a great alternative from the usual fast food fare out there and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Typical Poke place. You pick your ingredients as you pass down the line and get your bowl at the register. Lots of fresh ingredients. I was a little take aback as the employee tilted my bowl too far causing some of the ingredients to spill on the preparation line. They simply wiped up the ingredients and made no offer to replace them in my bowl. Not a huge deal but when you buy lunch and 1/4 of it is not there, I have to wonder. Total was $14 . I would return again

It was the first time I had ever tried Jimmy John's, the delivery was super fast. But the bread was not fresh, both sandwiches I ordered the bread was hard on the bottom. Other than than that my sandwich was just okay. I might order from there again if I want a quick delivery, and hope the bread is fresher next time.

Unlike the harry wurzbach location the cashier at the San Pedro location was kind helpful and professional. Since jimmy john don’t believe in name tags I’m gonna say the chunky white girl with black glasses was awesome. However they did not live up to their freaky fast service motto. It’s been ten minutes and I’m still waiting on my order. So much for their freaky fast service motto

It was empty when I came here. Placed an order to go. Miso soup was a bit bland. Other places I've been also include it with the purchase rather than a paid add-on. The poke bowl was ok. Not sure I'd come back though.

It was good quality ingredients, in good portion sizes. The flavor was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The price is good for what you get. I payed $10 for what could have been 2 basic rolls at a regular sushi place. I was expecting some out of the box ingredients, or creations. Except for like bowl options, it's Chipotle/free-birds for a sushi "burrito". They are using recycled material, so that's a big bonus!

My friends and I never had a "sushi burrito" before so thought we'd try it. This place was jam packed! They have a few tables with three chairs each a couple of couple tables and bar style seating along the wall. This place is not ideal for large groups. I went with a group of 4 and we wondered if we'd luck out and get a table. So keep that in mind. The staff was so busy that they seemed annoyed when we asked questions even after explaining that it was our first time there. They didn't have fountain drinks or alcoholic beverages but they did have a small selection of bottled drinks and a water station. I got a Geisha Burrito which was delicious but it was messy and broke. I would go back but next time skip the "sushi burrito" and order a bowl or a salad.

Definitely not freaky fast delivery! I live very close by and I always order well before my lunch break and rarely get to eat my sandwich during my 35 minute break. Recently we waited 57 minutes for our order. Great food very fresh but order well in advance and maybe have a snack before it arrives.

I just left and I just can say I had an awful experience .. the lady who took my order was very annoyed even tho I was the only customer at the moment. I paid for my meal and after getting my order I decided to pay for chips. When she saw me at the register she took off her gloves in a rude way and gave me a rude attitude.. food was great but I'm not asking for free food. I don't know the name of the girl but she was really chunky and blonde. ... if they don't want to work just don't go.. please

@JimmyJohns They call this extra lettuce. In the past I thought the lettuce was light so today I paid extra close attention. Guess this is the last time I go to Jimmy Johns for pickup. #fail #jimmyjohnsfail Funny JJs told me to share my experience through their CONTACT US form. I did that before posting the photo and the regional manager told me to call the store because like all the other JJs in San Antonio, they are a franchise. He was useless and that job should be eliminated. #aviodJimmyJohns

Been standing in line for over 10 min waiting to place my order while on my lunch break. One person has been on the phone the entire time while the other one is making sandwiches. Why would you only have two people scheduled during lunch hours???? No sense of urgency whatsoever…. What happened to freaky fast sandwiches? Took 20 minutes before I got my sandwich. And when it finally arrived it was one of the sloppiest made sandwiches I have ever had!!!

Just placed an order online for pick up, when I arrived staff was rude. They didn't acknowledge me at all. A mistake on my end occurred but the manager was helpful. A little forgetful but he helped. Anyways my order was ready in minutes and they didn't put my sandwiches in a bag they just called my order description no number or anything. Mind you I had more than 1 sandwiches and chips. I asked for a bag and smirked at the guy who calls the orders and he said here, left the bag on the counter and walked away. Like it was so hard to be courteous to customers. They were just plain rude at this location. I will not return to an atmosphere who made me feel unwelcomed.

I always put online orders for the convenience of getting my orders quicker. Today is a different story. I put my order in at 12:06pm. Order was received at 12:07pm. I called in around 12:30pm to see what was going on. It usually takes about 20 minutes to get my order from the time I submit it on the app. They said they had no drivers available. My order was not out for delivery until 12:49pm. At 1:07pm, exactly an hour when my order was received, I called again because it had been 18 minutes since my order left for delivery. They said it will be 5 minutes for delivery. It's been 10 minutes and still nothing. I had wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for what is advertised as freaky fast delivery. More like freaky slow. Been 70 minutes now. Canceled my order. Never getting delivery from here again. Also, my work is only 4 minutes away. I would've picked it up, but I am currently having car troubles which is why I opted for delivery instead. Never again. Update: Called again and they said the driver just came back in and delivered it. I was waiting at the front and it never got here. How did he deliver it and where because I never saw anyone. I asked the receptionist and she never saw any deliveries come in. So who got my food. Looks like someone got free lunch today. I even put the name of the business. You have to be very special to screw that one up.

So I’m actually highly disappointed in my order that I had received from this location I went into the store with my two children and I ordered two turkey Tom combos and the sandwiches were so thin and there was so little meat and lettuce that it was more bread than anything. Also, the tomatoes were disgusting. I also was disappointed with the drinks. They tasted flat and watered down. They left me to pack up my own sandwiches. I tried reaching out To the management at this location with no answer also I tried reaching out to the customer service for Jimmy Johns and again no results for almost a $30 meal. I am highly disappointed. With both the customer service and the food.

driver added a 3$ tip that i did not give ! tried to have me sign the cc slip and the pen didn't even work !

Made a mobile order 30mins ahead of pick (was getting a hair cut) and was told it would be another 20mins when I arrived to pick up. Freakishly Slow and no effort to expedite the sandwich line. So many orders with only I person on the line, with Zero customer service qualities. So as I patiently wait for my mobile order, I leave this review. Location is about the only thing this franchise has going for itself. Try the one up the road next time.

I placed a delivery order 3 weeks ago and it was canceled by the restaurant because they had no driver available. I contacted customer support who told me the store owners would reach out to me. Two weeks later I never received a call, so I contacted customer care again again who said it was odd that this store hadn’t taken action on my concern. They said this was a great group of restaurants that always replies fast. They contacted the owners again and said they were pretty sure someone would contact me that same day. Almost a week later I still have not received a call or email. The management/owners of this location don’t care if they provide terrible service to their customers. I used to order delivery pretty often from the San Pedro store, but I guess we’re breaking up. There’s tons of restaurants near me that will gladly take my money.

The lady who took my order was RUDE. Then when I saw them making my sandwich, I asked if they could add some veggies I forgot to request. And right in front of me. She wraps the sandwhich and says sorry but we can’t. The staff is rude and so was the customer service. NEVER AGAIN.
