An all you can eat buffet in a unique way. You pick your protein, noodles, vegetables, and sauce in bowls until you take it to a grill. It's a joy to see how they cook and once it all done you have your personal made meal ready to eat. The staff is welcoming to new people and the items they have available are very tasty.

Very surprised!!! Was very nervous about trying. I'm so happy I went. Pretty great experience. The preparation is really fun & interesting to watch. The selection of food was good. Victoria was very pleasant & attentive to us. Customer service excellent!! I will be returning.

I LOVE this place! Great food, good prices, and all you can eat. Can't ask for more. Service has been excellent and the food fresh. Lots of choices for all to enjoy. Clean restaurant and plenty of seating. I've already been here 3 times before I did this review. Give it a try!

First time visiting HuHot or any concept similar. Now I feel silly for thinking it'd be overwhelming. Very easy and innovative process. Tons of possible combinations with fresh ingredients. 1-select protein 2-select noodles 3-choose veggies + sauces 4-give to chefs to cook in front of you. Fun to watch and incredibly tasty dishes as a result. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. I really have no complaints. I was in the mood for Asian and this hit the spot (and more). I will definitely be back.

Thank you to our server for your great service and making my girls feel grown up and allowing them to sit alone behind us and helping them to feel comfortable with creating thier own style ! Love the many options given, and the stuff was on point in the service. I assume that due to it being so popular, it gets full fast and takes a while to get another plate due to the number of people. That's the only downside I saw, but it also makes sense with such a great food and service.

Love to go here when we're really hungry. You can load up on most of your favorite veggies and meats. The sauce bar is amazing and there's a huge variety of sauces for you to mix together and try. Staff has always been kind and usually quick. Pro tip: Use one plat for your meats and one plate for your veggies before mixing it all together on the grill.

Our waitress got our initial drinks then she never came back to our table again until it was time to bring the check. We were ready to leave at that point so refills wouldn't do us any good. There were tons of sauce options and I left very satisfied. The service was outstanding and the waitress was very attentive and had great conversation. They also have a pretty decent military discount. Overall I am very impressed and I would love to come back!

Finally, I made it back to San Antonio. Hu Hot is the perfect choice for lunch. Quick, inexpensive and more choices than the multiverse. No shrimp but there are mussels. And sauces from simple to melt your spine. I almost wish my wife had come so we could have the s'more dessert. Please build several in the Dallas area!!!!

Exceptional service and quick refills. Food selection is great and food fantastic. Servers worked harder than I've seen in past refilling item selection and cleaning tables. Immediate seating was great. Our waitress Alejandra was professional, friendly and on top of getting rice, taking used plates and drink refills.

Great selections for the build-your-own bowl. We got ours to-go, which includes a larger bowl. We piled them high. Next time we will be bolder with our choices of sauce and put more on before they are cooked.

Genuinely reminds me of places I used too eat as a kid in the early 00’s!! ⭐️💜🐉 We drive from out of town all the time too be able too visit this place. They got an ABUNDANCE of ingredients & sauces too make whatever you want. :) The yellow curry sauce / topping is amazing!

The food here was so good! And the staff were very friendly! We've never been here before and our waitress talked us through everything. We got to choose all of our toppings and however much we wanted!

Sometimes long waits but worth it. This huhot is pretty good though! I always have great and attentive servers and the cooks sometimes vary on their efficiency, but during lunch time...that should really be expected. The regulations are now post covid and everything is pretty much back to normal. They do require that you wear gloves while serving your plates and preparing your toppings and adding sauces.

Nice Mongolian grill located near I-10 and DeZavala. We went on a Friday around noon and about half of the tables were open when we arrived. Their options include chicken, beef, pork, sausage, fish, tofu, three kinds of noodles, assorted veggies and lots of sauces. No shrimp today. Still, add what you like and they'll cook it for you while you watch and wait. It's a bit pricey but very fun and delicious.

So much food!! All you can eat, Mongolian Grill. Sat at the bar while waiting for a table. Service at bar was a bit slow, even though no one else was there. Food is fresh and tasty with so many options to choose from. My daughter enjoyed the s’mores dessert!

A fun dining experience that combines buffet with hibachi style food. Asian salad was delicious. There are also of dessert option at additional cost. Seafood options are limited, crab was out of stock on this visit.

Overall the food is good and they offer alot of variety and meat choices. The key impression was the customer service from the waiter/waitress including the cooking chefs. Stopped by HuHot after church service - it’s been a while since my last visit! Had a great time; the service was good and everything hit the spot.

Incredible experience, overall. Notably the kids portions, as they were massive and proportion to the cost. Worth every penny and would certainly revisit.

I love Asian food and noodles is one of my favorite. I tried this restaurant one evening. I was surprised to learn that you select your own meat and vegetables and walk around the chefs while they cook your meal. I think it's a very interesting concept. The food was okay. I would say it satisfied my craving but it's not my favorite. I would come back as I did enjoy being able to grab seconds.

Let's just say, food isn't presentable as you can see. First time coming here, and the ordering wasn't explained very well, nor did I get my fried rice Another horrible thing is the price online for dinner is not the price you pay while in there. Very pricey . Food was good, flavors were great. Food station was very dirty and food not correctly in there slots. Diana our server was great.

This place was decent, but the food could be wayyyy better if they would invest in better ingredients. Exhibit A… the meat. The meat was suspicious looking and wasn’t very good at all. The Chinese noodles were hard and unenjoyable, the vegetables were dry, and the no matter how much sauce you add… it’s still dry. The service was very good though.

The egg drop soup is awful. I and cant stand messy guest and most are sloshing their sauces everywhere. The people that have to clean up I feel sorry for and they seem miserable. The food does tke great photos but will only be back if my niece is on town and wants to go.

When we walked in there was no one at the grill and a couple of people at the food and sauce bars. (To clarify in response to Jorge's comment below: There were grillers at the grill ready to cook for people. There were no customers at the grill when we walked in. Usually the grill is full of customers and this was the first time that we had ever seen it empty. We were happy to see that the grill line was so short). The food bar was stocked well but the sauce bar was really messy and low on some sauces. Maybe they cleaned and stocked the food and were going to do the sauce bar next. The food was tasty for the most part. I wasn’t impressed with the sausage this time. It looked and tasted more like hotdogs. (In response to Jorge's comment below: I am used to the spicy sausage that is normally on the food bar. Maybe they ran out and used the non-spicy one or made a mistake stocking it. What was on my plate is not what I am used to, so I thought it noteworthy. As for mango being gone for a year, I aware of this and disapprove of the choice to remove it from the menu. Mark me down with on the list of customers who would like it to be added back in the near future.) Also, I think there should be more fruit selections. They only have pineapple. There used to be small orange slices and mango in the past, but no more. The men’s bathroom hadn’t been cleaned when I used it. The table and chairs were clean at our table. The dining area was pretty smoky from the grill that night, which makes it a little tough to breathe and eyes watering. Service at the grill and table were both good as usual. Overall, a decent meal with good service. I had to take a picture of the hotdogs (sausage) because I thought that was pretty funny they’d use those instead of the awesome sausage they normally had previously.

Well thought out variety of ingredients to choose from when creating your own dish to be cooked for you. Flavors that range from the typical Asian American style to, Korean or even Thai. If your unsure on how to choose, I'd ask the hostess if there is a physical or even online recipes you can use to create a great dish

It's a buffet style restaurant where you pick your ingredients and they cook it for you. Everything was frozen very unappealing, even after you pick your sauce the food turns out bland noodles were mushy . Ive been to a similar style restaurant in the past and know this can be done well. Won't give this place a second chance.

Finger nail in my food tonight. This is my 3rd time coming here, and the last 2 were good but now has me worried. I was half way through my meal and found an entire finger nail in my food. The manager came out and offered a discount which is crazy. We were greeted and seated promptly upon arrival, but unfortunately the service declined from there. It took a while to receive our drink order, and after that we waited about 20 minutes without anyone checking on us or taking our food order for appetizers, or even check in, possibly provide further information. During that time, a nearby family allowed their children to be very disruptive (not the restaurant’s fault). One child knocked over a dish, sending food onto the floor and onto our table and clothes. While staff quickly came to clean the floor, no one acknowledged us, offered to help clean our table, or checked in to make things right. After continuing to wait without service, we decided to respectfully pay for our drinks and leave. We never even had the opportunity to order food. Overall, we felt forgotten and neglected as guests and would not recommend this place.

I had to pick through my food after it was cooked to take out the ingredients that I did not add. Essentially it was cross-contaminated on the cooking surface. The rice had noodles mixed into it because it's placed beside each other and not properly cleaned out by employees. You have to sift through your rice to make sure there's no other ingredients in it. I noticed the cooks not changing spatulas and using it many times for different orders. I will not eat there again and would not recommend this place.
