Great ambience with low, warm lighting. Excellent drinks and appetizers as well. Beware of the prices though, this is an upper echelon of payment for some people. If you're on a budget and/or are paying for more than 2 people, save it for a time when money is not a worry. You will easily hit $80 for 2 people without even realizing it.

My steak was cooked ok but arrived lukewarm, which means it sat on the "window under light". Baked potato & salad were delicious. But I'll be hesitant to return. Because we went to eat a steak ( porterhouse) & both of us were disappointed 😞 The server was friendly & did her job but the tip was pretty high. $25 tip to pay for a lunch is pretty pricy.

Went to have dinner shortly after 5:30 on a Friday was not packed at all was able to get a good parking the atmosphere is a great although there was a little Trash around the hostess podium the men's room was clean but smelled like urine our server was really nice and quick the dragon fruit Margarita was delicious it comes in a shaker bottle the brisket queso and chips was delicious I wouldn't advise you not to stir the brisket and cheese it tastes better the way they serve it the lobster was delicious the mac and cheese is always great the mushrooms were really good they were not chewy you can taste the garlic and Parmesan which I enjoyed I ordered the filet and lobster the lobster was really good although I asked for my steak medium rare they brought it to me very rare at a steak restaurant you think they would be able to distinguish the two I'm giving this location 4 stars cuz all in all I did have a good experience

The food at this location is really good and so tasty. It's well prepared and is a good value. I actually like the whole "steakhouse" decor and vibe of the dining room. My only knock is the lack of employees and the amount of time you have to wait to be seated when clearly three quarters of the place is empty. They even have a sign on the door forewarning you about it. I understand that there is a labor shortage, but you are still charged full price for having to wait to even be seated. Fortunately, once we were seated it only got better. Our server took excellent care of us and was very attentive. As stated earlier, the food was really good. If you go in prepared to accept longer wait times and have the time you will probably enjoy it here. Hopefully this labor shortage will be remedied soon and I can revise this review to a full 5 stars.

Service was very bad. It wasn't busy either. I think the waitress was new and/or busy doing other things. She wasn't lazy but did not tend our table. We were a party of four. We ordered a two Ribeyes, sirloin and filet mignon. They mixed up the sirloin with the ribeye but they didn't acknowledge the mistake. My friends just ate it as to not cause a scene. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

I wish they had 3.5 starts because that's exactly the rating for this particular restaurant Pros: The service was OUTSTANDING...once we were seated. Coming into the door, the greeting was slow in coming and when the lady finally walked over to us (she watched us come in the door but didn't come over right away) she seemed surly, bored, or maybe both. The young man that seated us seemed distracted although there was hardly anyone other customers there. The young lady that waited on us (Veronica??) was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, fun, and careful. What a delight! The food was solid. Really impressed with the appetizers and sides. Queso with brisket had a good amount of brisket--they didn't skimp. Firecracker chicken wraps were a pleasant surprise. I had asparagus as a side and they were perfectly cooked--I mean PERFECTLY; a tad crisp at the initial bite but soft immediately after. Rarely seen them cooked so well outside of "high end" steakhouses. Chicken was tender and juicy and both my ribeye and my wife's New York strip steak were medium rare, as requested. Cons: It was kind of dirty. Menus had cheese droppings dried on them and partway through the meal, the kids noticed ants and spiders(!) running along the top of the backrest on our booth.

Terrible service, steak was served rare when asked for medium rare, and the place was dirty, including the utensils. There was even some tension and arguing amongst the staff.

So I ordered the steak and lobster tail with mashed potatoes and upgraded my salad to the salad with fruit and I have to say the only thing good at the entire meal was the salad the potatoes were so cold the butter didn't even melt not even as I fold the butter and potatoes no melt was as of they plated the entire thing and waited for the steak which I ordered med rare and got EXTREMELY WELL DONE! SO DRY I couldn't even cutt the poor thing the lobster tail was cold seasoning over done , our waitress never even came to check on us but once when I waved my cup for tea paid 80 bucks for my mother and I for us to only eat the salad

We come here quite frequently as we live in the area, it’s a wonderful spot for date night and the food is delicious. The servers are usually nice, however during our latest visit, our server was horrible. Her name was Lisa and she had short hair. DO NOT SIT IN HER SECTION!!! She was incredibly short with us, seemed extremely annoyed the whole time, and honestly was very unwelcoming. After less than 30 minutes of being there, she asks if she could get our drinks to go and brought the check. We were very obviously not finished eating, and she continuously rushed us to get out. We were not being loud, or unkind, or anything of the sort, simply playing a game on our iPad. Additionally, we noticed she gave everyone else a paper receipt and pen with which to write the tip, however we were given an iPad, fully in front of her, with the lowest option for tip being $20 (ON A 50$ tab!!). I am honestly disgusted and super disappointed as this was a fan favorite restaurant for us and we’re always super accommodating for my service dog. Hopefully other people do not have the same expirience, because it was truly disheartening. Texas Roadhouse it is!

Me and my wife went to dinner on Friday to have a great dinner. First of all. I like to tell you that the hostess is in the front are horrible. I’m sitting there waiting to be sat. I can hear them what they’re saying about customers. The hostess were on their cell phone. Some of the hostess were playing with their hair. And then touching the napkins and the silverware. They didn’t even wash their hand.Z they’re not paying attention to who they’re sitting. I watched them skip people and then I watched them about to skip us. I told the girl upfront why we haven’t been sat when they sat someone that was in front of us in the line at that point they decided to sit us. We finally got sat and we order our food. When the food came out a ribeye steak was tougher than just tough. It was like chewing bubblegum. And then my wife’s filet mignon was very very tough and very, very salty. I told the manager about my steak. He took it off my bill and I explained to him what was going on with the host of stand. I’m not really sure if he didn’t anything about it but all in all everything was bad. We do not have a good meal. I spent $60. The only thing that was really really good was the broccoli and the service.
