I had the B2 (being Pork vermicelli with spring roll) and a Vietnamse coffee. Loved both. The spring rolls were nice and crunchy. The vermicelli and veggies were all fresh. This is the dish I always try first at a Vietnamse restaurant. I liked this enough that I'd come back to try other things.
Pho VN Bistro is so delicious! I got the Bun Chay (spicy tofu vermicelli bowl), and it was probably the best vermicelli bowl I have ever had. I normally don’t think things are spicy and am a bit disappointed, but this was actually spicy and so good! We also got vegetable summer rolls and the tofu was very good, you can tell it is seasoned and not just plain tofu. My boyfriend got the curry shrimp and that was also so flavorful and delicious. Everything was very good and the atmosphere was relaxing and nice. Also for two people it was only around 30 dollars and I couldn’t even finish my food because the portion was so big. I will 10/10 be coming back and trying more dishes!
Fantastic pho. We came in (starving) and couldn't wait to eat. I was offered an Arnold palmer by our server, Michael, and my husband got a water. When he brought our drinks we were ready to order. I got spring rolls to start and we each got a bowl of pho. The rolls were delicious and i wanted more. It came with 2 and a delicious sweet sauce to dip it in. The pho was phenomenal. Well definitely come back for the amazing food and great service.
I order the S5. Ginger Chicken and the P7. Phò’ Rai Cài w/ no onions. It's so so so good!! They're consistent & quick every time and although both of the meals are amazing & delicious the rice is my favorite part lol! I would def recommend this place to anyone w/ a sensitive stomach or whomst is vegetarian! The noodle soup is warming and nutritious w/ a variety of veggies. I love it. ( The photos are from my previous order. I had gotten the beef broth, usually i get veggie broth and i didn't know i could get both of them without onions yet! it was still super delish )
Never tried pho before, but a friend recommended and it was so much better than i expected! very good menu options and kind staff. I ordered pho (p7) which was a vegetarian option. It was delicious from the broth to the veggies. As well to note, they bring out bean sprouts, limes, and jalapeños on a tray that you can add on top.
One of the best Vietnamese meals I’ve had, not that I’m a connoisseur. Reasonably priced, convenient location. My only gripe is that pho is served in plastic and not ceramic bowls. Otherwise, I recommend it!
Good flavor and spice. Place was clean and well lit. Service was good. Nice selection of dishes.
My favorite Pho food in San Antonio. Food is always fresh and hot. The service is great. My favorite dish is the F5. Try it, I did and thats what I eat all every time.
Great food, great service, lovely owners!
Tried their fried rice chicken and green tea … was not disappointed! Loved it and will definitely be back in the future especially in the winter time to give the pho a go.
Delicious, chargrilled plates and friendly service! Great spot for lunch or a date.

We have been searching for some good pho and finally found some! My favorite was summer vegetarian rolls! We ordered one pho and the chicken lemongrass with noodles. The food and service were amazing! Definitely coming back!
Really pleasant and quiet atmosphere, the pho was great 😊 , make sure to mention dietary restrictions if you have any.
Our server was really great!!! (short pink hair, didn’t get name)We truly felt taken care of. I would go back just to get that awesome quality service. Enjoyed the evening eating in the outside area :)

Very spacious restaurant with a lot on their menu. Very reasonable prices and food was made quick to order. I especially loved interacting with Sophie who was able to answer all of my questions and had great mannerisms. Will definitely be coming back!
Favorite place for a vermicelli bowl in San Antonio. Variety of choices on the menu. Food is good. Service was good. Not very crowded at lunch time.

Fresh spring rolls were ok but strange with flavorless chicken, peanut sauce was weak and didn’t have good flavor. Vietnamese egg rolls were really good, but pretty small. Bo luc lac was highly disappointing. It had no flavor and the meat was over cooked. I was really disappointed because this place was highly rated. This dish didn’t taste authentic at all and was so plain.

Unfortunately I spent almost $50 on 2 vermicelli and 1 order of spring rolls, and a side of fried rice. The food was bland and basic. No sauces. No extra garnishes for the plate. I'm not coming here anymore. 😕
First time here and I ordered bun cha nuong. The chicken was so thin and small, and they only gave me one piece of chicken. The fish sauce doesn't even covered the whole bowl of noodle make it bland taste. My bowl doesn't even have peanut in it. I didn't even finish the thing. Kinda disappointed. Friendly staff tho.

Server was nice, but the pho broth was incredibly bland. Quantity was very small-it was a kid's meal. Tendons in the soup wasn't soft enough. The rolls weren't impressive either.
This is the first and last time I come here. I ordered food to go - a pork vermicelli and a chicken vermicelli with egg rolls . There seemed to have been miscommunication because I received a pork vermicelli and another pork vermicelli with skins and no egg rolls. I called and the young man serving tried to be helpful but the chef did not wsnt to fix the issue and said they would “fix it” by giving me a side or chicken and egg rolls and charge me for it. Note that the pork was placed on top of rest of the food, including the vermicelli so I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t feel like arguing so I just bought another dish - the chicken vermicelli with egg rolls but told the young man it would be the first and only time I came here. I don’t blame him - whether it was a mistake in his end, misheard me on the phone or whatever it could be. What I find appalling is the lack of flexibility of the chef to rectify the situation. Maybe this is why this place was so empty… which only 2 tables out of 20 with patrons. I’m not trying to convince you on whether you should come here or not, but telling you how the restaurant treats their customers.
