I was at this particular location on 12/4/2025. This restaurant has amazing food and customer service. My server made sure my drink was never empty food came out in record time and was prepared exactly as I had requested. For the price this is one of the best steak houses around. The manager Inga came to my table and was very friendly and made sure that everything was to my liking. I will definitely be back to try some of the other things on the menu because so far it has been a home run on the dishes I have tried .

We are regulars at this location for good reason. The service at the bar by our favorite bartender Sal is always very good and if there are any issues with our order, they are corrected on the spot and without any hesitation. The food is consistently good and cooked as requested, even if we do special modifications. And best of all, this location is very convenient and has become our "go-to" spot once per week.

Our server, "Lisa" did a fantastic job! She multitasked. Even though she was taking care of a large party, she never lost sight of making sure we had everything we wanted, she really hustled. Our food was excellent, our steaks, potatoes, everything was done perfectly. The "atmosphere" got only 2 stars for two reasons: The restaurant was freezing cold (maybe their heater was out?), and the music was too loud making it difficult to carry on a conversation.

Adreal was such a great host for our party of 6. Every time he came to the table, he had the most beautiful smile on his face. He was so patient and kind. The food was so good, fresh, and hot, thanks to the chef.

Besides the food being delicious, we had truly exceptional service. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt the need to shout out our server. Precious checked on us frequently and was so kind and attentive. My husband and I were celebrating a belated Valentine’s Day with our daughter, who has special needs, and Precious took the time to help us cut up our daughter’s steak without hesitation. That level of care and thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed. She made our evening feel special and we are so grateful. We will definitely be back!

I work around the corner and decided to order wings on Friday 16 May, 2025 around 4:30pm. I'm newish to this SA area so never been to this location. BEST location I've been to by far in SA! The wings had plenty of seasoning, when you ask for extra seasoning on the fries they deliver! The staff working during that time was extremely respectful, upbeat and overall amazing. Food was good but customer service was amazing.

There was a young lady by the name of Monique at this location. She did an excellent job very professional working in the register serving drinks. handing out orders, cleaning table, and during the rush she was very calm, very professional and did an outstanding job as I was eating lunch. I was observing her work. She deserves to be recognized as well as the crew that was working with her. We came in Corpus Christi with a small group of 10 people during the rush-hour and she did an amazing job as well as her crew managing the kitchen

Hands down the BEST Wingstop in San Antonio! The San Pedro location never disappoints. I love coming here — the food is always fresh, hot, and made just right. No matter which flavor I choose, the wings are always perfectly coated in sauce. The staff is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. I’m not sure if I order here too much (lol), but today I got a surprise brownie with my order and it absolutely made my day! It’s those little touches that keep me coming back. This is a good steakhouse, but I honestly think it’s overpriced. I hadn’t been here in a while. I appreciated the simple menu and received excellent service. I would expect that for the price the restaurant would look a little bit more aesthetically pleasing/more upgraded maybe? I can’t put my finger on it. The music was really, really loud but nevertheless I was able to enjoy my food. Crispy crispy wings, but they were still good. Thankfully, I asked for extra parm on these, or I probably wouldn't have been given much on them. I wasn't excited to see the employee preparing my wings handling his phone prior to preparing my and other orders. Even more fun, he caughed into his hand and continued working on my wings without pausing to wash his hands. Luckily, there wasn't any contact needed to sauce the food and used tongs. But still made he cringe 😬 as he brought them to me. But I didn't die, and the wings were good.

Was told to call ahead for a large party, did so we check in b4 reservation time and we have to still wait 45 minutes past our reservation time. The hosts were rude. Had to go up 3 times to check status, 3rd time the rude male host told me that your table is now ready "you should have got text now" which i never got. Then they kept staring at us like I did something wrong. They made experience not good. The waiter was good but the hosts need a new attitude.

I’m giving this location two stars because they have repeatedly got my order incorrect. This is the closest location to me sadly. I asked for my wings WELL DONE and I always wait the extra time because I’ve gotten sick from undercooked chicken from Wingstop, but not from this location. How hard is it to follow simple instructions!!! I order my wings fried hard. Same thing for my fries well done, I asked for an extra amount of seasoning they never do it. Come on Wingstop get it together!

When we arrived we didn’t get offered any fresh bread, Bartender wasn’t to interested I guess because we weren’t ordering cocktails.We ordered burgers well done and they were both undercooked I didn’t complain I only ate a little part where it wasn’t red,it smelled really bad in there and the restrooms were dirty both woman & mens.We won’t be going there again.

Normally, longhorn is my favorite place to grab a steak and old fashioned. I stopped by today for dinner and went to sit at the bar. The bar was relatively empty minus one gentleman sipping a drink and the normal tables were somewhat empty. So it’s most definitely not a busy day. I sat for close to 10 min and was never given a menu or offered a drink. I got up walked out and went to 54th street next door. As soon as I sat I was offered a drink and menu. Service at longhorn today was absolutely appalling.

I have given better reviews for this place, but today was outrageous .i usually go here often enough, Im familiar with some of the staff, including the waitress Marjorie. She knows what my drinks are em is usually pleasant. Today she just grabbed me a Heineken and I hadn’t even said I wanted it, I also get a water and unsweet tea ro go and she knows this. She was very short and rude. I asked what was wrong and she was like she doesn’t know. Ok well just do your job and then another couple comes in and dne is all chatty and over extending her service, still i have not received my food for their or thr salad to go. It seems like it was taking forever and then someone brings my food. This time I ordered pork chop and broccoli, I took 3 bites and not sure what meat it was but I couldn’t stand to eat it. Usually the waitress is checking on me and others at the bar and she can clearly see I am having issues with this food, but pretends not to see me. I loudly say I can’t eat this and finally she was like they changed it. Okay what is it then and she stopped talking to me and back to the other couple. Then I had to ask for my water and unsweet tea and she was like sweet and I said no, u sweet you know I don’t drink that and she said no I don’t and you said sweet. Ok you can remember to bring me a beer I didnt ask for and not remember anything else. I asked what her problem was and she was like I don’t know.I asked for the manager and told him how rude she was and he pretended to be surprised and was like what can I do, talk to her. But I refused to pay she ignored me and not the white couple and was rude. Not sure what she is going through but leave it hime and dont mistreat ppl, bc of your problems. Real Racist treatment today and Im sure thats what she wanted me to say, I also usually give her nice tips but I won’t be back and Im sure they are happy.

The employee named raynee is the rudest customer service representative that I’ve ever had I understand yall were busy it’s a Friday night it’s crazy but for me to be the fourth person in line out of 5 people inquiring about my food 40 minutes after ordering it and for you to address every other customer and deliberately skip past me is insane when I initially ordered I was told it would be 20-25 minutes no big deal after 35 minutes passed I asked for a quote time to finish my order she told me 5 minutes I waited an additional 15 after the second asking for a quote time and I was intentionally ignored despite her addressing three customers in front of me and the doordasher standing behind me and I had to get the attention of another worker while I am thankful for the second worker who updated my drinks and added a brownie and extra ranch due to the wait time it’s absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for to be intentionally ignored I wasn’t rude I said please and thank you and was quite patient I wasn’t going to leave a poor review at all due to knowing how hard a rushed Friday can be in the food industry but to be passed over and ignored is absolutely ridiculous and she shouldn’t be in customer service

Had a problem with the quality of food. my carrot sticks had green spots which look like mold! I asked to speak to the manager and explain what was going on. she did not give me her name. ( crystal is her name, Sunday night night) and I let her know that I would be on Google reviews and let people know the service and how management is there. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant especially when the manager crystal is working. Been to this restaurant several times and have ordered a lot of food and I would not recommend going when crystal is a manager there. I hope she does not continue to work there.!
