They do a good job at this location. I have ordered almost 10 times w out a problem. Nice staff inside. Quite pleasant.

We had a very positive experience from this Round Table in San Bruno catering my daughter's birthday party at a playground in San Francisco! The management kindly agreed to honor their November promotional pricing for our event so that we could fit our budget and everyone at the party loved the pizzas! We ordered the gourmet vegetarian, pepperoni, and plain cheese pizzas for our guests and they were all great! Smooth ordering and pick up process that made the party go off without a problem. Thank you so much to the staff at this Round Table! We will be back again.

The pizza was great but they didn't put the extra sauce we asked for but that's ok. The lady on the phone was nice enough to let us know about the sales they were having.

I used to order from Pinole RT and Hercules RT. But after moving here, naturally I’m ordering from the closer options out here. And I have to say unfortunately the ones in my vicinity are subpar compared to Hercules and Pinole RT. If I could order my specific order via an app or online, I would. But there are no options to switch ham out for pepperoni on the Maui Zaui, hence my need to call in. When calling, they always start by offering some promo you don’t care for. Corporate should remove that from SOP. I asked the lady to switch out ham for pep, and she said they don’t do that. Kinda silly to turn down a $50 order because you’re unwilling to switch out meats 🤔. She eventually checked with someone, presumably her supervisor, and then confirmed she could do that. Anyhow, the pizza was lacking the standard amount of Polynesian sauce. And XL pizza incorrectly made 🙄. Better luck next time I suppose.

The food was good! Dude working there was alright but the young Hispanic lady had a “hurry up and order attitude”. Other than that I enjoyed myself!

Worst tasting than other Round Table's in the area for some reason. Cheese doesn't look fully melted and the customer service (especially the woman/manager who you are redirected to on delivery orders) is not good.

My girlfriend and I walked in to the round table on Cherry Avenue expecting the best because we planned it and we were waiting to eat there right after work. Quite often we visit the round table on Peninsula near the Safeway and we love it. We try to go at least 3 to 4 times a week mostly for salad due to our healthy diets. ——— the attendant on the phone looked over and said I’m talking to my boss—-I replied we’re here for salad bar. Do you have it? — yes she replied. It’s right there. I’ll be right with you.—-the salad bar was halfway full as if they were still filling the salad bar with all of the various items that they offer—- I replied. I’ll wait till you completely finish filling it up. Thank you.—-the lady quickly replying. It is full come on over and order—— she came over to look at look at the salad bar along with us —- saying see there it is and whatever else you need I am here—— again I replied, but it’s only halfway full. It’s not like the one on Peninsula. She’s what what do you want? I said at least lettuce. There’s no lettuce here. It goes good. I’ll just have to run in the back and chop you some lettuce to me if that’s gonna make you happy——————— we walked out and we will never return again. I’ll stick to the round table on Peninsula Avenue in Burlingame—-the customer service is almost perfect. The atmosphere is awesome because of all the sports games they play. The place is clean and I will go there today because I left round table in San Bruno at 5:30 now I’m ready to go eat salad at the round table on Peninsula Avenue.

This review is specifically for a pick up order and service. Per their policy, they will only accept orders 2 weeks ahead of a pick-up date. I placed an order 2 weeks ago to have pizzas ready by 11:30am for pick up today. I waited for 30mins and the pizzas had not even started cooking at 12:00pm. I specifically scheduled my pickup time to align with a work lunch event, and they have completely missed the contractual time for delivery. The manager was not present to speak with about reviving a refund/discount for the inconvenience and failing to deliver the order at the agreed upon pickup time. The person working the register was not very helpful nor apologetic in rectifying the situation. After 1 hour of waiting, I left without my pizzas since they said the dough had not yet even been prepared for my order. I would not recommend this place if you are planning to order ahead and need your order to be ready on time.
