If you’re looking for no nonsense great tasting crepes, then this is the place to go. The have a great selection of crepes and it’s made fresh, so you’ll never be disappointed. This is definitely a place to visit if you’re in the San Carlos area and have a craving for delicious crepes :)
We are so glad we found this crepe place and we love coming here! Their savory and sweet crepes are delicious and the ingredients they use are fresh and high quality! Most importantly they have buckwheat gluten-free crepe option. The staff and the owner are friendly and kind.
everything i’ve had from this place has been amazing, and almost everything on the menu sounds soooo good too. highly recommend the cookie butter poppers with white chocolate drizzle, and the cherry blossom drink is one of my all-time favorites :)
Really surprised how much I loved this place. The crepe balls are delicious, seriously good. Not even in that kind of guilty pleasure way either, the ingredients tasted really high quality. Everything was perfect. I even had a lemonade and it was legitimately the best lemonade I’ve had in a long long time.
Veryyyy good! I so happy to find this place!
Both their sweet and savory crepes are delicious!
The crepes are large and generously packed. I had a savory crepe and the Nutella bites. The Nutella bites are delicious and filling because they are pretty large. The neighborhood is nice with lots of parking nearby. We came during a busy time but the workers kindly accommodated us and our large order quickly.
Wonderful lunch and dinner option forsavory or sweet Wheat-free crepe wrap food. Very hard to find places that serve GF. Excellent. Atmosphere is like an ice ream shop. Clean nice easy indoor and outdoor seating.
My family is absolutely hooked on the Nutella and banana crepes from this place – it's become a regular treat for us! Sure, they might not be the most budget-friendly option, but trust me, the flavor explosion is worth every penny. And here's a fantastic surprise: those crepes are like little bundles of joy that stay delicious even if you can't devour them all in one go. But hold onto your taste buds, because there's more than just crepes at this spot! Despite the name, they've got a whole lineup of delectable delights waiting to be devoured. Panini sandwiches that make your mouth water, waffles that redefine the breakfast game, pancakes that practically melt in your mouth, and gelato that's a scoop of heaven. And oh, let's not forget the milkshakes and boba drinks that promise a sip of pure happiness. Now, I'll be honest – we've never ventured beyond the crepes ourselves, but just one look at the other offerings and you can practically taste the goodness. It's like an entire world of deliciousness all under one roof. As for the future, well, let's just say my family has grand plans. We're already making mental reservations to keep coming back for years to come. So, a heartfelt thanks to this place for creating those mouthwatering crepes that have us coming back for more. Your scrumptious creations have truly found a special place in our hearts – and stomachs!
Delicious! Only had one savory crepe, but if I lived a bit closer this would be a once a week stop without question. Dined with a buddy and he was also quite impressed. Clean store. Friendly. Doesn’t get any better! Cheers!
Lovely The vegetarian options are usually not too good, but The Crepe Stop had good vegetarian options. And tasted delicious
Crepes taste amazing. They are expertly made, wonderful craftsmanship. I am a frequent customer. I recommend the GO BANANAS crepe.
Amazing store, with friendly employees. Food is great. Variety of items to order.
The most delicious crepes ever. They're ready super fast, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The House Special and the Love at First Bite are my two personal favorites. The outdoor seating is great, really cute flowers and sun shade. Cannot emphasize enough how good their crepes and Nutella poppers are!
Great place, the crepes are amazing. Clean, cozy, great outdoor dining area. Highly recommended!
Tasty crepes! We had sweet ones after a dinner nearby, but I would definitely go back to try the savory ones if we’re in town again. My husband got poppers, he had slightly mixed reviews but he’s not sure if it was the combination he picked.
Delicious food! I had the Philly Cheesesteak crepe and strawberry mango smoothie. Highly recommend this place.
"Sounds fishy" tastes wayyy better than it sounds haha. The menu has interesting options and funny names. They've got a crepe for your sweet tooth or if you like savory. Fresh ingredients. Mine was stuffed with spinach - love it. Maybe would be better with some sauce? The "want smore" Nutella one is nice and creamy as well. The indoor seating is very limited and there were kids all over the place lol... outdoor seats are a bit better but chilly.
Nutella poppers! Good crepes, both sweet and savory, along with a nice menu of choices. They also have boba and Gelato. Very enjoyable experience- thank you!
We were craving some dessert after dinner and accidentally found this place! I really loved and enjoyed my gelato and waffle! Super delicious! My husband ordered strawberry sorbet and it was really awesome.
Crepes are so good!!! I took chicken crepe and apple, both are delicious!
Great place to stop for a dessert crepe. Both the sugar and spice and apple bottom crepes are family favorites along with gelato.
Very tasty crepes that are fairly priced! Had the Sounds Fishy, A La Margarita, Honey I'm Home, and the freshly squeezed lemonade for under $50 and they all tasted yummy.

Food was very good. Love that they have vegan options. Service was a bit slow and chaotic. Don't know that I'd stay here to eat but it's easy to takeout from.
They are one the only restaurants open until midnight in San Carlos serving a variety of desserts. They have milk tea which is a tad on the sweet side, but it is nice that they have decaf tea but no lactose-free options. I would stick to their crepes and mini-pancakes which were fun to have! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and service is relatively fast. You can order at a kiosk or in-person.
Got the pistachio gelato which was had a subtle taste of gelato and actual gelato pieces inside of it. While there I was able to see one of the workers make the crepes and I was very impressed. They looked HUGE and delicious. Super friendly staff as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. This place uses nitella jars as part of their decor, it’s bold and I like it.
Wonderful neighborhood Crepe shop located in downtown San Carlos. They serve a variety of paninis, ice cream, boba, and crepes with both savory and sweet fillings. Crepes are basically skinny pancakes that are wrapped around wonderful fillings (savory being more meat, egg, and cheese based. Sweet is usually sugar, Nutella, and fruits). Best visited for breakfast and dinner! There is indoor, outdoor covered, and street sitting. They have a restroom. Wait times can be long during weekend busy hours and shortage of staff. Be prepared to spend 45-60 minutes here between ordering, eating, and leaving during busy times. Less than 30 mins during off hours.
The guy making the crepe is very skillful. He also smiled and said hi to people when he had time. Very friendly. Crepe is different than Japanese style. It is soft instead of crispy. Taste was better than I expexted. A very casual and relax place.

‼️DO NOT PARK at the parking spaces adjacent to Crepe Stop 24/7. All those 45⁰ parking spots are only for the nearby grocery market. If you drive further into the back, those 90⁰ parking spots are ok. Read parking signs carefully. 👍There are indoor seating, semi-outdoor seating, and a sidewalk patio also good for dogs. 🆗️The sweet crepe "Honey I'm Home" is folded into a rectangular shape, with thin and small pieces of strawberry and banana hidden inside the thin crepe, drizzled with honey, almond slices, and powdered sugar. Delicious but not impressive. 🆘️Black milk tea boba, $7. Tea aroma absent + Milk powder tasting + Boba texture ok + Too much ice = Miserable, except if you prefer everything light with a milk powder flavor. Walk 100ft. for better... 😬Other comments mentioned service about dine-in orders sitting there and customer kept waiting to be called. Regret to say, it was the case. If you're in a rush, avoid this place.
When this place first opened, the crepes were definitely better — you could taste the freshness and generosity in every bite. Now they’re just okay. The amount of Nutella and fruit has noticeably decreased, which makes the crepes feel a bit underwhelming. Still decent if you’re craving something sweet, but definitely not as impressive as they used to be.
It’s a hit or miss place. We ordered basic ham and cheese savory crepe and strawberry pancakes. The crepe was delicious but the pancakes were strange. At first, I thought they only gave us 4 small slices of strawberry, but it turned out they panned the rest into the pancakes. I had to flip the cakes to know. The restaurant was cute and cozy, but they didn’t have some advantages that you think you need until you asked for it, like tap water or napkins. We ordered dine-in and paid for the tips, so I expected the food to be served at the table. We sat at the patio dining area. But, we waited and waited until we came in to check. The food was ready and we had to bring it out ourselves.

Food was fine, it took 20 minutes for them to prepare my crepe, multiple people walked in after me and ordered and got there orders first, they need to work on their speed.
They advertise as vegan friendly (the batter for the crepes anyway) but they did not specify which sweet toppings were vegan. The staff seemed irritated by my questions and didn’t know which toppings were vegan. They crepe was decent but not exactly what I had in mind since my only option seemed to be the lemon sugar one. It was lacking sauce or whipped cream or something. I wish they had more vegan options but I guess at least the batter was.

I am sorry, we have try this place so many times, and its just not giving, what what want. Crepe makers seem a bit hostile, they are not friendly, sweet crepes are wayyyy too sweet. Mini pancakes some were raw and they were just too sweet too
Waited for an hour, they lost our order and tried to gaslight us for it. Had to call management for a while instead of just making the order from our receipt 😅. Happened to three other customers, all had to argue for it. It’s just basic customer service folks, use some common sense. I was about to give up, go home hungry and issue a chargeback for credit fraud. Crepe itself was fine. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse.
They lost my order and kept dismissing me when I asked them for it saying it’s coming when they didn’t have my receipt in their queue. Ended up waiting over an hour for my crepe. I kept asking them when mines will be made but they kept saying there’s a backlog although it’s clear I stood in front of them for a whole hour whereas later customers got served before me. Extremely dismissive staff who can’t be a bit flexible. They wanted to push my order to the end of the backlog although I’ve already waited an hour. They are terrible at communicating what is happening with my order too.
It is deserving of the one star; the crepe that I ordered was pretty good. I walked in and received zero acknowledgment from the worker/owner male, who proceeded to look preoccupied. I waited a bit, thinking that he might acknowledge me but he never did. I finally asked him if he was ready. He knodded annoyed and grouchy, telling me that he was waiting for me to order. I asked him if they had gf pancakes and he replied annoyed, stating that they only had gf crepes. So that's what I ordered. I come from out of town and I felt so very out of place here, like I was in a whole other country as I've never experienced such rudeness and anger from any restaurant owner or employee. It's no wonder, the place was empty and I was the only customer. This was just the oddest experience. Never again!!
When the family wants crepes we usually make the drive to SF, Genki’s. I know there is no comparison to Genkis but The Crepe Spot was a big disappointment. We ordered: - Oreo Madness Crepe - was very soggy - Want S’More Crepe - was ok but crepe is too soft - Nutty Monkey Açaí Bowl - big disappointment, you can tell it was premade and added the toppings when I ordered it. The açaí was so hard (not just frozen) on the bottom of the cup. - 10pc poppers - the dough was undercooked - Philly Cheese Crepe - the crepe is so soft it’s more like pancake batter. There is a lot of meat and veggies but it has no season/flavor. - Go Bananas - this is the typical pancake (mini) with toppings, nothing special.
I would give 0 stars If I can...went for dinner, ordered a crepe and panini, and waited for 15mins. Noticed people after me getting their food delivered, so went to inquire about my order. His response was dismissive and tone was very rude. Haven't experienced anyone in the restaurant business talking to their customers that way. Panini was just fine, nothing to write home about.
