My girlfriend and I often go here for dinner. Great spot. Love the burger and chicken pot pie. Their beer selection is small, but has excellent options. I've always had excellent service every visit and Nick has been a most excellent server.

Stopped in for lunch while shopping at the Outlets. Service was great and the food was awesome. We all enjoyed everything we ordered from the fried pickles and brussel sprouts as appetizers to the meatloaf sandwich, nachos and chicken fried chicken. Everything was delicious.

THE best customer service and food. Very very satisfied with everything. If you are a fur parents like us, you’re gonna enjoy this place as well. Dog patty can be seen in the pic

I ordered my birthday cake from Rockwell Bakery, and they did an amazing job. They were quick, professional, and made exactly what I asked for. The whole process was easy, and they really delivered on what I had in mind. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great, and it made my birthday even more special. It’s clear they care about getting things right for their customers. Highly recommend them if you need a custom cake — they’re reliable and do great work.

Mom had a coffee & lemon square while I enjoyed a Long Island Iced Tea & iced Oatmeal cookie. Great service atmosphere & terrific treats. I look forward to coming back for a real meal as everything on the menu looks wonderful & reasonable! Just FYI, there is a great Cars n Coffee crowd on Saturdays too 9-11. Enjoy!

The cinnamon rolls are fire 🔥 just ask for them to be slightly heated. I also tried the fruit tart and it is a whipped cream base not custard making it a bit lighter but no tart taste to it. I am looking forward to trying more pastries next time.

This is a great breakfast spot! We went on a Saturday morning during a Cars and Coffee show and it wasn’t crowded at all. I just wish they had specialty coffees! Only drip coffee is on the menu.

This place was very good! We had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience here! We had wings and desert! The wings were good and the pastries were excellent! They even have a full bar! Oh and our server was great too! I forget her name, but she had a dragonfly tattoo!

Good cozy atmosphere and excellent service. We had breakfast which was very good. The coffee here has very good flavor and is fresh. Wished the meal came with a bread item like: toast, biscuit, english muffin etc. The food was well prepared and the cajun potatoes were excellent. I would recommend.

I stopped to eat while charging a Tesla. The restaurant was Boston themed. Food menu selection and food items were pretty good. I ordered a meatball sandwich and fries. Service was great.

This restaurant has the potential of being very good. They just aren't hitting on all cylinders on any given day. The food is pretty good whether we are there for breakfast or drinks and appetizers. I like craft beers and they have a good selection on tap, but it always seems a little flat. The bar tender was friendly until I had to share with her that the beer was flat. They have some delicious baked goods that we have sampled. One of my favorites are the macaroons. Sometimes they are very fresh and other times they are hard and dry. Its hit and miss in the bakery too. I keep trying to support Rockwell's. They need more business or I fear it won't last until the theater opens. If they can tighten up the service and quality they will see the empty seats fill up. I like the restaurant and want it to succeed.

Food looked and tasted good. A bit overpriced. I bought an egg sandwich and a tea and took it to go. It cost $13. I didn't order a side with it. I asked for no side specifically, however the cost was still $13. Restrooms were lovely and clean. The restaurant was well decorated and clean. There was patio seating. Plenty of parking. The restaurant is in front of a large parking lot. The desserts and treats looked amazing. Also, I was told that if I bought something to go, I couldn't sit in the restaurant and eat it. Overall, my experience was just okay. The sandwich was really yummy and big. There were some really fancy cakes, treats, and desserts that looked really good also. I may go back and order something next week. All of the treats looked really decadent. The service was a little slow as well. But it was a pretty cute place.

It's loud inside (concrete floors and big glass windows so the sound bounces around) . Party of 15 first time here and every single one if us liked their breakfast orders! Great great food!

Always a friendly face at the bar. Seems there are always some San Clemente locals who are just down right friendly. People who go in the water and tan on the sand. The ocean air streaming up Pico sets the tone for a chill experience. Good and dirty martinis with a healthy pour. I like the Bloody Mary with 2 olives please. You will not believe the price See for yourself

Usually go here after the weekly Cars and Coffee on Saturday mornings. Wait time ranges from 5mins to 50mins. Service: 3/5 The waiter/waitress comes by once in a while to check on you but you usually have to flag them down. Sometimes it's a hit-or-miss too.. one server will remember you wanted everything on the side with extra cheese and sour cream when they swing by your table and someone else brought your dish, and another will forget you ordered over-easy eggs and bring you scrambled eggs Food: 4/5 Food is decent and portions are huge so definitely will fill you up. Bakery is good but their brownies are quite rich in chocolate - some may prefer it but I personally dont. Coffee is regular, nothing special for a bakery

The chicken sandwich is worth a repeat visit for sure. 🍽🍴🍽🍴 Excellent Guinness pour as well. Friendly and attentive staff. Easy and plentiful parking. Great place for a break from outlet mall shopping. Kid Friendly too.

I've only eaten here a few times and every single time I have not been super impressed with their food.

Let's start with the good. Parking is easy and plentiful. The hostess at the front did a great job and got us seated quickly. The servers were friendly. They've got some decent beers on tap. Pastries looked really good too. The chicken pot pie soup tasted great and was seasoned really well. The sides of fresh fruit were good. On the not so good side... The restaurant was only about 3/4 full but it took over 25 minutes for us to get our food from the time we put our order in. The hollandaise sauce was very bland and very under seasoned. The poached eggs (4x) were almost completely hard boiled. The blackened salmon was cooked well but lacked flavor and seasoning. The outside patio area is set up for dog owners, but it also smelled of dogs a bit much. It won't go back for any of the eggs Benedict's dishes. But I'll try it again and pick something else off the menu.

Not clean. Tasty food, friendly service BUT the restroom smelled horrible (mildew and the floor drain? ) and I had to ask three times for them to finally clean a greasy slippery spot on the smooth polished concrete floor that a lady almost slipped on. It was stressful watching the old people walk by it for 20 minutes.

Today was my second time here. If I had to rate by my first visit, I would have given a four-star review. Today's visit was a definite 1-star experience. Today, Saturday, is the car show (or whatever it's supposed to be) in the parking lot, so it was busy at first. Our server was really nice and working hard, but it seemed like the place was short-staffed. We put in our order at 11:05. At 12:10 our food came out. My dish, the "Southwestern Omelet", was awful. I can't pinpoint why it was so bad, it just was. I couldn't eat it. I picked at what I could tolerate just because I was so hungry and had to eat something. My toast was cold and kind of chewy; it had clearly been sitting a while. I never got the coffee refill that was "coming right up." My friend grabbed the carafe and poured for me. Our server recognized that I didn't eat, and she took my meal off the bill (I didn't complain, and I didn't ask for any compensation, so this is a plus). I have come to the conclusion that if it's busy, Rockwells is not the place to go. The first time I went it was a week day and not busy at all, so it was a much better experience.

My guest said that's the way a lot of people like their breakfast. Not me. Both our kids would say the toast was burnt. Plentiful hash browns but undercooked, the center was just past raw. I ate it all anyways waste not want not just not more. French toast and a side of sausages. I should have ordered those items, they were not overcooked. In fact the thick stubby sausages I expected the casing to be hard and inside to be raw but surprisingly the saysage was better than expected maybe precooked? I visited the bakery display and asked a question and I did get a hurried reply but no one asked if I wanted anything.. I can see how this joint might be an appealing restaurant I am just not sure it rubbed me the right way.

We use to have really good meals at Rockwells. We were in earlier in the week and it was a disaster. Only one other customer and the food was awful. The English Muffin was untoasted as we were told the toaster is broken. The potatoes were cold.

Two Very Horrible Experiences First Last Sunday. Food arrived late. Had a 30 minute lunch break. When the food arrived it was about 25 minutes wait. Only five minutes to eat. I had ordered an impossible burger. Looked beautiful but when I took the first bite it had an open metal staple in it. Was afraid to eat anymore after that. Told the waiter who took it and said she would bring me another. I told her I had no time to wait after that because I was now late to work. I called later and talked with a manager named Tom who apologized about it and wanted to make it up to me. He told me to come in and what I ordered would be on the house. So I went today this Thursday to give it a second chance during their happy hour and buy myself a drink. The manager there was really hateful about me coming in and acting like the incident never happened and there is no Tom. She said I must of called the other location. I thought she would be nice as Tom but she said that she would get my burger. Then another waiter comes out with it in a go bag. I tried to tell him twice I wanted to eat there and it was not to go. The waiter just turned around and ignored me. So I sat down to eat it there from the bag. I asked if I could get water. No reply. I started to eat the burger without anything to drink. Started to get all messy from guacamole all over my hands and got up walking around wanting a napkin. All the staff ignored me. I walked not finishing. And leaving the food there. I was quite upset. I didn't get to eat during lunch the last time. This time I was treated horrible. So I called back in tears and they hung up on me twice. Most horrible experience ever had in customer service. I was not expecting free food for nothing and had came in to sit down and enjoy myself and was planning to pay the difference. Horrible people there. Well the first time I didn't get to taste it. It had a staple. Second time it really was not good. And now my stomach hurts. Don't know if they did something to the food since they acted so odd or I was upset during what I ate. I maybe throwing up in the parking lot soon because I am in my car writing the review. Ended up missing meeting at chamber and went home in which I did throw up.
