Drinks are always made to perfection. Quick service, and customer service is always next level. The manager, he’s always so friendly and kind, and his team follows his lead. My husband and I commute from Orange to Carlsbad and Kearney Mesa for work. We pass hundreds of Starbucks but choose to stop here simply for the experience. Thanks Team! Apologies for not knowing your names but I’ll learn them soon and update my review.

It's my personal opinion, of course! Medicals really knows what the are doing. The new value meals inside the app are very good. You can make the sandwiches your way.. and sit in your car to wait for them if you like. The restaurants are clean, and the staff is friendly. Great overall experience me

Typical Starbucks. Nothing new, except the store! The Inclusion storage is neat! Out of CBIC when I was there...next to a school and summer in San Clemente... think they’d prepare for that. Made my ice coffee well!! There was a woman with a blonde ponytail, getting very “bossy” around her coworkers and complaining loudly about not getting a break. She was destroying the calm vibes. They were screaming disingenuous “hellos” to people, not one person looked up to make Eye contact. Although I really liked when the barista announced she was starting my beverage. I like that!! Good idea!! I believe the shift on duty, the coffee master, was a man and seemed very calm and just going with the flow, but that other barista, was stepping on his toes a lot. Also the lobby was destroyed and they swept near the ovens 5 times. But that’s nothing new at Starbucks. Lol

So I ordered a large smoothie, and it was overly sweet to the point where I couldn’t even drink it. I don’t know what they did to it, but it had way too much sugar in it to even be enjoyable. Then with my order, I ordered large order of fries Something to snack on to have for later I open the bag I look inside and my large order of fries was more like a small order of fries because the container wasn’t even half What’s going on? I know this is too crazy. Am I crazy?

They gotten my order wrong plenty of times. The person at the window never gives you the sauce that you ordered and they definitely don’t automatically ask you if you would like a catch-up even if you ordered french fries. It should be automatic. Don’t be so stingy. Also take a look at what qualifies for a full thing of fries these days…. I swear I eat two or three on the way home maximum no BS

I visited this spot a few times and it stayed a regular Starbucks like any you would find. The customer service is great there and the ambience and decor make the location very appealing. However, I just went and ordered an iced matcha lemonade, a very simple $3.65 drink, and it arrived in the state you can see in the pictures. Plus, I had to wait 25 minutes (they might just have been busy today but still...) and the drink was straight up lemonade. I could not taste the matcha at all, leaving me with 4 dollars spent on just lemonade. I don't know if it was the employee or the ingredients, but with the 25 minutes of wait, I saw the same thing happen to other people ordering matcha based drinks. I did not wish to make a scene but I really think the establishment should locate and fix the problem quickly.

This place is usually good. But, I did just order a grande Caramel Frappuccino that was tasteless. First time that I toss out a drink from Starbucks.

It took at least 10 minutes to get 2 sodas and fries, and the fries were warm, not hot. I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes just to get fresh, hot fries, so I left.

I used to like McDonald's Now food not good and cost of it its crazy. They charge up to $7 dollars for bbq sauce. Unreal.. $ 15 dollars for two order of French fries. Never again

My family chose McDonald’s but I don’t really like McDonald’s. We used the drive thru , which has two order stands. We went on the second far to the right and turns out when we went to window to pay for our order, the order wasn’t taken, they asked us like three times if we ordered , I don’t see why we would pull up to the window without ordering but hey it happens. Then we give the attendant our order and we ordered dr. Pepper as one of our drinks but turns out our attendant made it a diet dr.pepper. Idk , I already don’t like McDonald’s and to see so much chaos makes me feel like I have been dodging this kind or service . Oh well the fam was hungry and this is what they wanted . Anyhow enjoy for those who like this place.

Upon walking in i was not greeted by the assistant manager who was standing at the register but by someone else across the room. While i was waiting for her (Assistant Manager Nicole) to finish doing what she was doing to take my order my husband walked in and asked for the code for the restroom and was told he had to make a purchase first in a rather rude manner. We were not aware of the new policy of a purchase needing to be made to use the restroom. Thats ok i get it. Very unprofessional. Not the type of experience one expects going into a Starbucks. He felt like he was being discriminated against. Sad and pathetic! this location should do better get better management. Also add some diversity to your staff.

They do not know how to make a simple iced brown sugar

I had placed my order at 9:22, a simple order. A drink and egg bites. I received my drink shortly after however noticed there were not any strawberry includes in it, as the drink comes with them. I did not receive my food so about 8 minutes of waiting I politely asked them if it was coming soon. They told me yes. However they continued to serve other customers who ordered after me. About 30 mins went by and I was still waiting. I asked them maybe 3 times if my food was coming. They were kind enough and gave me some cake pops as a sorry however I am still disappointed I had to wait for 30 minutes for food that is warmed up in a microwave. Do better.

Stop here with my toddler as we usually do coming from OC to SD. We bought 4 bakery items and proceeded to use the restroom when exactly 4 min later an employee started demanding I exit the restroom and informed me they started a timer the moment I entered and that my time was up and I must leave. I dont know about you but a 4 min restroom timer for repeat paying customers is absurd to me. Never in my life has this happened to me. I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today (08/18/2025). I placed my order in person, then quickly stepped into the restroom. When I came back, the barista at the counter completely ignored me and didn’t acknowledge my order. After waiting for 15 minutes, other staff finally told me that my order was never made and that I should place it again. This is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such poor service at Starbucks before. Definitely not the level of professionalism or customer care you’d expect from this brand

This McDonald’s is a textbook example of what happens when leadership completely fails. After eating at this location, I became violently ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. What makes this far worse is that during my visit I personally observed serious food safety issues that should never exist in a restaurant open to the public. This wasn’t a one-off mistake it was clear this store is poorly run, poorly supervised, and completely lacking standards. The biggest issue here is management, specifically the General Manager. I made the responsible decision to speak with him directly. I calmly explained what happened and identified myself as someone with professional food safety experience. Instead of concern, urgency, or accountability, I was met with rudeness, arrogance, and complete indifference. The GM: • Showed zero concern about a food poisoning complaint • Was dismissive and unprofessional • Took no responsibility for the operation of his store • Acted as if guest health and safety were irrelevant This is not just bad customer service this is dangerous leadership. When the person in charge doesn’t care about food safety, the entire store reflects it. And it does. From the way food is handled to the lack of urgency from staff, this location operates like no one is being held accountable. Because of how poorly this was handled and how serious the issue is, I have already contacted the Orange County Health Department and reported this location so an inspector can evaluate what is clearly a failing operation. No customer should get sick and then be brushed off by management like it’s nothing. McDonald’s is supposed to have systems, standards, and leadership. This location has none of that. What it does have is a GM who clearly should not be running a food establishment and a store culture that reflects neglect, laziness, and lack of care for the public. Until there is a complete management overhaul and real accountability, I strongly advise people not to eat here. Your health is not worth the risk.

Worst McDonald's on the planet for customer service. I've been coming here almost daily for a frappe for someone. EVERY time, there is no one tending the register to take your order. It's a ten minute wait. No one says anything and half the time I have to walk toward the back to ask if we can be helped. Figure it out!

This McDonald's had us waiting on parking lot on mobile order driver through. Not only us, all other 3 cars which all arrived at the same time. Reason: they fulfilled our online order immediately, they might doing this to meet McDonald's requirements for how fast a drive through order completes. This is not fair for gaining points of being fast.

Warning this McDonald's location tries their best to nickel and dime you. The will up charge you on your free happy meal you have earned from your rewards. That's not even the worst part of it, the fries have a rancid oil, used oil that taste horrible. Do your babies a favor and avoid this location.

This is literally THE WORST McDonald’s. The food is always sub par. I always order no cheese on my burger and every time they just scrape off the cheese and slap a bun on it. The burger tasted as good as it looks, disgusting! Oh, and I waited 20 minutes in line for this!! Not sure why these workers deserve $17/hr. I can’t wait for in and out to open down the street!
