Air Conditioned Lounge

This is a dive bar/club on the outskirts on the Northpark main strip, so if that's what you want, that's what you get. I love this place for calm happy hours and ppl watching, club style. Great hole in the wall in a very busy area.

This special spot is extra fun and has an upbeat party vibe! Id say go here when they open and make it part of your cocktail romp as there is a great food selection and happy bartenders to recommend what to drink and eat! and of course this neighborhood spot is of course air conditioned!

Great service, bartender was very sweet. Loved the music and vibe. Only thing that I was concerned about and wanted to see if anyone else had a similar situation was I got an espresso martini and like half way through I noticed my lips and tounge started burning, I made sure I had someone else try it and they agreed while the drink itself wasn't spicy it ended up leaving almost like a burning/pepper burn on lips mostly, I'm not sure if they used the wrong syrup or the glassware wasn't clean but it really caught me off guard. I didn't say anything in the moment because I didn't know if it was just me at the time. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but made me nervous for sure. Edit: the response from the owner was spectacular, changing my review to 5 star and I'll definitely be back :)

We had our high school reunion at the Air Conditioned Lounge. Gary and his staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and flexible. We were able to use the caterer of our choice and bring in our own dessert. The mid-century modern decor is fun and classy. My only regret is that the patio area (Glampisphere) has to shut down at 10 p.m. because being able to use both inside and outside spaces was the best for our group of about 115 people. But I highly recommend this venue for medium-sized gatherings.

Wonderful venue! We had a high school reunion there with over 100 friends and classmates. They created signature drinks for us that were absolutely delicious. The staff was generous with their time and efforts. Love it!

Just had my wife’s 40th birthday party in the private event space, the Glampishere @ Air Conditioned Lounge and it was perfect! My wife was beaming, and all of our 50+ guests commented on how much they liked the venue. The AC Lounge in the front has a really cool mod vibe and good stiff drinks. But walk back to the private venue and it’s a different world. Fire pit, waterfall, cabanas and lounge seating and plenty of tables for our catered food. They let us come down early to decorate, and it was looking sharp when our guests arrived. Will defiantly be back!

The décor is chic yet cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere that helped everyone feel comfortable and at ease. The Glampisphere outdoor patio area was a hit with our guests, offering a stylish setting that truly set the tone for a memorable night. The management team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive to every detail, from the setup to the timing, allowing us to focus on the participants and the event itself. The service was friendly, efficient, and always with a smile. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how nice the place was set up. Overall, they exceeded my expectations in every way. We’re going to continue to plan our next event here! Recently worked with this event staff to put on a large event 100+ participants with all sorts of needs, and have to say they were: highly professional, hard working and sweet about it in the moment when the crush started. Highly recommend Gary and his crew. I have put on events for the last 30 years, so I know a little about event facilitation. P

We had so much fun here! Totally laid back, very friendly place. The music was wonderful since he played a variety and he was smiling and emitted his fun dancing energy on us. The crowd was all very friendly people too and just there to have a good time. The bartender was very friendly too! I felt like I was at a 'home party' dancing amongst family and friends. This is a great spot if you feel like dancing your heart out without having to put up with obnoxious people.

House Music Fridays is a great night at AC Lounge if you looking for a real House Music. Always great vibes, friendly people, pleasant atmosphere and affordable drinks.

Was my first time going there. I went with a co-worker and had a blast. Wasn't too crowded music was good though I would have preferred a heavier bass sound, you know the kind that makes your chest vibrate or better yet the kind that you feel head to toe you know the one that blurs your vision that would be awesome. unimpressive exterior, but then you walk inside and... WOW! great staff, cool theme, surprising open air patio in the back. Cool old school James Bond mural on the wall. DJ and some live music. Worth checking out.

I've been here a couple times and the first time I recall an amazing DJ mashing up old school 80's with house & hip hop beats. Many places in the Northpark area provide more of a social bar scene, so if you are looking for people who just want to dance then I suggest Air Condition be one of the stops you make that night.

Small entity. Techno music which is not bad. Older crowd (I would estimate 30yo+) I like that they actually have stools at the bar unlike North Park Tavern and The Office. For a small glass of rum & pineapple it was $7 compared to North Park and The Office which charged $6. Bar service was immediate at entry. I'd pick this place if I want to be lowkey.
