Huge shout out to the Better Buzz in Mission Gorge. Yesterday I cancelled my cards bc of some miscellaneous charges (fraud). Went for my morning coffee w out considering I needed my physical wallet and not just my phone. Ordered my drink in drive thru and bloop, no way to pay 🥹 Told them I was so very sorry 😭 and was ready to drive away. They were sooooo nice. Girl caught me at the window and handed my best drink ever ✨💕 Best Better Buzz ever 🫶🏼 thanks everyone, there’s a reason why I keep coming back. Morning made 🙂‍↔️ The good natured culture here is unmatched! Should disclaimer I come here almost everyday. 🙂

If caffeine is my religion, then Better Buzz Coffee in Mission Gorge is the holy temple. 🙏 The staff here are so friendly it feels like they were genetically engineered to make your day better—like Disney cast members who actually remember your usual order. And the coffee? Legitimately the best around. Smooth, rich, and strong enough to make Monday mornings slightly less evil. Whether you’re rolling in half-awake or riding the post-gym high, these folks treat everyone like a regular. Highly recommend fueling your existence here. ☕️🔥

I just love love love better buzz coffee. All of there locations are so unique and cute. I just can't get enough.

On my first early visit here, I thought they were closed by the position of the cones directing traffic to the drive-thru. I realize now my mistake and now know where to go to reach the drive-thru if I enter from mission gorge rd. The killer bee lasted me all the way to Ontario! The ham and cheese croissant was great, too!

Easy to order online and pick up. Enjoyed the drink. I like the taste of the pumpkin, which makes the Best Drink Ever better.

Good location as always better buzz delivers, this particular location was one of the busiest I’ve been to though so something to keep in mind if you’re coming on lunch break. Get the iced White mocha and thank me later. My lady got the egg nogg Crème brûlée iced latte and it was a pretty Intresting seasonal drink if you’re into that sort of thing. 🤙

Great breakfast and coffee at the Better Buzz Mission Valley location! We really enjoyed our matcha tea latte and mocha latte, as well as the bacon ciabatta and turkey pesto sandwiches, and a raspberry almond scone. Very friendly and quick staff with a great vibe inside. There is also a drive thru. The location can get busy so better to enter the drive thru from Zion Ave. Recommend!

They have an incredible number of staff, and in the mornings there are two people with tablets in the Drive-Thru line that take the order and your payment and they have a menu card ready to go. This place is all about quality, efficiency and value and a fantastic vibe. 🥳🎵🎶 The prices are absolutely better than the other place. 👍 And the selection and quality is hands down so much better. 🏆 When they say their coffee is the best drink ever they're not kidding. And their signature creamy vanilla makes the best vanilla latte you will ever have - promise. Although they don't have soy, they do have coconut and doing a mix of almond milk and coconut milk is a delicious substitution. The Moroccan Spiced Iced Coffee is delicious and unique, And they can make a hot version if you ask. The energy and atmosphere is super positive and there's a wide variety of people in the place. They have designated order pick up parking, as well as drive-thru, and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. It really doesn't get any better.❤️ Even the retail merchandise is fantastic. I can't get over how much better this place is and yet the prices are lower. Better Buzz for the win! And the staff is happy! 😊🥳 While they aren't everywhere the way that other place is, it's well worth going out of your way a bit. They have an excellent app and reward system as well. I was particularly impressed with the rewards. I love the Mission Gorge location because the staff is so nice and of course the quality of the drinks are always 10/10. Shout out to Ashley who always is a friendly face and treats you like family when you’re there. Ashley helped me figure out what coffee beans I needed for at home drink making, she educated me on the coffee beans and how to properly make the drink when/if making it at home. I ordered a Iced Pumpkin Chai with pumpkin cold cream on top! So Delicious! All of the staff was very friendly and being day 2 of opening it was crazy packed in the drive through, but the staff made sure it was very organized and it went by quickly! So so excited for this location very convenient to where we live! Can’t wait to come back to get BUZZED 🐝☕️

Best coffee shop in town, and the people that work here are always so amicable which makes a world of a difference in the morning when you’re hungry and didn’t get a chance to eat because your kid forgot his trifold poster board at home after you had already dropped him off at school. I always get a seasonal drink, a pastry, and the turkey pesto. Just found out the sweet heat maple sammy is going away so that’s sad. Can’t go wrong getting brekky from here.

This particular location is great. The staff is always so friendly and pleasant and my drink order is always perfect. I recently tried a new location and they didn’t make it the same as this one. They’re also super quick it’s insane.

Got the iced best ever coffee and vanilla latte. We appreciate that both coffees were not sweet. We both liked the vanilla latte. I just hope there's more coffee taste to it than cream.

Have to dodge the line of cars standing in line on the street. Staff should really stop yelling a wrlcome.greeting as a group. Feels like an attack instead of a warm greeting.

Good coffee BUT the breakfast sandwich tasted like plastic and felt like it. Absolutely horrible. Wouldn't give to the homeless. And it was 10$. Absurd. If you have to microwave anything, you probably shouldn't be serving food. But I like my cold brew.

We've been coming to this store for the last year or so and our order has been incomplete or incorrect at least a dozen times. The only reason we keep coming back is bc the location is convenient to home/work The issues we've had all involve not getting what we paid for. Here are a couple examples: 1. Avocado Toast w/ Extra MicroGreens. Sometimes we don't get extra microgreens and sometimes we don't get ANY microgreens at all 2. Horchata Iced Latte w/ 1 extra shot and cinnamon cold cream and they don't add the cold cream Obviously it's frustrating to not get what you ordered, but the infuriating part is that the store management doesn't seem to care or want to do anything to correct it If they don't have microgreens, they'll still take your order, add the upcharge, then hand you toast with either no microgreens or substituted with arugula. At other food & drink places, someone would inform you that they couldn't make your order, apologize, and offer a partial refund or full refund. At this location it seems that the policy is just to hand the customer their order and hope that they don't notice I was told by one of the managers (Junior) that if they indicate that they don't have microgreens, then the app will take the Avocado Toast off the menu so it can't be ordered. It seems to me if you don't have all the ingredients to make an item, then that exactly what they should do. But instead they just want to take your money. We've even waited to order until we get to the store, ask for them to verify they have microgreens, are told they have them, only to get our order without them. They also don't have any way to refund money for their mistake. The best they can do is make an excuse and maybe a half hearted apology In terms of the coffee, they get the order wrong/incomplete much more often than they should. I'm not sure how they can take an order for a drink with only 2 modifications and it's handed to the customer with only one of them. After the mods, this is a $10 drink that I feel should be made correctly by a shop that specializes in coffee! It's unclear if this is an employee issue (they can't read the ticket or know how to make an order) or if they were out of the modification and, like the toast, are just going to hope that the customer doesn't notice Despite these issues, we've continued to return to this location in the hopes that our talks with the managers would bring about a change. But it's clear after our last order that things aren't getting better After bringing up to the manager (Junior) today and given only excuses, it's clear that they aren't interested in fixing these issues to improve the customer experience. So as I told him today, we won't be returning to this location and will likely stop giving our hard-earned money to this company

I've had multiple bad experiences at this location related to customer service. Today was yet another one and decided to write a review. I ordered from drive-through and the person at the window handed me a straw and I proceeded to open the straw and hand her back the clean straw wrapper paper asking if she could throw it out. She at first pretended not to see me handing her the paper and when I again asked her to throw it for me she say nope sorry we can't take anything back. They don't even have a little trash bin in the drive-through where I could toss my clean trash. It's not like asked her to throw us a bubble gum. Ridiculous and the attitude is why I'll boycott all Better Buzz locations. There are plenty of great alternatives. Better Buzz staff has an attitude problem in general. As much as I dislike Starbucks I'll say that even Starbucks does way better job in employee training and selection.

I ordered online and picked up my order inside the cafe. There was 1 other customer inside the cafe besides myself when I walked in, and none of the employees said anything. There were 4 employees behind the counter and I made eye contact with a few of them; they looked down as soon as our eyes met.I stood in the pickup area for several minutes and the barista was within a few feet of me giving me “side eye”. I said “Hi, how are you?” She was nice enough, but as a customer I shouldn’t have to prompt you to have a short conversation about my drink order. Please acknowledge customers when they walk into the cafe!
