Both the farmhouse bagel sandwich and hash brown bagel were great. Would recommend for a fast breakfast but hearty. Double baked hash brown was good too. They even have Mr. Pibb, a huge plus. Good location, and nice table booths to eat at. Friendly quick staff

After having a couple of heavy Mexican meals in Old Town the previous couple of nights, it was a relief to find this little gem near transit as we stopped for a bite on the way to the USS Midway. Just the perfect little meal to fuel up. Friendly staff greeted us and even though it wasn’t the most amazing bagel sandwiches that you may experience on the east coast, they were still pretty darn good and I feel the price is right where it should be for the amount of food.

There are a few great options for customizing your bagel sandwich or baker's dozen. I'm a fan of the Turkey Herby, smoked salmon or the egg white with turkey sausage.

My personal favorite is the jalapeño cheddar bagel and the sriracha honey cream cheese. This particular spot is very nice. They have a lot of space to sit there and eat if you like to have your warm bagels right there. If you are in the area, you must check it out.

Great food, great service, nice and quiet atmosphere. Seems like the bagels were smaller than they once were though. Must be some change to the company. Employees and services were great, though! The place is nice and clean.

I love Bruegger's bagels for a delicious breakfast. I always get the cheddar bacon or the smoked salmon. Everything here is yummy. Also, the employees are so sweet.

Great bagel variety, and delicious sandwiches. They have twice-baked hashbrowns, which were really good, but could have been a little crisper. They have mochas and lattes, but no almond milk.

Great spot I like to stop into when ever I'm headed down towards Seaport or Port Pavilion. I enjoy their Route 66 bagel sandwich and they have a really open selection. It's a small place and though their still in the downtown area, I'm not a fan of the pay to use bathrooms thing in the back. Still good though.

Your basic chain bagel situation. Very similar to Einstein bros bagels. I got a pastrami and egg and a corned beef and egg bagel sandwiches for breakfast. They were decent. I would recommend coming here for a quick cheap grab and go breakfast.

The staff seemed overworked like there weren't enough people. My bagels were good, but I was a bit disappointed in the twice baked hash browns. They were soggy and very small. I thought they'd be crisp.

I used to be a regular at this location and the bagels are great(I liked the 3 bagel deal for $4). My favorites are the salt, onion and cheese. They're pretty fast with the lunch rush and staff is on point. They also have a good deal on day old bagel 6 packs for a big discount. Negatives are it has a small seating area and they charge too much for cream cheese. Recommended.

Pretty standard quality for New York-style bagels. It isn't a must-visit, but the food was good.

Check your order before leaving the shop. Unfortunately, I didn’t and ended up paying for a cream cheese bagel that had hardly any cream cheese on it.

The bagel was fine for breakfast. Affordable place. Great service as well.

The food was the only thing inside the restaurant that was good , I know because I've worked in customer service via food industry that work can become overwhelming, but it gives no reason to be rude or to give a person dirty looks or deny the restroom when it's clear we are going to make a purchase , or because she just didn't like me. The young girls tried to charge an extra drink and gave attitude when she was caught making the visit while we ate horrible, aside from that outside and other areas were so pretty and a pleasure to be at

meh bagel. had to wait 10 mins for decaf. and they were working on other orders and skipped ours even though we were standing there.

The bagels itself good i would give them 3.5 or 4 stars , But the reason i am giving 2 the people working there , not noce at all, rude and as if they hate the job and don't like to work there , they barely help you, hate answering questions/ taking orders. It is not comfortable eating there, specially if you have kids

About 5 bucks for a plain bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was very chewy and hard to eat even though they toasted it, was highkey very dissapointed in this place i expected better for a restaurant in san diego

Food poisoning here. Will never eat here again. Hacked up the the turkey chipotle sandwich for the past 4 hours. What a nightmare! Never again. Place should be closed down!

I called to order a sandwich for pick up and they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and I stopped by and apparently they forgot to do it. It was inconvenient because I had limited time for my lunch break.

My husband and I visited and ordered the menu option of 3 blueberry bagels for $5.13. we also asked for strawberry cream cheese on the three bagels. My husband and I have been trying to cut back on our daily spending, so we only keep a certain amount of cash with us and all of our cards at home. Out of sight, out of mind. We ordered the three for $5.13 because $10 should be more than enough for the purchase. I don\'t understand how 3, non-gourmet bagels,that are marketed at less than 20¢ over five dollars, with strawberry cream cheese spread added could POSSIBLY come out to a total of $11.89. That would mean the cream cheese alone is six dollars, give or take a little? THAT\'S MORE THAN THE BAGELS COST According to the in store menu. On top of that major issue that lies somewhere between embezzlement, extortion, and just plain robbery...when we asked for one of the bagels to be taken off, my husband and i, were not giving any change, or a receipt for that matter. If three bagels and the cream cheese came out to $11.89 that price divided by three should be way less than an entire $10. Once again that\'s somewhere between embezzlement extortion and just plain robbery. I\'m very upset about the situation, and after contacting customer service, ive gotten no response. It's literally been over a month. DON'T GO!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE In regards to contacting customer service, I DID. It's been over a month and absolutely no response

The ladies who are working here is very rude and not helpful at all… they’re acting like are favoring or giving us free food that’s soooooo annoying and bad experience also.. please, if you are busy, then hire more people or replaced the employees

i came here yesterday morning around 6:30 am. hoping to grab a quick coffee I had a very bad experience with one of them "Carol" I was in line in front of me there were two customers waiting I asked her if I could go to the bathroom I just needed to wash my hands and she responded with a bad attitude you have to pay first and i asked him why? because you just want to use the bathroom, you don't want to buy anything, she was really being disrespectful and rude to me, of course, i got mad and told her why she talks to me like that, then the other employees also started arguing with me. It is not the first time that the employees are so rude and unprofessional. This misses "CAROL" who was the rudest and therefore I will never set foot in this place again. Most hostile place I've ever been here.

So I walk in to get a bagel. The short Mexican lady...maybe 50 ish served me. Id use her name but no name tags. She washes her hands which is good. She gloves up to wipe her nose with the back of her hand. So I ask her a question about the bagel. We have a language barrier....but I end up ordering a bagel and thats it. A Hispanic man walks up behind me and she just starts talking to him - in Spanish like I wasn't there. So I go to the register to get my bagel and shes like "wait a minute" . So I guess forget me and my order. I buy my stuff and she wraps it in tissue paper then sets it on the register. I pay and ask her can I get a bag. Oh I forgot to mention she goes back to the other guy and bags his stuff. So im mad and leave. I call back to speak to a manager and the chick who answered is playing games. Instead of yes someone is available or no they aren't she is asking me my name. I asked who she was and she puts me on hold. Someone - who also doesn't identify themselves gets on the phone "wha do u wunt"....I ask her is shes a manager and she gives me the brush off. Thanks to this staff, I won't be back. I didn't appreciate that at all. I am spending my money like everyone else

I asked for something simple: A cinnamon-raisin bagel, butter and toasted. First, they gave me the bagel not with butter, but with blueberry cream cheese. Then, the gave me another bagel as a correction, but the bagel was a blueberry bagel rather than a cinnamon raisin bagel. I left pissed in frustration. I then tried to discretely email corporate or the franchise about the problem, but there are no forms or emails to do so. I would not recommend this Bruegger's Bagels; they literally can't do a bagel right. Neither the selection the right bagel or spread. Ridiculous.

Terrible management. Over 3 hrs until they close and they were all out of savory bagels. However you can clearly see they were sitting behind the counter ready to go in the bins. I politely asked if I could have one. The poor guy had to say no. He apologized and said I know they are there but my manager said we couldn’t use them. I ordered a plain and he discreetly tried to ask her again and she said no with no explanation. I know he was trying to help. Honestly, if they were for something else I get it but why leave them in plain view? The bagel was barely toasted and meh. Won’t be back. Can’t compare to Manhattan bagel.

Even though I was clearly there first, they ignored me and chose to serve the people who came after me. Cato was the worst offender. She saw me standing there first but decided to help others just because they happened to be on the “right” side of the line. I had to risk an illegal parking spot just to grab breakfast, and after all that effort, I still couldn’t expect even basic customer service. Meanwhile, Neyda just stood at the register making drinks. She refused to adapt or step in to help. If a customer comes directly to her for a bagel, she should be flexible enough to grab it—but instead, she left all the bagel duty to Cato. That created tension, because Cato clearly resented carrying the entire burden. Neyda acted like she was incapable of multitasking, and when I asked why, she said she didn’t want to get yelled at by Cato. But the truth is, Cato wasn’t supervising well at all. If she had any sense, she would’ve let Neyda help with the bagels to speed up the line. This place desperately needs staff who know how to do everything—register, drinks, bagels, food. Multitasking is essential, but right now, neither of them can handle it.
