The soup of the day is tops. Got that pad see ewwwww here. Order anything for lunch and it’ll be cool. I miss when their sign just said Thai Restaurant. Now it says Di Chan Thai restaurant.

Hidden little gem. Wonderful food at a great price, servers were very friendly. I just sort of stumbled in after some other plans fell through but will definitely become my go to thai restaurant.

Love the food here. We tried all the plate lunches. My personal fave is the Pad Seew and Panang Curry. Also cheap for lunch. Comes with soup and 2 curry moon pies.

Setting down my bowl of yellow curry to leave this review. Wow the curry here is penomenal, I ordered a 7, not too hot, great flavor and a hint of sweetness. This place is good!

The Penang Salmon was just right, the flavor portion and Tasteful.

The green curry is delicious, and the Thai tea is really good too. The people who work there are very nice as well!

We celebrated my sister's bday here last night. Our first time here and the staff was delightful, my pineapple curry was perfect n my sis got the green curry n soup, wonderful. Had a lovely conversation with another diner. Cant wait to go back.

Great surprise!!! Went here randomly. Food was great. Medium spice level let you know it was spicy but didn’t keep hitting. Staff were incredible!!! Will return to try more dishes soon!!!

The food was absolutely amazing, very authentic and flavorful. Best Thai food in town. The restaurant is newly remodeled. We had the curry puff, drunken noodles with shrimp, papaya salad, and eggplant basil everything was so delicious. They also have fresh coconuts!! Definitely recommend for take out or dining in.

I love the appetizers. They were crunchy outside n soft inside. The stir fry rice was very tasty!! Now i got the spicy chicken noodles..um i wish bell peppers were cut a bit smaller n well cooked, needs a bit more flavor n chicken...(small serving)... that idk.. but it will be great a little more for the price..

If you'd like to support a family owned, small, local business, (Clairemont area right off the 805), check it out. Their lunch menu portion is smaller than dinner but it's only $10 - 12 and it's a perfect size that comes with 2 side dumplings.

First time here, came with my adult daughter. Ordered yellow curry, white rice, egg rolls, Thai tea. We shared. It was 100% delicious! The best yellow curry I ever had! Other customers in here are saying they've come here for years. Very clean, homey restaurant, extremely friendly staff (owner?). Definitely can't wait to come again!

Well, let me tell you, with each bite, the day got brighter and brighter! It was amazing! You could taste the coconut in the panang and my son (a child) ate almost all his pad Thai with glass noodles, which is a compliment to the chef! We will definitely return to enjoy this delicious, fresh, and generously sized food! Thank you for making my day brighter, Di Chan!

Got the pad woon sen and green curry with fried tofu, they were great. I love how they don't have huge portions, so we don't overeat.

Good, really well balance flavors. Enjoyed every dish we had. We will be returning for our Thai food needs... which I say because sometimes I just need Thai food.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in San Diego! It's a hidden gem! The Panang curry and the half moons here are my favorite but their noodles, especially Pad See Ew, are very good too. Great service every time and really friendly staff!

Good Thai food with great service. They could work on the atmosphere in the restaurant a bit by ensuring that they don't use the dining area as food/supply storage. I got the spicy roasted eggplant with chicken and shrimp. It was delicious, but takes a bit longer to prepare so if you want it, order it as soon as possible.

Some of the best Thai food in the area. Good selection, with pretty substantial portions for the dinner; and a really nice lunch menu as well. Really fast service, too. My favorite dish is the yellow curry, but every dish I've had has been really delicious.

There are many kinds of vegetables in the Duck Curry. It's healthy. You can select degree of spicy. You shouldn't choice level1. That isn't spicy. Spicier is better in a curry department. A server lady is very kind.

I got the eggplant which had good flavor but who charges $1.25 for rice? It doesn't include rice at all. Rice should NOT cost that much. Literally every other place includes it in the meal. The entree is already $10. Very disappointed. The spring rolls are open ended on both sides. How are you supposed to eat that without falling apart? Also the wrapper was kinda dry and chewy and was filled mostly with iceberg. The shrimp in the fried rice still had the tails on, which doesn't make sense when it's mixed into the dish. Maybe if it was on top of the rice. Not impressed.

Barely any meat in any of the dishes, ordered sweet and sour with chicken and it was literally 3 pieces of shredded chicken and thats it. And the beef salad was 90% onions and juice. Never coming back.
