Joe & The Juice

The team at UTC Westfield Joe & The Juice location is always awesome! Fresh food, great service, and a welcoming vibe. Today they went above and beyond. I had placed an online order, but when we arrived, there was no record of it. After checking, we realized the app had switched the location from San Diego to New York (likely an IT glitch). Even though the mistake wasn’t on their end, the staff immediately stepped in, checked everything, and happily prepared our order without hesitation. Truly an outstanding experience and a perfect example of excellent customer service!

Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and the tuna is insanely good. I added arugula and it took the sandwich to another level — more balanced, more flavorful, just better overall. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in SD. Would absolutely order this again.

I ordered from a different restaurant and was accidently delivered the wrong order, but am pleasantly surprised. I had heard of the store, but the prices were just too much. I got two tuna/avocado sandwiches and the drink "Iron Man". Sandwiches are pretty good, the bread is this thin/hard thing, but everything has a lot of flavor and the packaging is awesome. The drink is just an average smoothie, mostly just take the strawberry, but hoping that olive oil helps my gut. Overall not mad at the accident and I feel bad for the person who lost their order.

Got the iron man, which was pretty good. Except the price is way higher than a regular drink 😂

Honestly not sure if this is really worth it value for money wise... the juices do taste good (I had a green juice), but they're extremely pricey for what it is.

The coffee and the tunacado were so good that we ordered more togo. Tbh it’s just the attitude you get from the employees that throws the entire experience off.

We waited 4 days to come to this place to try their food. To begin with, they were out of bread 3/4 days we checked on their app to order for pick up. They don’t have a direct number to call the restaurant for any questions, it goes directly to the mall #. The sandwiches were very good but the smoothie we ordered was terrible & over priced. I asked for the Avo Smoothie & instead i received avocado pudding in a coffee cup for $9 & some change. It was nowhere near smoothie consistency & I wish i would have gone back to ask for a refund. The place is cute and the people nice but…my husband and I are really disappointed and sad we spent almost 40 dollars here. We ordered two sandwiches, they are really really small and the taste is ok, he ordered a latte and I ordered a te chai, he said it tasted like water and my chai didn’t have a lot of flavor either. 12dls for really simple small sandwiches 🫠🫠 pretty sad with the experience

Lavender matcha latte and blueberry matcha latte… taste like NOTHING… it’s like water and essential oils. Service is fine but Idky they don’t just call our name once all items are ready instead of one at time. The tuna sandwich is a waste of money. It’s good but not worth buying again. I don’t get the hype at all.

The store needs a manger that doesn’t look 17yrs old.

The young lady who made my bowl coughed a few times but immediately washed her hands so I didn't think anything of it! Until I saw her open coughing while making another clients sandwich. It turn me off and I asked for a refund. I was told to do it through the app. Which is not easy! And my Açaí bowl was underwhelming, freezer burned and missing ingredients (is was $15 😒).

The juice I ordered was good and the dessert but if you are looking for a place to study, don't go here coz the music is too loud to the point you can't hear when you're talking to someone. Wifi is very slow, vvvveeeerrryyy slooooowwwwww!

Ordered a sandwich and coffee to go and they put the coffee into the sandwich bag with the sandwich without taping the lid or securing the drink. So as I'm heading home the bag starts leaking and breaks. The drink spilled all over breaking the bag. The sandwich was ok but not sure if I would order here again. They could have just handed me the coffee or wrapped it separately

Terrible experience at Joe & The Juice UTC. I ordered a sandwich specifically without Parmesan cheese because I have a dairy allergy, but they served it with the cheese anyway. I didn’t realize until I had already eaten half the sandwich. When I went back to let them know — calmly — they barely acknowledged me. Just a quick “sorry” and that was it. No effort to remake the sandwich, no real apology, no concern at all. This isn’t just a preference — it’s a medical issue. When someone has a food allergy, mistakes like this can be serious or even dangerous. I used to go here all the time, but after this experience, never again. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely careless. Owner, please take this seriously and train your team. Food safety and customer care matter.
