The only thing sweeter and warmer than the donuts are Jenni’s customer service Even at 6 AM she was array of sunshine welcomed to me and helped us out for our kids Sunday religious service
Got 6 Donuts for $12 for the office, and everyone loved them! You can pay cash or card and the lady was very nice. I am not a donut expert, but I thought they were good too! I liked the regular ones more than the chocolate ones!
Literally the best glazed old fashions and buttermilk donuts I've ever had. They accept Cc too which is always a plus.

I stopped in this morning to grab some doughnuts for work and these are hands down the best doughnuts I’ve ever had. I ordered the jelly filled which they fill as you order them and they were so fluffy and fresh. The girl behind the counter was also super cheerful and friendly.
I am not one to usually leave reviews but I do think Linda’s Donut Shop is under rated. Not only were the donuts fresh and delicious, but the lady at the register was very kind. Also only a .50 cent charge for using a credit/debit card instead of the other shops in the area that require a $10 minimum. Decent selection if you are looking for a standard simple donut shop. Also get there early if you want more of a selection as once things are sold out she doesn’t make more.
First time customer and it was such a nice experience. Employee was nice and friendly. Donuts were delicious and displayed so cute too. I used the “Too Good To Go” app to grab a bag of their leftovers and it was so good! I love that this company doesn’t waste any leftover food too. I’ll be back for sure!!!
Unassuming local spot in PB that’s been around forever. Glazed donut holes that melt in your mouth. Very yummy. I recently tried the Donut Bar and was not impressed. Donuts looked nice but Linda’s taste better.
Don't be fooled by those Instagram donut shops! Linda's is the spot for quality donuts, and they get the classics just right. They may not have a billion likes, but when you bite into a donut from here it actually TASTES good. Leave your phone in your pocket and get your hands dirty!
One of my favorite donut places ever. I love a freshly made donut! Almost every morning on my way to catch the bus, i would pop into Linda’s for a cake donut and it was perfect every time. None of these mass produced donuts can hold a candle to their flame!
Love this spot! It is a go to with great bakery donuts. I was so upset when they closed between Thanksgiving and new years and was counting down the days until they reopened. Super recommend this bit of a hole in the wall donut shop.
Very enjoyable. Small donut shop with a nice variety of delicious fresh donuts. The woman who works there was so cordial and helpful, patient with my questions. I will definitely go back there. I stayed there a while and didn't feel pressure to move on.
This little hole in the wall is a hidden gem. 2 days into my San Diego trip and I’m addicted to Linda’s donuts. Don’t let the location fool you. Best donuts ever. Also the coffee is good and they have plain black breakfast tea which is a must for my wife. If you’re in the San Diego area and you like donuts definitely put this place on your list. So far I’ve had the sugar and the glazed. Both excellent. So much for eating healthy this trip. LOL.
The reader of this must first understand my history with donuts. I lived in Chicago my entire life prior to moving to SD five years ago. Chicago is the Mecca of donuts, along with my family making donuts and operating a small donut shop. When I say these are the best donuts I’ve had in SD, I think I can justify this opinion. On to the donuts, I went late afternoon so obviously my expectations were low as donuts early in the AM are the best. I bought a half dozen, and went home. My first was a chocolate sprinkle, that tasted like I was eating cotton candy being so soft, and effortlessly pulling apart. I then had a few others, each one offering a distinct taste but amazingly soft. The last thing I want to mention is how kind they are there, and patient. It feels unique and refreshing when you can go to these small mom and pop’s shops, and they absolutely deliver in every way. I’m so far from Chicago, but this is the closest thing I’ve had in SD that allows me to feel at home.

Customer service was great and the employee was super helpful and nice. The donuts are reliable good if you come Earlier in the morning. Starting to feel old realizing I used pay 14-15 dollars for a dozen donuts a few years back. 24 dollars for 12 regular donuts helps prevent me from indulging too often

I really want to support a small business but the girl is way too mean for me to return. They have great donuts great variety and the case always looks lovely.
Don't know what the negative review guy is talking about. The person at the counter was very friendly and each dozen donuts I ordered was placed in its own box. They had a good variety. Tasted like the oil may have been a little old, (hence the 4 stars) but generally they were good.
Decent donut and bagel variety at a good price. Everything tasted fine but don’t expect something fancy. The coffee didn‘t knock my socks off either. Many walk-in customers and the possibility to sit outside made the whole atmosphere great though! Service was quick and friendly.

There's a lot of mixed reviews here, so here's the deal... This donut shop is EXACTLY like 90% of the other independant donut shops out there. They're not bad donuts. Trust me, you've had them many times before at other shops. The interior is not that nice but the woman working there was. But most notable, the donuts are the same ones you can get anywhere else. When I was a kid, each donut shop was very different from one to the next. But at some point, most of those shops went out of business and they were eventually replaced by shops that use some sort of food service donut mix that results in the ridiculous lack of variety in donuts today. I don't know why this happened but I miss real artisanal donuts. 3 stars for mediocrity.

I decided to try this place and the first time I come in I ask the lady for two chocolate cake donuts. I even pointed. Very easy. I turned to see what was in the drink cooler for a second and when I turned around she was handing me a bag. I paid, left and got home only to realize she had not even given me what I asked for. Strike 1, I went back weeks later thinking maybe she just didn't understand but upon going in at 8 in the morning they barely had any donuts left. Strike 2. I will not go here again. The product looks greasy and stale, the environment is not clean and the selection is pretty bad!
Please stop serving old donuts to customers who pay with hard working money!! We had a manager meeting and the donuts that were served were old....You can do better by serving the community with outstanding product! Change the oil if you are frying the donuts. If otherwise get rid of day old donuts. Instead..I can't stress the fact of good quality product. Last thing you need is the Health Department to visit your establishment. Please take some pride in producing awesome product to the community, customers in general.

Beside the unfriendly donut shop representative, the supposedly fresh donuts tasted like warm wet arm hair on a humid day in August. I would suggest licking a dirty windshield over eating donuts here. The only good thing was that the donuts were cheap enough to not feel guilty throwing them away.
