Crown Point Coffee

I am busy in town and searched for a nearby coffee spot. Reviews, I decided to try out Crowne Point and there are popular honey latte.. Honey, cinnamon, almond milk and espresso combined to make a delicious beverage. I would think you could ask to have whole milk or half milk use instead of the almond milk, that would be your choice. I didn’t try any of the delicious treats they had in the window, but they also have a full menu of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and bowls. Definitely a place I would highly recommend and will return back when I’m back in town.

Stopped in bc i saw coffee on the sign. Turns out they have great food too! A very diverse menu, coffee and tea selections, ice cream and more. The staff was very friendly and the order came out quick. Will be back!

Lovely little cafe. Their smoothies are amazing! I love to get their PB mud or mocha java. I’ve added a shot of espresso to their pb mud before too and it was great. Nitro cold brew & lattes are tasty. Went with a group and I got a breakfast bowl as I’m gf which is a good option to have it was decent but my friends said their breakfast sandwiches were great! The hash browns are a better version of McDonald’s so I highly recommend those. 10/10 will be back & recommend.

Friendly staff and good service! Dog friendly place with nice seating area. We ordered the bombastic breakfast burrito which had a lot of filling. Great place to pick up coffee whilst on a walk. Highly recommend if you want something during your walk.

Crown Point Coffee NEVER disappoints! It's the crown jewel of coffee in our cozy little crown jewel of Crown Point! Everything is fresh - I'm an east coast bagel snob and the bagels they use are ALWAYS fresh, flavorful, and almost east coast style. Good enough for me since it's difficult to find a good, REAL east coast style bagel in San Diego. And did someone say Fritter Friday?? The apple fritters are INCREDIBLE! I try to make it a point to go on Fridays just to get one of these beauties! Definitely happy to support this local small business!

Awesome little shop down the street from Crown Point and Ski Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful and recommended a few new drinks for the anti coffee drinkers in our group. Hot chocolate was a hit, Vanilla Chai was delicious, and the Mexican Mocha was phenomenal! Will be back soon!

$ to $$. Crown Point Coffee made my top 10 of 2018 easily. This is my favorite Coffee Shop in San Diego even though I just found it. I have put it on my top 10 Coffee Houses of 2018 in SoCal. The coffee was very smooth which is important to me. They have a lot of options; I am getting into less dairy so I chose Almond Milk. The building is cool, mid-century modern. One of the best things about this CP Coffee is the service. Three busy, busy gals even though this is a small place; the line moves fast. Very nice patio seating. Crown Point is occupied by more professionals than this area in general. Pacific Beach is great for party people but sometimes a body just wants to chill and even talk to someone. Good place for that! Close to Mission Bay, Paradise Point, and Crown Point Park (nearby are miles of bike paths and plenty of spaces for the adventurous soul). and.... this place is very dog friendly! Love that! The Invincible coffee is a delicious variation of bulletproof coffee. I'm hooked! I also had the Awesome Breakfast Samich, which was big enough to split but tasty enough to be greedy and eat the whole thing. The staff are friendly and quick. Highly recommend

I was on my way to mission beach when I found this place. Initially I thought it was gone as there was a sign on the door mentioning the closing of the business but realized it was the one next door! Seems a lot of people were getting this confused while there.There is a small parking area but plenty of parking on the street. This place is a must go to! They have an ever expanding menu of food options including pastries and sandwiches. Their drinks are also super delicious and not overly sweet. I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte with almond milk and a banana blueberry walnut muffin. The latte was delicious: just the right amount of spice/sweetness, smooth espresso and a great authentic taste. The muffin was also lovely: good balance of walnuts, blueberries and banana. The staff here are super friendly and the service was fast. You can’t miss this place as it is right on the main road. Definitely recommend!

Super cute corner coffee shop!! Girls working were nice and helpful. Food took about 10 min on a Saturday morning. Caramel latte was sweet and smooth. Outdoor seating was plentiful. Had sooo many food options which i appreciated.

There is no better place than CPC to start your morning and its PUP friendly of course!!! Looks like they've expanded since we were last in Crown Point and we enjoy the later hours now. I hope to win the lottery as I wish to call this place home one day.

Always friendly service and very fresh food! A perfect place to stop by when you’re walking on the Mission Bay boardwalk.

There is no better place than CPC to start your morning and its PUP friendly of course!!! Looks like they've expanded since we were last in Crown Point and we enjoy the later hours now. I hope to win the lottery as I wish to call this place home one day.

This is indeed a quaint stop, but one you should definitely try! I stopped by on a solo morning excursion while the rest of my group was recuperating from the night before (two words: bachelorette party). It was a nice walk to get here and the coffee was fantastic! Also, I was so surprised to be gifted a free mug! The service here was great, the coffee was superb, and I loved the close proximity to Crown Point Beach (absolutely within walking distance, took me 10 minutes max). If I’m ever in the area I will definitely be back to chill in their outdoor seating section, reading a good book with a great cup of coffee by my side!

Cute little spot! We got a bagel, it was good, the Asai ball was refreshing and delicious, Healthy burger(the ingredients are good quality, the only improvement I would recommend is to add either good quality mayo, or cilantro sauce, it will make it even better)

Menu was confusing, you have to be experienced to order here not for first timers LOL. This is a dog friendly place with dog food on the floor. My bagel was handed to me with no napkin, greasy and had a huge hair in it unfortunately I had to throw it away after a few bites. Not one star I'm sure it's great for locals and the hair was an accident.

Been going for over 10 years. The only, but most important issue is the service. The wait time is extremely long and hasn’t improved. Wait times for food can take over 30 minutes. Went today and waited over 30 minutes to then have to ask on status of order to find out they forgot our order. The women seemingly in charge provided no compensation or apology. Just to say we can make it now after 30 minutes of waiting. We chose to get a refund and only got a refund on the food not drinks. This is a great lesson on terrible customer service. Perhaps next time crown point coffee can provide better customer service and compensate customers. Oh and we tipped as well…. All for nothing. Please do better

I spoke to the manager, Summer I believe, who reassured me that the eggs were made fresh. Which in fact they were not. I physically witness one of the employees pouring an egg yoke mixture into a plastic container…with no gloves on. The food station appeared overly dirty, and not just because it was during a rush period. What a shame, this has been my go to spot for smoothies and wraps, but after looking at that kitchen I don’t just trust that this business is being managed as well as it used to.
