-Updated review- Came back after 4 months and ordered their signature latte and flat white. The verdict is quick: Still best coffee around. -Review at July- This is hands down the best café I’ve been to lately. It has everything—excellent service, an incredible vibe, and outstanding coffee. I ordered the iced latte and their signature Bourbon Latte, and both were amazing. Honestly, I’ve never regretted where I live before… but now I’m seriously considering moving to San Diego just for this place. It’s that good. I truly hope they keep this vibe and quality going strong for a long time.
⛾ cappuccino、saffron chocolate bun this place reminds me of sweden🥹 pretty rare to find these authentic buns here, and they have an excellent bean selection as well. might be a long queue in the morning because of how (rightfully) popular it is. highly recommend :D
Small coffee roaster that is all business shelling out top coffee notch drinks. Not a place to get work done on a laptop, but perhaps a casual convo or read the news along with some chill hip hop tunes. The baristas are focused on their craft and quality. Grab a ‘Dealers Choice’ that specialized to your tastebuds liking or just a simple drip with their roasted beans.
커피가 정말 맛있었어요 It's really good cafe..! I had a flat white and a batch brew. Even though it was batch brewed, it was fragrant and very good, and the Americano was also light and good. the batchbrew was so good smell and I wonder what the cardamom buns taste like... I'd love to visit again next time I'm in San Diego.
delicious coffee with a smile - very delicious coffee, great atmosphere. if you come to the mid morning time, you might invest some time in waiting since all is freshly brewed for your liking. for our kids the baked cinnamon bun were a must.
Coffee was amazing! The cardamom bun was very delicious. The shop has a great vibe - everything I would want from a craft coffee shop! Highly recommended - I came here three days in a row 😇 beware- sometimes there’s a line, the earlier the better…. (however not recommended for longer seating)
AMAZING! Firstly you’re welcomed with very chill and relaxing vibes then you get to the menu with both familiar and tasty innovative options. Gabe’s oat milk latte was both beautiful and delicious; recently we’ve run into issues with other coffee houses not able to achieve the preferred coffee to milk ratio but here it was spot on. While Krystina isn’t necessarily a coffee girl she tried secret handshake and was not disappointed. Aside from the drinks and excellent service we absolutely loved these glasses 😍
Place is a vibe, has proper right coffee and solid choice for espresso, and plays decent music. You can read the many novel length reviews here, or get the point, GoldChild is right. It's now a meet point, way point, base of operations, refueling spot, respite and general happy spot when down town. There's often a line, for a reason, just get over it, or come back. How good is it? I should bump all previous 5 star coffee spots to 4. Any future coffee spots have a significantly higher bar to go over.
Amazing coffee! Not only that their coffee and pastries taste delicious and interesting, they also have quite a few advanced coffee equipment. I had an amazing time and will definitely come back. Perfect place for coffee aficionados.
The coffee here is amazing and one of a kind especially in San Diego, i tried the pour over and the buns and they are fabulous. Thank you dear owner and Goldchild team. Jeff was there and he is very kind and welcoming.
My son in law found this coffee shop. We love to try new coffee when we travel to new places. Everyone loved their drinks.
They have such creative lattes and great espresso. The cardamom bun is also amazing. Baristas are very friendly, good music, great vibes all around! Plus “for here” glasses ◡̈
Love this place. If you want solid coffee with a lot of love, care, and precision put into it then this is the spot to go. They roast fantastic coffee and the vibes inside are just right. They have great taste in music and the playlist is always on point. 10/10
You don’t often come across genuine 5 star spots with lots of reviews, but after coming here yourself you begin to understand why it has maintained such reverence. The menu is extensive, and there are intricate details to it, but it is worthwhile to learn. The coolest part of the experience is that you can choose lots of specialty beans to pair with your favorite beverage of choice. I got the experimental beans from Ethiopia in a flat white, and the depth of flavor was nothing short of phenomenal. Prepared with love and care and the hospitality is very good too. I have been to many coffee places in my time and very rarely have I been given a coffee of this caliber. The lemon cake was quite good too. Highly recommend Goldchild Coffee Roasters
Amazing experience! I originally ordered a takeout, but the music vibe was so good I ended up staying the whole time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — cozy interiors, soft natural light, and GREAT music in the background made it the perfect place to start my day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They greeted me with a warm “Is it your first time in?” and offered great recommendations when I couldn’t decide what to order. I felt immediately welcomed. I tried their signature handshake drink and it was so good I had to go back for a second cup! The pastry was also delicious — definitely a must-try. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!
Coffee aficionados gather. Enter Goldchild Coffee Roasters. Ordered the usual - a cortado. Perfectly balanced espresso to milk ratio. Nice vinyl vines too. Plenty of coffee merch and apparel available for purchase as well.
I had a delicious natural washed Ethiopian pour over and a very tasty cinnamon bun. Service was excellent and quick (I went around 7:15am during the week), and the vibe inside the cafe is ace. A line formed but that is clearly cos people like this place! It’s a true gem. I could’ve easily hung out and relaxed, fika style, but I had to head off for work.
The fragrance and flavour profiles of their pastries are top-notch. Quite unique. Coffee is also excellent quality and well done. Their apparel is fun too!
I regularly visit San Diego and I'm always in the lookout for a place which serves great coffee. Goldchild Coffee Roasters does just that! But it does more than that as the crew working there really embrace you and make you feel super welcome. They're all clearly passionate about what they do and they do it well. Great little pastries made fresh every day, funky beats playing in the background. Coffee beans roasted on the premises. This is a coffee aficionados dream. If you enjoy your Starbucks, please don't come here.

Amazing cafe! They make their pastries daily (in house) and have great coffee options. They can make almost any coffees decaf if requested. They have indoor and outdoor seating, so it’s not super spacious but still a very nice space. Service is great and I would recommend to anyone.
Goldchild Coffee Roasters is an absolute gem for coffee lovers. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly roasted beans sets the tone for something special. The staff are genuinely welcoming and clearly passionate about their craft , always happy to recommend a roast or explain the story behind each bean. Their coffee is exceptional: smooth, balanced, and full of character. You can tell they take roasting seriously. Every cup feels thoughtfully made, not rushed. Whether it’s a pour-over, espresso, or a creamy latte, everything tastes top-notch. The shop itself has such a warm, modern/vintage vibe, the kind of place you could spend hours reading, working, or catching up with friends. And if you’re into brewing at home, their bags of beans are roasted to perfection and make for the best morning coffee you’ll ever have.
Although small, it is mighty. The service was good. They gave you an option of to go cups or to have that traditional cup of coffee in the shop. I love the decor of the records and the ambience that was set up around it they had plenty of staff to accommodate, and if I lived in San Diego, this would be a go to for me. Plus my cold brew was very good.
They have such creative lattes and great espresso. The cardamom bun is also amazing. Baristas are very friendly, good music, great vibes all around! Plus “for here” glasses ◡̈
This was the best cup of latte I ever had! I usually get half sweet but ordered as is as the girl taking our order advised that drinks aren’t made too sweet and I thank you!! Perfect cup of latte where I can taste coffee and flavor. I got their signature iced Stockholm latte. They serve their iced lattes without ice cubes which was pleasantly surprising.
I’m not an expert, just a person who loves a delicious pour over. 5 stars for the King Arthur Geisha. My favorite pour over in the world is Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, but now that Goldchild is here, I don’t need to go to Europe anymore. Also, the vibe and the music is on point. However, if I want a good cardamom croissant, I’ll still be going to Denmark.
I had a nice breakfast here - cortado coffee and a cinnamon bun, to go with a work meeting. Everyone here staffwise is friendly and helpful. Fun atmosphere too. Highly recommend.
Wow. Amazing coffee and pastries. Their batch brew is complex but easy to drink black. That shows skill in bean selection and roasting. Their saffron chocolate and cardamom buns are both excellent. Each having different facets of warm, comforting flavors.
As I sit in the snow and freezing rain of Toronto, I ponder to myself “why doesn’t everyone live in San Diego?” Aside from the weather, you could also go to Goldchild. I came here on a Sunday morning in March at 8am just as they opened. There were 4 friendly staff already working. I had a specialty latte that had, if I remember correctly, Vermont Maple Syrup in it. It was excellent. It was actually the best coffee I had over the course of a week in Southern California. I ordered a second for the road. If you are around the Gaslamp, you would be foolish to not procure some coffee at Goldchild.
Best americano I've ever had. I only had oat milk in it. The flavor of the coffee was so pleasant and easily sippable. The vibe of the shop is nice to relax in as well!
The staff were so friendly and the coffee is delicious. I really appreciate how the lattes are not overly sweet. Definitely will be back!
Great coffee experience with both Yemen pour over and dealer's choice brew. Parking is a challenge, for those visiting the area. Download the Ace App then you can park cheaper for longer on Broadway. Happy Buzzing!
This San Diego coffee spot is absolutely exceptional, consistently earning five-star reviews for good reason. From the meticulously crafted coffee and perfectly baked goods to the inviting ambiance, music, and overall vibe, every detail is considered. They even get your name spelled right! The friendly service and incredible attention to detail make this a must-visit for anyone in San Diego.
I had a really great experience there when I went. Very cozy spot in a clean part of downtown by the US Grant Hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The coffee is very great quality and the baked goods are actually made by the crew and not store bought which his a very nice touch and shows that quality and work and effort they put into it. Would definitely go back.
great coffee spot! they are really passionate about coffee and it shows in their attention to detail and delivery. the staff is super friendly and their drinks are delish. their signature lattes are on the lighter side (not too heavy on the espresso) but we loved their flavor combinations. great place to pick up coffee to go or stay and hang out a while.
Wonderful coffee, you can taste how good it is. Really easy to order and if you have any questions or wonder about what to get, they’re more than willing to help. It gets quite busy, but they’re still very quick with service. There is bar seating inside with a few places to sit near the wall, but there is more space outside to sit if you do decide to sit and drink your coffee. If any issues do happen to arise, they communicate them, and offer solutions. Their expresso machine went down due to pressure, and they offered to make me a cold drink instead which I did not mind. Thank you Goldchild for rocking as a coffee shop in Downtown San Diego. Also, I did see a few people bring in their own personal cups, and they actually put the coffee in there as well, which i thought was neat. Overall 10/10 experience❤️
Everything about this coffee shop is spectacular, from the coffee, which comes from Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia & Tanzania and is freshly roasted in the coffee shop with a San Franciscan Roaster. The owners & baristas are super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The pastries are amazing. I keep coming back for the sticky chocolate cake !!!
This is some for serious coffee over here. We tried a few of their signature lattes and pour overs, and not a single one disappointed. The cardamom and cinnamon buns were also delicious. We were visiting SD for 3 days and hit up Goldchild 3 times. We even went to get pastries somewhere else one of the mornings, but we skipped on getting coffee because we knew a generic coffee just wouldn’t do when we could stop by this gem on the walk back. Give this place a try; you won’t be disappointed.
Exceptional. Truly. My favourite pastime is travelling the world and visiting specialty coffee shops as I go - and this one is a stand out. Professional staff who are clearly talented in their craft but not pretentious about it at all; this place and people are super approachable. Cosy vibe, delicious buns.
I was looking for a cute place to chat with friends. This was the perfect spot, the coffee and the vibe with great. I especially loved their playlist which played a mix of classic hip-hop and new school rap. The baristas were very nice and helpful. What we got: Saffron Chocolate Bun $8 - The saffron flavor was actually quite strong. The chocolate was subtle. Great texture. Good Job $8 - Really great fresh passion fruit flavor, paired nicely with a touch of cinnamon. Handshake $7 - Perfectly sweet and balanced latte. Light maple flavor. Dealer's Choice $8 - The barista gave us a lightly sweetened with a generous amount of cinnamon.
Goldchild Coffee Roasters – A Hidden Gem Worth Savoring! From the moment I walked in, Goldchild Coffee Roasters made an impression. The space was absolutely immaculate—clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The staff? Simply amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their service was top-tier, making me feel welcomed and cared for. And the coffee... Wow. Rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. Every sip was a reminder of why I love supporting local roasters who take pride in their craft. Goldchild isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be bringing friends!
I was so happy to find this spot near our hotel. The coffee beans are top notch. It’s a thoughtful and intentional cafe menu + the atmosphere is dope. The staff are super friendly and accommodating as well. A huge shout out to the owner, he was so helpful in recommending some must see spots in town- all of which were on point. If I’m ever back in San Diego, getting coffee here is a must.
Goldchild is hands-down one of the coolest coffee spots in downtown San Diego. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is just right — stylish decor, thoughtfully curated details, and an atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. It’s clear they put a lot of care into creating a space that’s as beautiful as the coffee is delicious. Speaking of coffee — it’s truly top-notch. You can tell it’s a specialty shop by the quality in every sip. Whether you're a casual coffee drinker or a true aficionado, you’ll find something to love. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely care about making your experience a great one. Friendly service, impeccable drinks, and a killer ambiance? Goldchild nails it. Highly recommend. They really do business right. Update- I am also blown away by the pastries! I tried four different ones today (I’m pregnant) and honestly cannot get over how amazing they all were. First up was the lemon cake with white chocolate frosting—the perfect balance of bright, tangy citrus and creamy sweetness. Then I had the chocolate balls, and wow—those were a fun surprise! They start out rich and decadent, then finish with a kick of cayenne pepper that totally reminded me of something straight out of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with its playful, layered flavors. I also tried the cinnamon roll and the cardamom roll, both of which were soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
I find some custom coffee places to be pretentious and overrated, but not Goldchild. Yes, they do each drink by hand and custom. Yes they have one size for iced drinks. But their drinks are so good with creamy almond and oat milk (what me and my wife got) and traditional dairy options. Drink it there and get glass mugs on nice wood trays. Have a cardamom or cinnamon Swedish bun that is sticky, soft and delicious. 10 of 10
My parents frequent this coffee shop and honestly for good reason! The baristas are very talented and passionate about the products they are putting out. The seating area is limited but that doesn't stop people from staying inside.
Nothing but great vibes! The staff is phenomenal, the selection the same and the vibe is like no other in San diego. Makes sense the owner seems to be the reason. Keep bringing the great vibes, excellent coffee selection and the most knowledgeable staff. 🤙
Cannot recommend more highly. Visiting from out of state, and we found this coffee shop on day 1. We came back every day of our trip. They feature third wave style coffee which was well roasted and brewed to perfection. Pour overs and lattes were among the best we had ever had. Staff was extremely personable and accommodating. Goldchild Coffee will undoubtedly become a staple in their community.
The counter can be slow, and there was a good wait (maybe 20 minutes) on a Sunday morning for them to take my order + prepare my coffee and pastry. It didn’t matter to me once I was served. One of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Nice ambience. Not a lot of outlets but a great spot to bring a book or meet a friend.
Truly artisan experience. Cappuccino with whole milk was smooth and naturally sweet, no sugar required. Barista recommended pour over was delicious black and on the go. The music elevated my experience.
Jeff has created a top notch, welcoming and delicious coffee experience. We opted to try the “dealers choice”. He created an incredible concoction after asking us a few questions about our preferences. Fabulous, rich, creamy and floral with a touch of sweetness. His passion for his business is so evident it was a true joy to stumble upon this coffee shop. We will definitely return.
We stumbled upon this cozy cafe by chance as it looked quite inviting and welcoming from the outside. Also it seemed relatively busy. We found out that it’s been opened for only three weeks and still is in the soft opening phase. We fell in love with the interior design of the cafe from the moment we walked in. The cappuccino with almond milk was perfectly smooth and pleasantly tasty with the right amount of richness. The menu is very reasonably priced. The staffs were very friendly and patient. If I’m in the area, I’d definitely go back again and again.
Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The music is really good and overall ambiance so inviting. Staff treats you like family. 100/10! Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere, awesome people, amazing service, high-end equipment, and the prices were very reasonable. Went there twice in a week and have super pleasant experiences. Cannot recommend highly enough and am sad my hometown has nothing close to it's caliber. Pastries are a tad pricey but you get a lot out of it and they are very well made. Fork and knifing it easily yielded 6-8 solid bites.
If you’re a businessman with a meeting in 10 minutes looking for a fast latte to take to-go, this is not your place. If you’re looking for amazing coffee crafted for each guest and delivered with warm hospitality, this is your cafe! Amazing oat milk flat white. I also got a flash brew coffee (iced pour over) that was delicious both days I came here. The R&B music adds so much to the experience. The hospitality of the baristas is amazing!
After visiting hundreds and hundreds of coffee shops around the globe, Goldchild Coffee Roasters in downtown San Diego is one of my all time favorites. Small, and unassuming, the staff is friendly beyond words… polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. You can watch them roast the beans on site, so you know you’re getting the freshest espresso imaginable. They also bake three varieties of buns in the back. I was fortunate enough to arrive just before they came out of the oven…. And wow, they were absolutely spectacular! Warm, soft, the right amount of flavor, and absolute treat. The espresso was also perfection. I will return every single day I am in San Diego, but wish they would open a location near my home. This is something not to miss.
I recently visited Gold Child Coffee and it's easily one of my favorite spots in San Diego. The coffee is exceptional. The vibe is warm. The staff are genuinely friendly, always greeting you with a smile and happy to chat. The music is great, classic hip hop, playlists are just right, adding to the overall atmosphere. Whether you're a coffee nerd or just looking for a great vibe. Highly Recommended.
Was in town visiting family and needed a place to work for a couple hours. This place was a great find. Good coffee and excellent staff that are nice and know their coffee! Would recommend passing thru if you're in the area. Also play great music if you just want an overall good place to vibe.
So cool! I'm here visiting San Diego and stumbled on this place based on the good reviews. Delicious coffee and fantastic staff. They're so kind and helpful! Great atmosphere, with lots of gangsta rap souvenirs. Limited food selection, so come for coffee and desert.
I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots. The coffee is solid—nothing too fancy, but consistently good. I usually grab a cappuccino and it’s always served at the right temperature, with just the right foam. The vibe inside is chill and welcoming, with a few comfy chairs to hang out or get some work done. The staff are friendly, though sometimes a bit busy during the morning rush. Overall, it’s a nice little neighborhood coffee shop that hits the spot when you need a pick-me-up. Definitely worth a visit if you’re around the area.
One of the best coffee spots in San Diego! Great selection of pour over coffee that will be served in the cutest pottery! Love their music and all the vinyls around. You can tell they put a lot of thought in the design of the place. You can spend an hour there just looking at all the things they pulled up together. Staff are super nice and ready to talk to you about coffee and recommend other places to visit.
Goldchild is incredible. The coffee is very tasty, the atmosphere is fantastic, the hip-hop they play sounds great, and the employees are the best. I drank my pour-over at the counter and observed the staff through their busy hours. Despite the fact that it was packed, all employees took time to recognize the customers and had some friendly service. What really pushed this to the next level is when I met the owner, Jeff, after having an issue with some merchandise I bought. He took care of it and was very apologetic. I can’t wait to return next time I’m in town. Highly recommend.
Some of the best coffee I have ever had in San Diego. I love to see shops that clearly enjoy the art of making coffee and it really shows in the quality! We also got the cinnamon and cardamom buns and both were to die for. Staff were so friendly and kind, couldn’t recommend this place more!
I wanted to check out a local coffee spot and came across Goldchild Coffee Roasters. They had some great options, and I went for their experimental pour-over not realizing it was a tiny $10 cup! That said, the coffee was incredibly delicious. I also tried their freshly made Swedish chocolate balls, which had coconut and a hint of cayenne - really good. The prices definitely caught me off guard, so next time I’d probably chat with the barista more before ordering. The location is nice, but the seating feels more like a waiting area than a place to hang out for a while. Overall, a good experience!
This roastery is the real deal. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and passionate! It was fun to hear the story behind the beginning of this roastery and I am so excited to hear they are thinking about expanding! Excellent coffee, on every level. The cortado was one of the best I’ve had.
Really nice coffee shop. Quite small but very accommodating. Had my usual oat milk latte and it was very good. Very light coffee flavor with floral hints. Definitely recommend.
Was in SD for a convention. Tried Goldchild the first morning and went back every morning after. Great space with an immaculate atmosphere. Service was top notch, swift and friendly. The Chai guy in me adored the cardamom buns. And they have a dealer's choice latte option. I never tire of putting myself in the hands of the chef/barrista and they did not disappoint. Fantastic drinks.
Stumbled upon this place unassumingly, given that it’s fairly new/unreviewed. The 4th wave of coffee is alive and well, because not only was the coffee expertly crafted with intent, but the customer service, attention to detail, the “dealers choice”, and quality of the beans were just outstanding. A true experience. This has become one of my favorite places in San Diego very quickly, and I’ll definitely be back.
This place is a total gem! The vibe is just right—relaxed yet upbeat, stylish without being pretentious, and buzzing with good energy. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly— service truly goes above and beyond. Bonus points for the awesome music. A must-visit if you're in downtown San Diego!
“Coffee is timeless” 🥲 What a treat to find this stylish, specialty coffee shop! Definitely gave coffee connoisseur vibes 👌🏼 The floral and complex flavors of both pour over selections were delightful. Picks: - Edwin Norena, Columbia - Marco Echeverry, Columbia - Cardamom bun Workers were welcoming and pet-friendly 🐶
You’ll be hard pressed to find a better coffee shop downtown that does it as good as Goldchild. The second you walk in you can tell they take their coffee seriously, but also have a very inviting atmosphere for anyone who isn’t overly familiar with the specialty coffee world. Their baked goods also pair exceptionally well with any of their drinks. If you like coffee then make sure to put this on your list.
Wonderful experience overall! The coffee is amazing. I recommend an Americano so you can really taste the quality of the coffee. Very smooth and not bitter. The cardamon bun was super yummy and fresh. I especially loved that the manager came by and offered everyone water in glasses. It was extremely classy and I've never had that level of service at a grab and go coffee shop. The music was also fun! Lots of 90's hip hop and rap when I was there.
Amazing cafe! They make their pastries daily (in house) and have great coffee options. They can make almost any coffees decaf if requested. They have indoor and outdoor seating, so it’s not super spacious but still a very nice space. Service is great and I would recommend to anyone.
Consistently great coffee each time I go. I've had a cappuccino, Americano, and the Kyoto cold brew. Yum! They have some pastries and merch like shirts, jackets, coffee filters, kettles, etc. Has a musical theme with records hanging on the wall. The place is small with counter and outdoor seating. Good luck with parking though .. you definitely need to pay on the street, in a lot, or at Horton Plaza. I tried to buy beans the last time I was there but all they had were the super pricey ones over $40/bag. Definitely recommend this place tho for quality coffee.

Went here for breakfast around 7:30 on a Saturday. Very nice and cozy vibe with oldies playing in the background. I got a Handshake latte and a chocolate and cardamom bun and then a cold brew to go. Personally my favorite was the cold brew, which was excellent and is made using a 12 hour drip system. The latte was nice too but I think the coffee is much more flavorful on its own. I thought the chocolate and cardamom bun was not very good. It was fresh and the chocolate was good but it had way too much cardamom in it so it left a “chemical-y” taste in my mouth. I think it would be perfect with just chocolate! Everyone is very nice and the service is good but they seem a little understaffed so sometimes the wait is long for them to take your order while the person take your order runs back and forth between tasks. Once you place your order it comes out pretty quickly though. I would definitely come here again. I would get a cold brew or pour-over and stick to the cinnamon bun and I think that would be perfect!

Stopped by to check out this new coffee spot. Service was standard, nothing bad to say there. But I have to admit, I was a little surprised at the price $7 for a plain 12oz cold brew (before tip) felt a bit steep. I’m no coffee expert, so maybe there’s a reason for the premium pricing, but nothing was explained when I ordered. Would’ve been nice to get a little insight into what makes their cold brew special. Just something to consider for folks who might also be caught off guard by the price point
Great place in surprising location. Staff, vibe, and service are great. Just the cup I tried did not live up to expectations, but that's more due to my personal preference and choice of coffee than their service or product 😉 I tried the Exceptional. I have included their current coffees as an image to this review, so you can see what you would like to try 😉
Cold brew- Very Sour, acrid taste.undrinkable Cardamom bun - taste good, but texture was too doughy. Soft pliable like uncooked dough I had to throw out both items and go to another coffee place.
Their Matcha latte taste nothing like Matcha it is mildly green but it’s heavily dairy. In other words there’s no taste of Matcha. Also, when they make you the wrong drink and bring it to you, they don’t apologize it’s fine but for a highly rated place, you would expect a lot more definitely I’m not coming back here Lots of other places that actually make good unsweetened matcha Also, indoors is incredibly tight no working space unless you sit at the bar with no room
