Great food, excellent customer service and nice ambience. Awesome prices.
Trying to stretch those couple bucks you have?? Lotus is the way to go!! Huge portions that will fill you up and yet can't stop to get more, would recommend the the combo specials, Vermicelli noodles and the Pho special. Bring a huge appetite as well.
If youre looking for that "hidden gem" with authentic and incredible food, this is that.
Great customer service, delicious food for the price, and best place for group.

Was running late to pick up food and they waited for me to get there before closing. Glad they did because the food was great. Will definitely order from again.
Great food! Friendly people.❤️
The food was great. We ordered the salt & pepper calamari and salt & pepper pork chop plus honey walnut shrimp and they're delicious. I've read other reviews that mentioned about a rude waitress. I never saw any rude waitress during our dine in. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Friendly staff and a homey feel. Waitress was helpful and checked in often. I’d come back again. Ordered the calamari, vegetable chow mein, glazed walnut shrimp, bermecelli bowl. Food was good and clean.
The service was amazing. The food was great and we didn't have to wait long for our orders. Nothing was overcooked and the meat was tender. I highly recommend the lobster with the house sauce. It was so tasty. Parking is not too bad, but of you on the evening be wary of patrons around the area, it can get full fast.

Came here one fine evening on a quest for yummy num-nums. I tried the Chow Mein (beef) and it was quite delicious. The wonton soup was good but needed more spice but that’s just me. Overall the view of the place was nice inside with all the lights and set the decor for the evening quite beautifully. However, I don’t know if this is permanent but the restaurant only wants customers to enter through the back. Through the roof, alley, or even a fire escape. I’ll enter from anywhere to enjoy great food. -Good luck my fellow foodies
The food is super Tasty. Service is prompt, if a bit brisk. We ordered lobster, honey Walnut shrimp, and garlic pepper shrimp. All delicious. Lobster had plenty of meat. We're going back.

Food is good, great customer service, the only thing that their food menu is not up to date with current prices. You have to ask for prices before ordering or your going to have a surprise when paying.
#80 Large Pho is great. Plentiful and flavored beef broth with lots of thin slices of flank steak, beef balls, and tripe. Just add lime and your favorite chili sauce. Enjoy.
I got take out. Surprisingly good with very fair pricing. I'm going back to explore more of the menu. Friendly employee at the checkout, too.
The food is good. Their hospitality is great. My wife wanted ginger tea, which they did not serve, but the man said OK and went straight over to the supermarket next door and bought ginger for her tea. That's service! They are sweet people and although the location is not ideal, the interior is quite nice and they put forth their best effort. We go here once in a while to support the local business.

Lotus is a Chinese/Vietnamese Restaurant and shares the same owners and parking lot as the Minh Huong Supermarket. Lotus is a great event center with multiple dining rooms with the ability to rent upstairs space. You can enter from the back if you park in the lot. We found the restaurant to be outdated, not as clean, the food quality and taste was mediocre and the parking was terrible. Glad we had disabled placard but had to wait because someone parked illegally which caused major chaos with 2 other cars trying to maneuver out of the way safely while backing up into the Euclid Ave. We ordered our usual go to items which would determined if we would return. Glazed walnut shrimp ($14.99): The nuts were stale. It was soft and oily. Shrimp lacking crunchy edges. Clay pot fish ($15.99) Lots of fish slices but too much skin because they were end pieces and not filets. Not complaining about the portions. This dish was consistent but they could use a new clay pot. Sweet and sour tamarind fish soup (s $19.99): we thoroughly enjoyed this soup. I would prefer a tad bit more tamarind spice but it was delicious regardless. The small size was enough to feed 4 with left overs. 3 item rice ($12.99): Vietnamese translation on the menu said “broken rice”. It was regular rice. By the look of this dish alone, I lost my appetite. The pork chops were dry, spam was over cooked and the steam egg loaf was not fresh. Combination crispy noodle ($13.99): We loved this dish. Protein included chicken, beef, seafood. Noodles were crispy and not stale. Decent flavor. Overall, very affordable and banquet size portions. I’ll have to pass based on the inconvenient parking, poor execution and lack of flavor. 2.5 stars, rounding to 3 because of the price and generous portions. Inflation in this economy is real but Lotus is able to feed many families with their price point.

It's okay, the portions are generous but the food is alright. The fried rice isn't even fried all the way and the orange chicken although good has more fried crust than chicken. The chow mein is very thin compared to other places I've been to. The customer service is okay as well, but it leaves more to be desired.

Be aware of this restaurant! I ordered the lobster with noodles. Lobster tasted horrible! Before I continue let me inform you the reader that I’m Asian and have eaten a lot of lobster at restaurants and prepare it at home for my family. While on vacation I searched Yelp and Google reviews which both gave this restaurant favorable reviews however, when my group got to the restaurant only one to go customer was waiting for an order - my husband said to me, “honey this place is empty- may be you should find another place to eat”. I should have listened to my husband.

Today I ordered Stir Fried On Choy but it wasn’t fresh, so I asked to change it. The waitress her name Amy still charged me for that dish and refused to remove it from the bill, saying the manager was “sleeping” at 7:00PM! I paid but didn’t leave a tip because of her poor attitude — and she was clearly unhappy about it. Very unprofessional service. I won’t come back.
I came to this restaurant and ordered a plate of seafood stir-fried noodles. Unfortunately, the noodles were spoiled — they had a sour taste, clearly due to being left out too long. I politely informed the waitress about the issue, but she ignored my concern and walked away to serve other customers without offering any help or apology. Despite the poor service and the bad food, I still paid in full. Before leaving, I told the waitress to please let the kitchen know not to serve spoiled food to customers again. Shockingly, she told me to “go down to the kitchen and tell the chef yourself.” This experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and customer service more seriously in the future. No customer should be treated this way.
