Totally came into this place because a couple of us needed to use the washroom… and we ended up staying for 3 hours. There was a trivia night going on and we joined a couple people on a team and played for a few rounds. Bree was a wicked host/bartender and she made us feel totally welcome! We may be back again this week on our travels!

Best kombucha ever and Great experience! Very assertive staff; they let you try all flavors before ordering. Their kombucha is amazing with no aftertaste whatsoever!! They have outdoor seating area and some games (pool, jenga, etc). The only down is that I am not sure if they serve food. It’s a solid 5 star business nevertheless.

We had a great time at Nova. 1 on tap was non alcoholic and the rest had alcohol. The cactus and pina colada were my favorites. Between staff and customers it was a great vibe!

One of the best bar experiences I've ever had! While visiting San Diego, I stopped by Nova Easy Kombucha and was lucky enough to be served by Bree. She’s honestly, the best bartender I’ve ever met. She was incredibly hospitable, hilarious, and genuinely fun to talk to. You can tell she loves what she does and makes everyone feel welcome and relaxed. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Nova and hope Bree’s behind the bar!

Upon arrival, she did not offer any menus or information, and throughout the evening, she was eating dinner, wearing headphones, and using her phone while patrons were present. At no point did she check in or ask if I needed anything else, which made the visit feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. The kombucha itself was decent, but I was hoping to try a tasting flight. The bartender didn’t mention this option at all, so I assumed it wasn’t available—only to discover later, after reviewing the menu online, that it was. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that could have been easily improved with basic attentiveness and communication.
