Great place. Great bar. They do not have food in their bar, but they have fabulous options surrounding them. For instance, last night I went to the pizza place right next to and brought pizza into the bar without issue. Beyond this there were great drinks available, the staff is quick and friendly, and the prices are great

It was great in a Saturday night! Live music, nice pool tables, and good drinks! I have heard it is much slower on weekday but it was a very well kept bar. Great for a chill weekday night or a lively weekend!

This is a neighborhood dive bar. I've actually never been in there, just walked outside of it and looked in. Some day I do want to go in and see how it is. It just reminds me of that typical neighborhood bar you see in movies where you have your regulars that get started drinking at 10AM.

Love the touch tunes! Our bartender was super friendly and you could tell she remembered and had a great relationship with her regulars.. great early spot for night shift workers looking to wind down.

Pretty cool spot. Came hear one night with friends randomly after getting hamburgers next door. Really cool band called 8 track highway was playing. Wow they were tight. Drinks were good, will be back.

Julie was very professional and accommodating. I watched the Padre game, had a couple brews and a Jamo. Nice spot for sure. I will definitely be going back.

The food place next door is great and the bartenders are great RO and JUDE. They have been having alot of good bands playing there and i have been going there for many many years. SPD have been busy in that area of late so get a ride and be safe.

They have karaoke with a good group that comes out and an awesome dj running karaoke. Two pool tables w purple felt. Pretty cool. League is done here. I don’t know if they have food but I know people will have food brought from next door and eat that. Bar is good with many options and service is decent. All in all, I like this place and recommend you check it out at least once (:

Ok place. Bartenders are never really that friendly imo but the drinks are decent I guess. Only issue I really have is that they have live bands on weekends. Most everyone I know doesn't go to the local dive to hear cover bands. We want to be able to have a conversation and chill with our friends without having to scream. It really takes away from having a decent experience. The only reason I come here is because it's in walking distance to my friends house. If it weren't, I wouldn't go at all. They have a tack shop next door though. Couldn't tell you if it's any good, but a taco at 2am is usually good enough!

I miss the old Pal. The new pal Joey's sucks. They should have renamed the bar when the original owner passed. As of 2/16/24, it's $10 a Pint. No joke 🤣
