My first time at Pho Fusion. Positive vibes with regular customers. Enjoyed meeting Michelle, owner here for 32 years! I thoroughly enjoyed the popcorn chicken and my flavorful pho. I will be coming back!
Got vegetarian pho, nice and hot! Good for one of those cold day
Been coming here for many years and Michelle the owner is very friendly and cares about her guests. We try to come here almost once a month now. Is this the best Pho in San Diego? "Yes it is"! This is the best Pho I have ever had by far. My favorite is the Large Dac Biet Pho #1 ( now that a meal!) . Also try Ga Chien Lan Bot ( Pop corn Chicken with special sauce. ) This place deserves the full Six stars!
Nice chill pleasant place delicious pho ,bbq spring roll 8.5/10 stars. Coffee is good too.
Really cute and clean Vietnamese restaurant with nice Christmas vibes while we visited in December. Food was excellent and affordable considering this area. I will recommend if you are looking for something nice and homie.
Okay, I have to start with this because it made me weirdly happy. This place is so clean. Like, the tables are actually bare in the best way. No utensils sitting out collecting dust, no communal “who touched this” situation. It immediately felt tidy and fresh. And the sauces. Bless them for this. They bring the sauces out in clean bottles that do not look like they have been through battle. No crusty tops, no sticky dried sauce, no oily fingerprints. Just clean, normal sauce bottles. It should not be this exciting, but here we are. The food matches the vibe too. Everything tastes clean and not greasy, which is rare when you are ordering comfort food. The pho was honestly really good. The broth was light, comforting, and balanced, and it was not aggressively star anise-y. You know when pho tastes like you accidentally dropped a scented candle into it? Not this. You can actually taste the broth, not just the spice rack. Now the popcorn chicken. So good. Crispy outside, juicy inside, and it stayed moist the whole time. With the light sauce, it was basically snack heaven. I wanted to keep ordering more “just to try” and somehow still eat the entire thing. Also, the music was chill, which made the whole experience feel even better. Overall, this place is clean, cozy, and genuinely satisfying. I came for pho, stayed for the popcorn chicken, and left happy that my sauce bottle was not sticky. That is a win.
Always excellent, hubby got the chicken curry with rice. Tons of flavor and spice but not insanely hot. I got the spicy chicken pho. Make sure to request extra spicy and add veggies if you want it to knock you out. You always have Sriracha on the table of you aren't getting enough heat. Not our first time but clearly we should be coming more often.
I would highly recommend the place food is really delicious. The people are very welcoming. The prices are extremely affordable. I had a large far and the Boba tea and I spend less than $20. The big far is only $13. You got a try it.
Amazing family owned Vietnamese restaurant. We were visiting from northern Virginia and this place was the best pho we have had. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re visiting the area. Owners are very nice and seem to know all their regular customers well.

Great service and very friendly staff. Shrimp Pho was awesome, one of the best broths I’ve had.

I used to come here all the time when I was I was younger, my older sister would bring me all the time. I kind of went though a “i don’t like pho that much anymore” phase after having a bad experience at another restaurant. My family loves it and I remembered this place and went this past week, needless to say it was just as amazing as it was a few years ago. The atmosphere feels home-y to me, staff is very nice, prices are amazing, and the food is perfection. Will definitely be returning! 10/10 recommend pho spot.
Soo good. Honestly, you have to eat here or from here! Totally unplanned. While on holiday in the area for an event, we fancied some lunch. Our 12 year old is picky and wanted a Subway, so I found the one a few doors down from Pho Fusion. Me and the wife wondered up the few food outlets next to Subway & for whatever reason we popped into Pho Fusion. The staff were so lovely, greeting us, helping us pick some gorgeous food. We'd not had Pho before & will definitely have again. Might even come back for something else from the menu before we leave! Nom freakin' nom
The food here is so amazing. I enjoyed the number 13 Pho soup. I tried it on a whim since I was in the area for work and I was blown away . Was not expecting it to be so good and flavorful. I will be back and make the 25 min. drive just to come eat here! The service is also very prompt and excellent.

This place is a gem in San Diego! Food was super fresh and tasty, pho broth tasted very clean! Customer service is great and the owner is very nice! This place needs to be packed with more people because from the vibe I get from the owner, he genuinely loves this place and business and I think more people need to definitely check this place out and support your local businesses and restaurants!
Its pho is one of best pho I enjoyed in SD. Its soup is light but has deep flavor. Even for a regular size, the portion was huge. Its popcorn chicken appetizer was good too (agree with other reviews). P.S. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours.
I got Pho Fusion takeout for my family a few days ago. It was my first time trying it out. The restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. in between Fan Diego and Brother’s Mexican. The restaurant was very spacious inside, with plenty of booths. The owners were quite friendly people who made our 3-pho, 8-spring rolls meal fairly quickly. The takeout pho came with big bags of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, hoisin, and sriracha. I personally thought the pho broth was a bit lacking. I’ve been to Vietnam, and eaten pho all over Southern California, and there a a number of places I think have richer broth. A good pho broth takes 24 hours to cook. But that’s not to say it was bad by any means—more middle-of-the-road. However, a highlight for me was the brisket. If I come back, I’ll probably try a purely brisket bowl. It was pretty flavorful. The spring rolls were great. Owners are great, service is great, the restaurant is spacious and welcoming, and the pho is pretty good. It’s worth checking out I think—opt for the brisket! Update: Came back today after a year or so away. I ordered online and they let me eat it in store, which was nice. I had the rare steak and brisket. I now can appreciate this pho with the owner’s original comments about the broth in mind. The broth is lighter and clearer, so it misses some of that “traditional complexity” you might find in pho bowls across Vietnam. However, you can still tastes hints of anise and other spices, and it feels super clean. It’s a lighter vibe that still carries the hallmarks of long-stewed pho broths. Come try it out!
Laidback, no frills vietnamese restaurant, with some less commonly seen dishes such as bho ko. Everything came out hot and flavorful.

Great alternative that's not required to wait for a table. Atmosphere- climate was a bit warm. I like a restaurant that has a nice cool temperature climate especially when eating hot food. The egg rolls were delicious but the portion was on the smaller side. Had a large pho which the portion felt on the smaller side. The broth was on the savory pallet which I like but quite salty even for my taste. A solid place I'd come back to and give another try.
Good pho well balanced broth and plenty of meat. Im picky about my pho too. Its worth trying out if your looking for a pho place. Fair prices too

I stopped by this place during a car apt and needed lunch. Great service. worth going for something quick and I'd go back again. Not necessarily your date spot as there are probably more eccentric options in convoy area for that. I normally rate: 1 star dont go 2 star average and would only go if really need or por service or very overpriced. 3 star above average. good rating for me. id go again. 4 star is great. lots of perks and bonuses 5 star is absolutely recommend and must go

This place has decent pho but considering the neighborhood this pho rates as merely okay. Everything is fresh, the steak in my pho was slightly overcooked, but otherwise a good cut. Their boba drinks are not made from real fruit, though, and my boba was undercooked which is nigh criminal for this area.
Unfortunately we decided to go somewhere else because the smell of the cleaning product was so overwhelming :( The staff was very friendly so we felt terrible sitting down & then leaving (we didn’t order) but based on good reviews we were excited to try it. I am only leaving this review to maybe let the owners know in case others have experienced this who are pregnant or more sensitive to smell- I never want to smell fabuloso over the smell of comfort food. Both my husband & I decided it was too much and politely left. Maybe we will try the takeout option next time instead!
