Great environment catching a playoff game, the staff were efficient & friendly. To the person who found myself shopping & handed it in "bless you". In an airport its fellow travelers & the staff in the places you stop in that can really make or break you 🌻Thank you!
Super friendly server, amazing burger. Cooked to perfection, seasoned well, lettuce crisp, tomato fresh. Music not too loud. Love the long, communal table near the kitchen. Good value for an upscale restaurant at an airport. The place was jammed but service was not compromised.
This place is in an airport, so expect noise and lots of hustle and bustle. However, the customer service is impeccable in the food is totally delish. Everything tasted freshly made and our particular waitress was not only polite but also accommodating. I definitely recommend this restaurant for all those visiting terminal 2. I pray God continues to bless this establishment and management PLEASE continue to take care of your employees because they are definitely taking care of your customers.
Pardo at the Airport was the restaurant closest to my gate and it looked like it had a decent menu. There was a server walking around and she was very helpful when I was having issues with ordering on the QR Code. My food came out hot and fresh and was a nice meal before my day of travel. The restaurant is cozy feeling and well decorated.
Friendly staff and quick service. Food was average nothing spectacular then again it is an airpor, it also comes with premium airport pricing so be prepared (menu pics). Hard to find seating with an outlet if you need to charge. Nice decor there too.
Great tasting breakfast but a little pricey.
The Brussels sprouts were more leafy and not the whole Brussels sprout. The drizzle was a little bit too much. I would probably do half The grilled turkey burger b l t was good. Service was airport service fast and OK. Prices are ok for airport Pineapple mint mimosa was OK
BLT with Chix and fries. Pretty good. Had wine. Limited selection, but ok. Nice to sit and watch golf before our flight.
Stopped at Prado at the San Diego Airport with a group of six and were pleasantly surprised. We were seated right away with no wait, which was a big win for an airport restaurant. Seating is a bit tight, but understandable given the location. Service was friendly and efficient, and the food was good across the board. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s pretty typical for airport dining. Overall, it was a solid experience and a good option if you want a sit-down meal before your flight.
We ordered the Kobe burger and fish tacos. Burger was excellent. The seasoning on the fish was light, but when combined with all the toppings, it blended well.
The service was good but the food and drinks just okay
Good burger. Jennifer H is a horrible server. She is lucky this place has online ordering or she would lose her job. Other staff was amazing and helpful as they realize her shortcomings.
Ok if you want to sit down, so loud you can’t think though, I think the owners should reconsider how loud the music is and just have tv noice or lower volume music , pretty hard to handle in the morning, had the open face breakfast and added bacon and avacado to my toast , food was good , tater tots was too much , would have preferred hash browns or breakfast potatoes, this was the only option to sit down in the terminal so I was happy to get a seat, server was friendly, hopefully with airport remodel the atmosphere will get better , thank you.
I decided to stop in to this restaurant and have breakfast before my flight home, since it was close to my gate. Overall I was pretty satisfied, however I was sooo disappointed when my plate came out and I realized that the bacon was not cooked that morning. The first bite was passable but thereafter it was definitely like beef jerky. Since That was an expensive breakfast so I called the # on my receipt- March 14. Today is the 23 and no one has called to apologize for my inconvenience.
The fish tacos were overcooked to a hard well. Very dry and bland. A little salt and lime would have gone a long way. The calamari fries were excellent.
Don't eat here if you have the opportunity to get food elsewhere. Staff is kind but the food is expensive and not worth it. Below is a 20 dollar "open faced breakfast sandwich" . Proportions are off soooo much bread for the tiniest egg and thinist slice of ham. Tater tots were the best thing on the menu, but hard to mess that up.
Worse than a fast food experience. This place relies on junk frozen foods they can fry or heat. You’d get better has browns at Jack in the Box a few doors down. Bartender walk by and hung out near me 6 times, looking for something to do (the place was dead) before I finally gave in and I asked to pay my tab. My card had already been sitting out and ready the entire time. I waited as long as I did to see if ANYONE would come check on me. Nope. Staff couldn’t care less. It’s an airport. People need to get to their gates. You check on guests often, ESPECIALLY when you are dead. Play on your phone later. Will definitely go to one of the fast food joints or kiosks next time. Both food and service will be better, no doubt…..And oh yeah, don’t forget they are also gonna add employee benefits charge onto your bill!
An old man had asked the waitress to keep the table for her so he can bring his wife. She didn’t hold the table for her, sign said please seat yourself. Table was empty so I sat there and she even asked me to sit there. Then the old man showed up and she didn’t say anything. Anyways I got up and let the old man and his wife sit down but the waitress just went away without apologizing to the old man or offering me another seat. So I just walked out.
AVOID THIS PLACE - UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had. The Food: Terrible quality across the board. I left hungry because I couldn’t finish what they served. The Service: Virtually non-existent. Staff was inattentive and unhelpful throughout our visit, only answered to the app. The Atmosphere: Uncomfortable and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. The REAL Problem - Unauthorized Tip: Despite following their checkout instructions EXACTLY as written on their website, they charged me a 20% tip anyway. I deliberately left $0 (which I never do - I’m always a tipper at legitimate establishments) because the experience was that bad. Their website claims a 20% charge only applies if you “don’t close out properly” - I followed their instructions word-for-word and was still charged. This feels like a scam to pad their bills. I’m currently disputing this unauthorized charge with my credit card company. If you choose to eat here, photograph your receipt before you leave and check your statement immediately. Save your money and your sanity - go anywhere else.
The table is disgusting. It's sticky and has dried egg yolk stuck to it. The app sucks, the prices are unbelievable. This is their $14 parfait. The yogurt is watery and the strawberries are slimy. This place sucks. Oh, and they expect a 20%+ tip for dropping their mediocre food on your filthy table.
Update 2023....Eat before you come to this airport! I ordered the telirkey burger and could not eat it all. It was terrible, under done, and disgusting. I can see why this place gets a low rating! The server was pleasant, but I could not get past that absolutely disgusting Turkey Burger. They need a good restaurant in the San Diego airport. Previous Review - do not eat the breakfast buritto. It was not good at all!. Previoulsy, I absolutely loved the service and food at this restaurant. Shana is probably the best server I have experienced in a very long time. She was efficient, friendly, very accommodating and multi-tasks very well. And, she does it with a smile. If you are in the San Diego airport, definitely go here.
