We stumbled across Sunnyboys looking for a breakfast spot in the area and I am so glad we came here. The service was great, friendly staff. The food was incredible you can tell everything is made fresh and in house. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The Orange Juice was freshly squeezed and bottled so it's easier to grab and go. We both had breakfast sandwiches both were delicious. If you're in the area give them a visit you won't be disappointed.

Yummy! 😋 Delicious southern biscuits & egg sandwich. Menu has veggie options & friendly service. We stumbled on this place on way into zoo. It must be a local favorite… nice spot, reasonable prices. Indoor/outdoor seating.

I absolutely loved this breakfast cottage. Decor took me back to fond days of yesteryear. The food was perfectly flavored, and portions were generous. Ordered 222 and the chicken fried steak plate with awesome gravy. Blueberry muffin and apple turnover. There were so many selections that it was hard to choose from the menu, but I will return again. I loved what we ordered. The coffee was divine! Cafe moto coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating. Biscuits are a highlight. Plenty of parking. Hours are 7:30-1:30.

Really yummy place! I got a biscuit with butter and preserves but ate it so quickly I forgot to take a picture. 😅 The coffee cake muffin was nice and not too sweet. The order came up very quickly and the staff was fantastic, so sweet and attentive.

They're only open from 7:30am to 1pm. Get there early cuz you'll wait in line to get inside to order. Their biscuit sandwiches were large and tasty. Ordered their Rosemary fried chicken deluxe sandwich. Couldn't really taste any rosemary. But I liked the freshness of the arugula with the tomato and garlic mayo. Also bought a jar of their Strawberry rhubarb jam. Went home and tried it. Yummy yummy yummy! No wonder there's a line out front! Staff are really nice. Cute decor. Dining tables are inside and outside.

I can confidently give this place 5 stars! The biscuits are freshly baked and so flavorful! The sausage gravy was perfect! We tried a few different dishes and were not disappointed! Friendly environment, very cozy and overall just a great place to eat! It's really small and easy to miss. A hidden gem in plain site. Will definitely be coming back!

Cortado was well made. The flavor was perfection. Would revisit for the cortado alone and definitely need to try the biscuit. I tried a muffin and don't quite under the concept.

I am from the south and I wanted to love these biscuits but they are meh. I had the chicken biscuit and the chicken was well fried and had some rosemary flavoring in it. The biscuit itself was dense and not fluffy. My southern grandma came with me and she had the biscuit and gravy. The place loves rosemary because they put it in their gravy too. She also was not impressed with the biscuits. Service was great and all the food came out super fast. It was overall a good experience but idk if I’d go back.

As a native of the southeastern United States it’s kinda hard to impress me with biscuits but Sunnyboy definitely impressed me. We ordered two egg sandwiches, one with bacon and one with the rosemary fried chicken. Both options were exceptional, I honestly might have to flip a coin on which one to choose next time I visit Sunnyboy. A side of gravy, rosemary potatoes and the peach biscuit brûlée rounded out our order. The perfect bite was adding the gravy to your sandwich and then dousing it with their 7 Pepper Hot Sauce, amazing. I did not want our sandwiches to finish. The peach brûlée while decadent, which is all ask for in a sweet dish, lacked a little depth and was a bit dry. Nonetheless, the flavors were all there. Wash it down with a black coffee or in my wife’s case, a salted caramel mocha, and you’re all set. We’ll definitely be back to try some of the pastry items.

What a cute little place in North Park! Came here for lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed our meals. Everything on the menu looked good and it took us a while to decide. Food came in cardboard food trays with plastic utensils. The biscuits were so flaky and delicious. I ordered the Spuds 222 which came with roasted cubed red potatoes, two thick slices of bacon, a juicy sausage patty, scrambled egg with cheese, and a biscuit on the side. The biscuit with honey butter and jam was drool worthy. My friend ordered the chorizo scramble over the biscuit special and she loved it too. We each bought some of their baked goods to go too. Orders were taken at the counter and your name is called when your food is ready. Everyone there was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

I feel weird giving this rating, but it just wasn't that great for my taste. The gravy was the high point - I liked the addition of the onions for both texture and flavor - but it was a little bland (there is hot sauce on the table that I probably should have made use of). The biscuits were pretty dry - maybe this is a style that others really like, but it left me wanting. For the amount of biscuit served, I could have used more gravy - the last several bites were just biscuit. And wow, I'll definitely bring my own water bottle next time - a 16oz green tea set me back $4.50. Overall it was ok, but I doubt I'll be back.

I really wanted to love this but I was not wowed or blown away by the biscuit. I tried a plain biscuit with honey butter and raspberry jam, the biscuit felt dense, and the honey butter and jam did not come together. Plain butter and jam would've been a better combo for flavor profile. Came back for a second time the next day and got the same thing with the butter and jam on the side, decided to try the egg and cheese biscuit sandwich as well as the bacon chive biscuit/scone pastry. The biscuit texture and density was the same. I'm astounded by the fluffy description in some of these reviews. Its a heavy biscuit. The biscuit itself is "okay". The egg and cheese one was alright. They serve up a huge amount of scrambled egg for sure. It still didn't leave a lasting impression. The chive and bacon pastry was not good. Threw away after a couple of bites. I hate to leave a review like this but the biscuit itself was not what I expected. It does hold up well I suppose for sandwiches. If it were light and fluffy, it would fall apart. I will be back to try the biscuits and gravy and will update. I want to love this place.

Dont know much about the history of this joint, we went with a group of friends from a nearby neighborhood. We had a griddled cinnamon swirl biscuit and scrambled eggs. They were ok, nothing special about it. I would prefer a typical cinnamon bun over the biscuit type, abit heavy with soaked butter. Dont know about friends' picks, just snapped them away.

I had gone to this place a few times in the past but on multiple recent visits over the last few months the quality has been in the dumpster to the point where I didn't/couldn't even eat my food. The biscuits and gravy feel like it was filled with fatty gristle and it was literally inedible. It felt like they were lazily cooking slop and slapping it into my meal. Idk, after a few experiences like that, this place lost all appeal for me. The coffee and biscuits are still fine though.
