Pretty much my go-to milktea place other than Molly Tea, I liked their fruit teas quite a bit. The wait depends on events and other occasions, they seems to have a bit of evening peak so expect some wait. I liked they usually have BOGOs at least once a month. They are doing a crossover with Twinkle Twinkle right now and the feature drinks are okay, not much of my type but the merch and packagings are cute. One tip that I would share is that they have a quite developed app that have a coupon and giftcard system so if you liked heytea and would like to visit occasionally, be sure to use their app and utilize their giftcard function!
We went there on Sunday evening, but still many people were there! We ordered with touch panel, waited for maybe 10 people, for 5 minutes, then the best boba was served!! What I liked about this place is that the tapioca is so soft enough to melt on you tongue. Also, short waiting time was a huge point too.
I’ll be honest, I decided to give it a try because there were so many people in line and waiting for their orders outside the shop. I thought that the tea was good, but if I knew I was going to wait 15-20 minutes for it, I’m not sure I would have committed to ordering it. I certainly don’t regret the decision. It was tasty, but perhaps it’s a bit overhyped.
We stopped by as we were on our way to Target, and it was easy to order. The wait for our order was very reasonable considering that they were very busy - probably 5-7 minutes wait. The drinks were delicious!
Very close to the Moscone Center. Always packed. Every time I walk by, I can smell the strong tea aroma. The Triple Supreme Matcha Latte is good.
Amazing tea that worth the wait! Been hearing about this place and had to try it. Wish lines were as long but totally worth it have to try their signature grape drinks. Can't wait to be more in SF to try them all!
Clean good awesome. You need to try one of their teas. I went for the Triple supreme matcha. Hmmm.
Would definitely go back- so many other flavors I want to try! My friend insisted we had to go to this specific boba place- not any other- so we walked over 30 minutes to get there and it didn’t disappoint. I wanted to get the guava flavor that was being advertised but sadly they had sold out. I ended up getting the mango grapefruit boom but heads up on that- it was just a mango drink- the only hint of grapefruit was a bit of grapefruit pulp in it. Still enjoyed because I like mango but a bit misleading with the title. The special offer of this place really seems to be how much texture you can get in a drink- mine came with different densities of pudding and sago balls without me even adding boba to it.
Great drinks. This place is from China which explains why they have such a variety of drinks. Their fruit teas are very unique and the tea flavor is so fragrant. Mimt served me for the 4 times I came over the past two days. He was helpful with recommendations and explaining the drinks. Their staff are all very friendly as well. Would recommend 100%!
I come at 10:30am and it’s already have 14people front of me. But they work pretty fast and there’s a bag for free, only 100people per day. I got Grapefruit boom and coconut mango boom, they both taste good, but I like the cloud coconut blue more, but it sold out😭 That’s my favorite.
I recently visited Hey Tea and tried their grape cloud—it was pretty good! The fresh grape flavor was well-balanced, not too sweet, and had a refreshing taste. The texture was smooth, and the grape pulp added a nice touch.
The “cloud crisp grape” drink blew me away. Fresh, natural sweetness and fruit 🍇🤩 There were huge lines when I went on a Friday afternoon, I recommend ordering via the HEYTEA app beforehand for speedy pickup.

This spot is so close to my place, it's hard to resist. I have tried their Supreme Brown Sugar Boba milk tea before; the boba was soft, chewy, and sweet, and the milk tea itself was great as well. This time, I ordered the Matcha Cloud Jasmine Latte; it came with matcha cloud on top, milk, and Jasmine green tea. I customized it with no ice and less sugar, and it tasted amazing. Highly recommended!

Heytea has arrived in SF! This store has very limited seating (just one table with two seats), so it's best for takeaway. We tried the crisp grape boom and mango grapefruit boom today. Both were delicious, but the grape drink was more unique. The less sugar option was just right and the crunchy bits of grape were so refreshing! I also love that they don't use any artificial flavors or creamers.
Customer service is always great and the workers are very friendly. Most of the time when I come, there’s always a line but the line does move somewhat fast. The tea is high quality and has a nice aroma. I would recommend the coconut mango boom and the brown sugar milk tea.
Tasty, bubbles have a good texture. There was no line at all at 630 on a Monday. The mango in the drink tastes really sweet and fresh
I would rather die than work here they are usually so busy!!! It can take from 5 mins to 30 to get your order Even so, everytime i do come here to grab drinks it always comes out the same (really great) Highly recommend the mango coconut drink it's so good
The drink I got was very good but it was a very long wait. I would say expect to wait 30-40 mins for your drink 😭. It’s very good but not if you are in a rush.
perfection ! not need to said much I have been around this urban zone almost regularly, but i just find out this place recently for any drinks their coconut cream is awesomely regardless long line but services is not awaited there are 7 workers work in front and and more in the back room.

Can only be described as “mediocre.” Plain fruit tea, similar with a Virginia location, nowhere near the Time Square location. Convenient location and quick delivery though.

Matcha drinks were not bad! * Not too sweet * Matcha flavours came through, milk was not overpowering and the jelly added some nice texture.
Good drinks but bad service, I came here 3 times and I received mistaken drink twice. The cashier doesn’t listen to what I said carefully enough to make the order correct in the first place. The baristas look annoyed when I corrected them. I would just order from the kiosk if it allows me to do the modifications, too bad it doesn’t. The only time I got my drink right is when I ordered from the kiosk by the way.
The cashier who was an woman of an larger form didn’t tell me my order for 10 minutes after it was sent and when I asked her she said it had been made. Then when I asked her coworker if my order was ready the coworker found it and asked the cashier why i wasn’t notified of it. That cashier just gave a tick sound and said in mandarin(I can understand) “AHH I DID!”, believer her simple statement with emotional depth could deceive her coworker.

Great tea but no tea is worth over 45 mins wait time. Sort it out.
