Important to know that El Azteca ( The Aztec) is located in the Bayview Neighbor of San Francisco. The neighborhood is evolving but it still has its African American cultursl charm. I have been eating at the Taqueria for over 12 years and i have never had a problem with the food or service. The Chicken Mole is my favorite and The Pollo Asado is my second choice. My recommendation is ordering a baby burrito because this is huge. The Taqueria interior is clean and i particularly enjoy the Murals and Cesar Chavez homage. If you are near the Taqueria or need a break from driving on highway 101, then please visit.

Best burrito around. So called stand up burrito, the size of a little baby. A bit pricier but worth the cost till the very last bite. Yummazing!

This is one of those counter service style taquerias where the ingredients are all hot behind the glass similar to a Chipotle setup. They have all the staples and a particularly large Shrimp based menu. The staff was friendly and efficient during the order process and when I asked her to make it spicy she definitely knew what to do. I got a carnitas super burrito which comes wrapped in foil with chips on a plate. The burrito was tasty, well wrapped and well proportioned for maximum flavor. The meat was tender and well prepared. I'll definitely revisit this place next time I have a reason to be in this area. Overall a super solid location and quality food with ample seating and beautiful artwork inside and out. Impressive and unexpected gem in this area.

Awesome burrito for a decent price. Not in the safest location, but nothing out of the ordinary. Came with a side of chips that was a little sad and drinks are extra.

Lots of food for a fair price. It's not the best taco, but certainly it's not a bad taco.

Decent food I guess, but for a $10 dollar burrito, they fill it with a lot of rice. every time I come. Don't speak English very well. I speak better Spanish than they do English.

We ordered today 3 super burritos, 2 pastor 1 steak everything was good, but the problem is no meat on all burritos, a lot beans and rice and little meat. Please guy's put some more or ask if the costumer want some more meat for extra money 😡😡 I'm not vegetarian

THEY are in a neighborhood I and my people grew up in, yet they are very rude and bias when we come in you can instantly tell they don't want us in there shop on 3rd st???
