We’re so happy that this place has re-opened! The vibe of both the old and new bar are great. We came during one of their soft openings in 2022, and we have been back several times recently. The cocktail menu is thoughtfully designed, and having live music back at this historic place is such a great addition to the neighborhood. Looking forward to the morning coffee that’s coming soon!

We were here for a holiday party. The space was nice — both a bar and private event space. My only complaint was the bartenders did not know the custom drinks that were on the menu and argued about a simple martini. Would recommend this space for a small gathering.

Great vibes, Trivia nights, Salsa Nights, Friday night bands, Saturday afternoon Jazz AND late night parties on a Saturday night? It’s like all the best SF has to offer in one spot! Top tier Sushi and Cocktails to boot!

Brad the host and sound engineer is cute and incredible 10/10. Sierra the bartender rocks crazy style hell yeah.

I love this place, went on Valentine’s Day with a friend. Very kind bar tenders, great live music, and good vibes

Ancient night spot on Grant Street. Still good in August of 2024. No cover live music on some nights, movies on other nights. Always good for a look see while on a tour of North Beach.

Nice open windows and doors at the front to have great airflow. Unfortunately there was a large group of smokers outside and I had to leave because of how much smoke wafted inside.

Came here during the NYE bar crawl. The atmosphere and live music were good, but service was horrible. We were overcharged for drinks despite having already paid as part of the crawl. When we politely flagged it, the bartender was rude, dismissive, and waved us away instead of fixing the mistake. She was noticeably polite to other patrons, which made our treatment feel discriminatory and racist. We had to argue to get the charge reversed ( still waiting on the refund, will update). It’s not about the money - about basic respect. Would not return.
