Starbucks Pick Up

Got the best coffee early in the morning today before heading to the classes in the downtown San Francisco. Even though the store is small, it’s good for pick up and for ordering. I would highly recommend this place for a great cappuccino.

All the staff here are great but the barista Lex at this Starbucks is one of the kindness baristas I’ve met. She’s always in such a good mood, seems to know all her customers by name and is always so bubbly and friendly. That can’t be easy in such a busy and demanding area. She’s a gem!

Very nice, small, and calm atmospheric store that Starbucks was, is, and hopefully, always will be. The young lady who served me there was very nice, polite, respectful, professional, and friendly. I will go back there again sometime soon in the future, for sure!😊👍👍

This is an order-ahead location only - you order on the app and pick it up later. When you get there, check for your name on the big screen on the side wall, and wait for it to say "Ready". I've been here a handful of times and they've all been good (fast) experiences. It definitely gets busy midweek early morning, but it's definitely manageable, especially compared to other Starbucks where you're waiting for people to verbally place their orders. :)

They were really nice, but I ordered a spinach feta wrap and matcha caramel drink, and the wrap was cold on the inside still, and the drink even after light ice they put so much in it

They only do mobile orders….and then will be rude when you show up expecting a typical Starbucks. Staff standing around doing I don’t know what but definitely ignoring you. They very clearly could just take your order. Most people are just standing around in the store ordering on the app in the store. It all seems silly.

Order ahead location only. The mapping software doesn't go to this location so first timers will likely have to manually input the california & drumm location on their starbucks app. Very convenient for the tech savvy and it's the most convenient location nearest to the Hyatt hotel or the ferry building. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my order to process. Friendly staff are accomodating and work quickly to fill orders. It would be nice to be able to sit down and enjoy my drink but for a grab and go only location, this is a nice option.

Over the past month a solid 50% of the time my order is ready but the pick up screen does not show this. I don't know what is going on but they need to address it because that's the entire point of having this screen and it's very inconvenient to not have it updated. I hate having to asking about an order that isn't ready yet but you can no longer be sure it isn't just going to sit there indefinitely.

This Starbucks has a ONE SINGLE PLUG. This must be a joke. The place is huge and only has a single outlet. I don't care about the copy/paste corporate response, it's insulting. Especially when Starbucks has intentionally made this choice. Letting the customer find-out about this predicament AFTER getting coffee. (Fyi: people don't buy Starbucks for the quality of the coffee 🤢). I'll make sure to share my experience with as many people as I can.
