Service is the best, their popcorn chicken is the best, their drinks are pretty good, their foods are great. The owner is very friendly and they let you feel like home.

Man, this place takes me back to high school, back when Quickly locations were plentiful and it was easy to get a boba drink and popcorn chicken for under $10. Happy to find that things haven't changed at this spot! There's very little parking in the plaza, so if you're lucky, you'll get one of the two spots up front designated for Quickly. Otherwise, find a spot off street parking. It's also still to go inside, so no hanging about with your food and drink. Cash only and no bills larger than $20. We ordered popcorn chicken ($5.90, listed on their menu as fried chicken), regular size almond milk tea at 50% sweet with boba ($2.50 plus 75 cents for boba), and large size jasmine milk tea at 50% sweet with boba ($2.50 plus 75 cents for boba and 50 cents for larger size). Since the drinks were at 50% sweet, they were slightly watered down. Still good though! Boba was soft and chewy. The real star was the popcorn chicken! It wasn't fatty nor tendon-y like other boba shops we've ordered at. It was crisp and hot and a great value at a price we don't see anymore. I think we've found our go-to popcorn chicken place!

Fried chicken combo mild is tasty! $8 the guy is nice and the food is good.

I went here a few days ago with my children aged 17 and 18. We bought some of the signature popcorn chicken and I would say that its the best popcorn chicken we've ever had. It was crispy and the flavors were amazing. The cashier was also very nice. 10/10 would visit again.

My favorite Super Spicy Popcorn chicken in the SGV. The drinks here are cheap and decent but nothing to rave about. But the chicken is perfect. Only dark meat here like it should be with just the right ratio of flour and potato starch so its not too gummy. Lastly this is the only place I know that can get the Spicy to the level I love. I only wish I got more pieces of fried basil in the bag. If you seek Super Spicy Popcorn chicken this is the only place to go.

My Jasmine milk tea didn't taste like tea at all, the flavor was kind of bland. Extremely budget-friendly place to get a drink and tasty popcorn chicken. I'm not sure why but sometimes the meat is slightly chewy but it was tasty (reading comments and chewiness might be the batter type and ingredient ratio)!!!! Spicy is actually kind of spicy!!! :) Good job. Maybe 1 small table is available inside. Small parking lot but easy to pull in. Overall decent to good value for your money!!! I'll definitely try this place again, but a different drink :P likely Thai tea or normal milk tea.

I would go again only since I work walking distance from there, but not the best place. Small place and I got chocolate milk tea with boba and it tastes like powery nesquick even when shook up. Minced meat with rice and chow fun is tasty. But it’s a street food type of place so they need to clean out their deep frier or something more often.

Google says 7:30 but 7:10 and the guy says closed. He said it should be 7pm. I told him they should update with Google, I just drove 15 minutes to get there.

My urine was pink/red after drinking their watermelon juice. For real! It was a scary sight. I didn't know if I had some kind of infection or internal bleeding. I ordered watermelon juice. The cashier was talking to the back person for a few minutes and told me they have it. Two hours after I drank it, I was pissing pink red color urine. It lasted two days. I hadn't ingested anything with red color before that. I don't know if there's a long term effect.

Use to love coming here for the fried pork chop meal but after literally being Discriminated for my race. I will never come back here. Every Asian person who walked in to order food received there food before me when I waited for 20mins for mines. How rude and offended I am. At this point they loss a customer who truly loved there food. Never again.

However, that doesn’t give them the reason to be rude to their customer or being impatient to their customer because treating human is kind of the baseline of just interaction. I’ve been usually going to this place for the last 10 years and it is a home staple for me however, the quality have been going downhill in the recent years. I tried to look past it for the fact that it’s a place that is my go to however, their selections are decreasing, and the quality of the food is also diminishing. They often run out of supplies or don’t have the food or they only have alternative food, which isn’t the ones that you want on the menu. There isn’t really a sitting place dining place in there it’s mostly made to go. The environment is very dirty. They don’t really upkeep the environment and definitely do not sanitize high touch points. The owner makes the food, but also takes cash and coins with the same hands. I have never seen him wash his hands or seeing available hand sanitizer around the area. It is quite concerning and after the last interaction I had of getting yelled at by the cashier for asking question because I couldn’t understand what they were saying due to their heavy accent I have vowed that I will not come back here again because there are other quickly around the area with friendly or franchise owner that actually would love to take my business And they are only five minutes away.
