Update: Their manager resolved the issue. What a great way to piss off a loyal customer on their Birthday, you sent me a $5 coupon and the store won't accept it! What kind of a depressing joke was that?

Compared to other locations for tea and boba I have been to recently, the tea quality here at Tea Station is by far higher in quality and aroma. Staff are friendly, helpful, and quick and they told me that they recently updated their menu, sweeeet! Also went by several times after my first review and it hasn't changed. Even on the busy days, their quality is still great!

Their lavender boba Milk is so refreshing 10/10.

I really enjoy the atmosphere! The staff is always so friendly and nice. I love the drinks, and it’s a great size especially the large. The store always looks clean. I love getting oolong tea here! I’d recommend!

Tea Station Express (est 1996) is a small tea shop perfect for a quick and convenient grab-and-go experience with a wide variety of bubble teas, milk teas, custom hot teas and snacks. They have different location throughout LA. I came on a very cloudy, cold Sunday to grab a hot lemon green tea x böba pearl. It was perfect to my liking. Quality was excellent. Service was spot on. Staff were lovely. Prices were economical. Ample of parking in the lot and side streets. Overall, it’s a nice little tea shop for customers who want a quick to go boba drink. I recommend TSE.

Decent customer service. Did not like the mango green tea. It tasted super syrupy and too sweet, even at 50% sweetness. The texture of the lychee jelly was unlike other boba shops’, but not in a good way.

Had the passion fruit milk green tea. Had okay flavor, wasn't too bad but I wasn't overwhelmed or wowed by it. Could have been much better, nothing to write home about as they say. I would still go back and try some of the other flavors to see if they're any better.

I was super disappointed with getting boba here :( waited a while and drinks can be about $9 for large size. One of my friends got a milk tea drink that looked like mine; workers didn't label it (I think label maker broken) and they misinformed us whose drink is whose so my friend ended up drinking mine. I got the Shien Grape Four Season Oolong (edited to find drink name) and tasted too artificial. Don't plan to come back.

This worker then grabbed a rag and wiped down the counter. Then, the worker used the cash register; the worker performed a credit card sale (which means handling someone's card, putting it on a tray, touching receipts, etc) and then made this person's drink. All this was done before the worker finally washed their hands. I believe the worker only washed their hand because it got sticky from the drink they made. I'm intentionally not identifying the worker because there were three of them there at the time and IDK how they were trained but if one worker was unsanitary, i wouldn't be surprised if they all were. I wouldn't come back and I wouldn't recommend coming here anymore either.

Such a worth experience…no service at all we even pick up the napkins for our self, even need to clean up the table before we use. The waiter and waitress are just laughing and chatting in a very loud voice. I won’t visit this restaurant at all. It a nightmare…
