Always order online. The food is ready when I arrive, and I'm always greeted when I walk in. Haven't had my order wrong. That's definitely a plus

Simple, bready, slightly spicy tomato-ey sauce, not as greasy or salty as other pizza chains. Revives fairly well the next day in the toaster oven. $5 for fast take-out pizzas waiting in warming oven (cheese or pep). To ensure a fresh one (or other types of pizza), call ahead or order on app from home. App ordering is awesome! Get alert when pizza is ready, drive over, ignore line and punch code from app into "Pizza Portal" oven, then motorized door hatch opens, grab your pizza and go!

Parking lot is not the big so doing the weekend its hard to park.

Great south here love it. They are always getting everything ready to have it on the go it's not perfect sometimes it may take a couple minutes but mostly they are pretty good

The pizza is great and cheap and quick even if you order a pizza that isn't hot n ready. The employee could of been a little nicer but id still go back

This Little Caesars has the ultimate bonus, it was wisely established next to a weed store. Talk about marketing and entrepreneurship, everybody knows that all the cool kids smoke weed.

For the most part this Location is a good Little Caesars Pizza unlike some of the other Little Caesars Pizza Locations this Pizza comes out fresh & hot & the Bread Sticks are just like the Pizza very good...

You come to little Caesars and you should expect to get little Caesars nothing more nothing less so 4 stars is what it is would be 5 if it wasn't for the times they mess up your crazy bread which is also the main reason I come here.

Food looks good haven't eaten it yet. I ordered a pineapple with bacon pizza and bread sticks with sauce. 4 stars because it did take a bit but they told me very hot inside. Should have a fan for customers waiting. People nice.

Your standard Little Caesars Pizza. My rating is based on their pizza standards, not rated against other pizzas. If you come here you know exactly the type of pizza you're getting. Private parking lot. Employees are friendly. This place gets busy for lunch. They do order pick up and keep your food warm in this device you see as soon as you walk in, so you can call ahead. It's a chain, cheap, okay taste, and what you'd expect from Little Caesars.

They are always busy and you have to take the exact cash because they'll tell you that they don't have change

I'm not much for fast food but I do like the wings. They have good desert and such. I can't imagine doing a regular meal here but I do like the pretzel pizza when it's is available.

Inexpensive, limited-selection chain store pizza next to a smoke shop. Small shared parking lot. Best to order using their app.

Got a good and affordable pizza with sauce. The only problem is they didn’t fill up the sauce cup. It’s only half full. I honestly thought that’s how they do it until everybody here commented the cup is always full when they get it. Wont order here again

I bought pizza at little caesars last night. It's so hard as if it's been placed in warmer for a long time. Why do I give it three stars. Because it was fresh last few times.

Pizza was good. The new cupcake like pizza items they have were smaller then expected but delicious. The crazy bread was very dry.It seems they did not cover it with the garlic butter sauce. Staff ignored pleasantries during my pickup visit. Parking was good since other businesses were closed but would probably be an issue during the daytime.

When you walk in, you always have to wait a while for someone to come up front to the register. They don't always use the Pizza Portal. I've had to ask for my (non-Hot & Ready) order & they had it in the Hot & Ready oven. And since they took a while to come up front, I sat there for a bit to get my prepaid order. I've also had to ask why my pizza wasn't ready 10 minutes after the scheduled time & it was in the Hot & Ready oven instead. They lock the doors early a lot. Sometimes even at 9:30. I've had to knock on the door to get their attention so I can be let in to get my order. However, the food is decent enough. Sometimes it is delicious & the Crazy Bread is soft & doughy. Other times, it is flat & almost crunchy. Once in a while, the Extra Most Bestest pizza can be flat, but sometimes it's nice and doughy as well. But even when it is bad, it isn't terrible. The area feels safe, well lit, & pretty clean. Inside is clean as well.

We have normally had a great experience here but the latest will probably be the last. We were double charged for our purchase and have had a horrible time getting this matter fixed. It took almost 2 weeks, different managers etc to finally have the refund issued. We are currently waiting for it to process.....

First time at this location I ordered 2 three meat pizzas and there was hardly any meat on them some slices had only pepperoni when I asked about I was told that was all the meat allowed by the company and a new employee made the pizza so it wasn't made right. I was told if I wanted a new pizza it would be another 25 mins. I already waited 25 mins and wasn't going to wait again.

Usually fine if picked up, but when delivered, the pizza comes in half cooked and the driver never brings a drink when I order one. I have tried delivery twice, but both orders were botched. Do not get delivery. Get pick up

It's Little Caesars pizza, which I actually like. As I do with most chain restaurants, this rating is based off of service. Customer service is hit or miss. I knocked it down to 2 starts for the fact they don't answer the phone half the time. This is frustrating because I can't pre-order the food I want and have to wait around as it is being prepared.

Horrible to see the associates making pizzas and they are not wearing gloves. I asked the manager on duty why his worker was not wearing any gloves while making pizzas. His response was, " don't tell me how to do my job"! I was asking because I am in the food business myself and we are Required to wear gloves while handling food. Especially during this Epidemic, thus the reason for my question. I requested a refund and left.

Ordered for delivery. Just about when it was supposed to be delivered, we got a text notifying us that the order had been cancelled. Keep in mind, that we had already paid. We call right back and there is no answer. We just better get our money back. And we will NEVER buy from you again. Poor customer service in a time where customer service should be paramount. Ridiculous

Rude, unsanitary not wearing gloves while making pizzas. Especially during the covid19. Was told don't tell me how to do my job by a employee, when asked why are you not wearing gloves while preparing pizzas.

Never any $5 pizzas available, even when it's their opening time. Incredibly long wait, disrespectful cashier, and a sixteen year old kid making their pizzas in the back. Hint.. He's waiting for someone to tell him he's supposed to actually cut up the pizza and not send it out the door as one big piece.

When I opened the box, the pizza was undercooked—completely raw dough in the middle—and it looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it. Disgusted, I went back to address the issue, but instead of an apology, I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff, a group of arrogant boys, acted like they couldn’t care less. When I asked one of them, “Would you eat this?” he had the audacity to look me dead in the eyes and say, “Yes,” with a smug attitude. No apology, no accountability, just pure arrogance. This place is absolutely ruined by unprofessional staff who clearly don’t care about food quality or customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

The Detroit-Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme was a huge disappointment from this location. This is my favorite pizza from little cesars . I always get mine from El Monte and it’s delicious every time . This was my first time getting it from Rosemead in temple city since it is by my work. However, I won’t ever get it again from here. I schedule my pick up on the app and it was not ready when I got there. And it made me late to where I was taking it. And worst of all the pizza had the worst taste ever, unfortunately. Not to sure what cause the flavor it had , but tasted as if the veggies specifically the bell peppers were not washed properly. But the dough had a similar taste. I was so sad as it was for a picnic and was to share with others . And the pizza had the most unpleasant flavor. Plus the prize for that pizza is almost $15. And it wasn’t busy I was the only one there. And their lockers showed no orders. I should of read the reviews , but never had an issue with little ceasars and always trust their quality, but will try and start reading them. Please improve on the taste of your pizza and have it ready at the time it is scheduled since I arrived right on time not earlier.

There was only one stuff an Asian guy(nothing about race, just want to describe that person )in the kitchen packing food when I came in. He looked at me without a word and kept doing his work. Well, okay. I understand you are busy. Then after around 3-5mins, he came to the front to serve me. I want to order a cheese bread, he said it would thanks 15 mins, then i changed to Hawaiian pizza which supposed ready to pick up. He said something I didn’t catch. Then i said sorry? he repeated with his eyes rolled very impatiently , which is: 2 classic pizza ready. Why I care about the classic pizza while I want to order the Hawaiian style? Why you talk to customers like that? Just one advice to that guy: if you really hate the job, just find another one. Don’t show that ugly unhappy face to any other customers any more.

This location has gone down in quality. Gave it 3 chances and those chances were disappointing. Idk if there is a change of management , prefer the 711 pizza now. Avoid this location.

This is quite possibly one of the worst little Sneazers around. In my last order, I've gotten a very sad and dry looking/ tasting Detroit style pizza with stix and today (3/04) I ordered 2 pies and some "you have to be" Crazy "to overpay for some bad cholesterol"sticks only to have to ask for a refund because they had no pineapple. The player behind the till had mentioned that he called me 4 times, but I had no missed calls or messages and my number was correct in the app so I waited in a car for like 40 minutes with three ACTUAL crazy kids who were about to be severely disappointed. Suffice to say, just hit up a mom and pop shop for a pizza pie, settle for dominos or just pull up to a taco truck if it's late. Taco bell has Mexican pizzas and at this price point it's probably better.
