This MCD is in a very convenient location near Huntington Drive and the other major street called Rosemead Boulevard. It has a comfortable interior. It is very popular around here as judged by the number of customers during meal time. Based on the instances that I've dined her, the food, the softdrinks looks and tastes upto MCD's pervasive standards. Thumbs up!

This is by far the worst McDonald's that I've been to and I've been to a lot of them. They consistently get your order wrong. When you pointed out they make faces like it was your fault not worth the effort.

This McDonald service uses to be good don’t know if they change management. Now their service suck always missing something or an item when you order through the app for pick up. I understand is always busy but it shouldn’t be hard just to double check the order before handing it to the customer.

The last 3x the food was not fit for human consumption. Cold fries. The worse part, cold meat, tastes disgusting. The service at the store was terrible. The person who served me looked like a team leader. I don’t know if this woman’s behavior was due to discrimination against Asians or simply dissatisfaction with her job. If you are having personal emotional issues, you shouldn’t be working. Bringing your emotions into work affects more people. First, the self-service kiosk ran out of paper, so I didn’t get a printed receipt with my order number. When I asked about it, they coldly told me the number without any care.Then, when I picked up my order, the kids’ meal was missing the apple slices that was supposed to be included. When I asked about it, they expressionlessly told their colleague to check if it was really missing. After checking, their colleague gave me the apple. To make things worse, when I opened the toy inside, it was an already opened Minion toy, which, if I remember correctly, was from last year, not even the current season’s toy. It’s disgusting that they would do something like this.

Walked in had to wait for the worker to finish her text message so I could get help. Tried going in to the bathroom, which was very dirty and had no toilet paper. Asked for some toilet paper waited for 10 minutes. She never came back. So I left, didn't even order food if people handling my food with no globes are using there cells like that, thats not clean. Dinning area was very dirty.

Usually this McDonald's is my favorite to go place saturday mornings but this time I have been left disappointed i ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles and 1 sausage mcmuffin , somethings missing right? Instead it came with bacon. I should have been told during my pick up that there was no sausage I would have not ordered if it was going to come like this . Not sure if I'll come here again .
