Thursday ar 2pm. Not a lot of customers. Also its pandemic mode. They have good dimsum and the price is good. The service is fast and my take out came out in 5 mins. If you dine in they have dimsum cart that pass by every so often. You can also request certain items. Cool place to go too and it's yummy for your tummy.
Dimsum is until 3pm so it makes it so much better! Service is good and omg, the sticky rice, and pork siomai are the best. This is my family's go to spot. I love it.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Full House Seafood Restaurant in Arcadia, and it was a phenomenal experience, especially their dim sum! From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome. The dim sum selection was extensive, featuring both classic favorites and some delightful new discoveries. Each dish was prepared to perfection, with flavors that were both authentic and refreshingly innovative. The har gow and siu mai stood out particularly for their fresh, succulent seafood wrapped in tender, perfectly steamed wrappers. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also prompt and attentive, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Full House Seafood Restaurant has certainly set the bar high for dim sum in Arcadia. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone craving delicious, high-quality dim sum in a cozy and inviting setting. A return visit is definitely in my plans!
Excellent dim sum and other fine Chinese food 😋

Great food, amazing service. Real Dim Sum.
Dim sum was kind of pricey but very delicious and fresh tasting. We came late in the afternoon and I was expecting kind of older food, but surprisingly still fresh and very delicious. For example the shrimp in the siu mai were still crisp and tasty.
Every dish was the best I have ever had - no exaggeration. Additional note: I went back to dine again, but this time the food was more average. The reason is the first time was with a large party and the number of ordered dishes was huge - the food didn't stop coming. The second time was with a smaller party and the dishes were fewer. But some of the dishes were still excellent on the second time.
Fresh, tasty dim sum! It was better when they served from the carts, but those days are over. The hard thing about eating here is trying to communicate with the staff what you want if you don't speak Chinese. And you better know what you like 'cause the menu names can be a little confusing.

Last Sunday, this place looked empty, but it wasn't bad! Roast duck was fresh, and they conveniently put all the desserts on one platter! Previous review archived here: First time, I felt the staff did their best. Cut them some slack because it was super busy. Some lady was screaming because she wanted ice water. Hope she has a better day. But the staff didn't deserve her rude behavior, last time. This time, they were quick to bring the food, and refill our teapots, but were slow to close things out and take my card. Food: Last time, Roast Pork was a bit too salty and the skin wasn't crispy enough, but the meat on there had to right texture. Siu Mai had a more noticeable mushroom flavor, but this time, it was bland. Even their Har Cow was bland. It's supposed to have a sweet flavor to the shrimp and some cushy spring texture, but none of that was there this time. Need to wash them with alkaline water before cooking it. The only thing with flavor was the Salt & Pepper Squid.
As you can see from the Yelp reviews, the quality of the food and services are not consistent. Sometime you get a good experience and in other times you would bumped into bad food or service. We have not been here since Covid started. First time and we were kind of surprised by how good the dim sum were. No more pushing dim sum carts due to COVID, like other dim sum places, we had to order our food on a dim sum menu by making a check mark on the items we wanted. The dim sums were steamed to order so they all came out fresh and steamy. The sticky rice in lotus leaf was a hit. The rice and the fillings were done perfectly with the flavor and texture on the rice, no mushy rices. The shrimp dumpling were filled with huge prawns and flavor. The turnip cake or radish cake were also good. I particularly like their soy sauce fried noodle with bean sprouts, crispy and flavorful. The restaurant also offered whole roasted Turkey for the holidays, for less than $70, you can get a 12 pound roasted Turkey and a tray of sticky rice stuffing for the holiday dinner. When we were there for dim sum on Thanksgiving, we must have seen over 50 take outs for the Turkey. So come to the restaurant without too much of an expectation and enjoy the dim sum, you might get a good dining experience.
Full House is not permanently closed per other comments. They are closed for remodeling with an estimate of 2 months since August 1st. Also confirmed with other tenants in the food court, Full House is having a full remodel. How true are my sources, we will find out.

This place serves old style Chinese food in old Chinatown. The food was fresh & cooked very well.
Today I ordered the sweet & sour pork and the Singapore style noodle. The sweet & sour pork was very good. The Singapore style noodle was good but pretty spicy. Overall my food was good but delivered 30 minutes late. Other items I like from there are the sticky rice with chicken and the black pepper pork chop with rice

Updated: Okay so to update this is the first time I’ve been served something undercooked. I ordered beef cheung fun during dim sum and notice it tasted a bit sour. I thought the meat looked odd so I opened it up and I’ve never seen the meat separate on each side of the the noodle, usually it’s one solid piece. Original review: Food is always good and is comparable in price for post pandemic times. Not sure if they are doing dim sum carts any longer, but I’m guessing at least not today or during the week. Perhaps the weekend is busier where they would have it available. I normally order take out since it’s just me eating and the wait has been variable. Sometimes it takes a while so I shop at 99 while waiting, other times it’s quick like today (10-15 mins). I always forget they offer lunch specials. Service is average for a Chinese restaurant.
remember, bad service = good food. I love their dim sum although lately (2022) is gotten very expensive.

Good location. Services friendly. Food is ok. Price is reasonable. The food came out every slow. We ordered 8 dim sum. The first two come in after twenty minutes. Then have to wait another twenty minutes for other two . After one hour still waiting .we give up. Pay bills and go home

Came here after playing golf with my friends closed by. We were all hungry, and we placed a good number of dim sum. However, only half of them made it to the table. I constantly tried to get the servers attention, but they were either too busy or chose to ignore me (the restaurant was only half filled). Approaching the dim sum ladies might be a better option. When we finally gain attention with a server, we inquired the rest of our order. They told us that those were sold out. I wish that they can communicate with us better next time. This is not my first choice of dim sum restaurant for sure.

This restaurant has been selling old food from the refrigerator. We got take out BBQ pork last night and it tastes old, salty and nasty. Also very bad service and gave us bad attitude.
Quality of both their food and their service has declined over the last 15 years. They don't do dim sum carts anymore. The dumplings are dough-y and lukewarm, the BBQ pork buns are smaller than I remember, and the thousand year egg porridge is overpriced with not much egg. Their prices in general are high -- dim sum for two people cost us about $80. And last but not least, the owner sent our waiter back to our table to request that we leave a bigger tip. Enough said.
We were there yesterday for dine in. The service is bad. We waited for 50 minutes for nothing. We were at the table waiting for our food to be served. Waiters just ignore you. The manager runs this restaurant terribly. She doesn't apologize and listen to the customer all she says is that they're busy. The manager and waiters of this restaurant are very ineffecient. I went to the cashier to place our order since no waiter approach us even we're trying to call them. It was the female manager who's taking orders. She place our orders as to go orders even I told her that it's for dine in. It passed 50 min. and our food wasnt served yet and I saw a group of family next to us and behind us that just got there 20 min. after us their food is being served. I went to the cashier and waited for another 10 min. they said the food is coming I ask the male asst. manager that we've been sitting there for a long time waiting for our food. He promise that our food is coming soon. Passed 12minutes our food is not served yet I went back to the cashier and talk to the female manager and complained that howcome the family next to us and behind us are already eating. We got there ahead of them and our food is not ready yet. The female manager and male assistant manager talk on their language without saying any apologies. They just said that it's coming and they'll bring it on our table. I didn't understand what they're talking about. The assistant male manager went to our table and insisted that our order is for to go so it's all in a to go box. We were so mad and aggravated. We told the male assistant manager we are there for dine in not for to go. We told MALE ASSISTANT MANAGER we will just cancel everything WE ARE NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THEIR BAD SERVICE and he has the guts to be arrogant WITHOUT SAYING ANY APOLOGIES and have the guts to say we have to pay for the tea and two appetizers that was served. WE PAID $25 for UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. VERY ARROGANT MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER/WAITER! You will waste your money here. The female manager, assistant male manager, their waiters, communication, service and the waiting time here is horrible! No apologies said except we the female and male manager kept saying we are really busy! The way they treat customer here is very unacceptable! They don't know good customer service! BAD SERVICE AND TERRIBLE HOW THEY MANAGE THIS RESTAURANT!
