Espresso impecable: balance perfecto, crema sedosa y notas profundas a cacao. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle… pero el verdadero plus es David, un barista que no solo prepara café, lo interpreta. Aquí no te sirven un espresso, te entregan una experiencia.

Visiting this roaster, chatting with David, and tasting coffee was one of the highlights of our trip to BCS. We learned a lot and were treated to a delicious pour over and espresso. David shared that he grew up on a coffee farm, and it definitely showed. This felt like a hidden gem.

What an amazing farm with delicious coffee, food and fruits. The entire property is decorated and landscaped beautifully. They have a functioning organic farm where they grow fresh veggies and fruits. We got to try some of the mangoes and also have their espresso. Coffee was dialed in and delicious

Delicious coffee. Roasted in shop and grind before each cup. The space is relaxing and David is so knowledgeable. We had a cup of the honey brewed in the Sifon and natural brewed in the chemex. Will definitely be back. :)

A nice place to relax away from the shop owners heckling you to come in and shop. Los Tamarindos has the right vibe all around, a wonderful place to sit and relax and have a great cup of coffee or a ice tea.

What a beautiful little treasure in this quaint courtyard. The next batch of coffee was roasting as we entered, and the lattes we ordered were smooth, delicious, with silky steamed milk poured with beautiful patterns. And the service was delightful and friendly. Cash and credit cards were accepted.

Coffee was really good, it’s a nice little spot. If you don’t really mind the service then it was a good experience, however the barista wasn’t helpful at all and seemed annoyed that we didn’t really know what to order. This was surprising to us since many other reviews tell a very different experience.

Entré a preguntar por el café y los diferentes métodos pero el barista no tenía mucho ánimo de informar. Únicamente me indicó el origen del café (Veracruz, todos) y el precio de los métodos pero no me comentó nada del proceso, grado de tueste ni cualidades de los granos para cada proceso. No parece una barra seria.

El lugar esta muy cómodo y corre el aire riquísimo, el café es delicioso pero el barista no tiene actitud de servicio parece que te está haciendo un favor te atiende de mala gana y con caras. Si no fuera porque el café dea realmente rico no volveria

Great coffee, different techniques, very interesting if you are a coffee lover and connoisseur…but horrible service. We were the first clients in the morning and he had an attitude, we asked for recommendations and acted like angry because we didn’t know what to have, he acted like he didn’t want us there. Then another girl came in and asked if she could take her coffee to go in her own coffee mug and he, again, acted annoyed by the request. Maybe was only a bad day for him, hopefully he is not like that frequently.

Surly barista. Espresso was as sour as his demeanor. Cappuccino was okay.

Ignored for 30 min while other customers coffee was prepared who came in 10 min after us. Most pretentious baristas ever witnessed

MALA EXPERIENCIA. No le pongo -5 estrellas porque no se puede. Lugar lleno del polvo y suciedad. Fui hace unos días y el barista atendió de mala gana y con la boca torcida. Después, pedí un iced latte el cual era agua de calzón, además de que al momento de servir la bebida en la mesa, el supuesto mesero (que usaba chanclas)tiró casi 1/4 de café en la mesa y mi ropa sin pedir mínimo una disculpa o reemplazar el café. Posteriormente, la terminal de tarjetas no servía y me hizo intentarlo con 3 tarjetas diferentes. Pedí el agua de calzón para llevar y no tenían tapa para el vaso, terminé tirando el café! Dinero a la basura!!!!
