This spot just opened up, and it’s a great fusion of Mexican and Palestinian cuisine. The vibe here is lively and laid back. The staff was very nice and helpful. We came here for lunch and the food came out fairly quickly. They have a pretty big menu. We had the elote, which were divine! We also had the loaded papas, the Hawaiian burger and the delicious chicken shawarma. The portions are quite big and can easily be shared. I would come back, highly recommend.

Asi is hands down one of the best tasting dining experiences I've had in San Jose. From the moment you walk in, the service is genuinely warm and attentive. The food is exceptional with bold flavors, perfectly balanced seasoning, and ingredients that taste incredibly fresh. Both dishes felt intentional and expertly prepared, the chicken soo very moist. It’s the kind of place you keep thinking about after you leave and can’t wait to return to. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers quality flavor, and great hospitality. Asi is a must-visit.

Great place for fusion Mexican Mediterranean cuisine. They have happy hour with some interesting combinations and beer and sangria pitchers. Check out the food pictures. The serving staff are not so efficient but the place is quieter than Aquis with good distance between tables. The servers don't state that but extra humus is $3

I love any place that represents authentic culture, let alone two at the same time (Mexican and Jordanian🇲🇽🇯🇴). Extensive menu but still holds quality at its core! I got the crispy Shawarma wrap and this thing will feed the hungriest linebacker! Imagine fall off the bone chicken that is perfectly marinated… Would’ve preferred a bit more veggies in there but otherwise 90/100! The garlic sauce it came with has a very nice kick to keep the vampires away 😄✌️ Thank you for checking on me to bring me more water after my long run…all 3 times! 16.4 miles to get to you! Worth it 👏

Great fusion Mexican! The Hummus a La Mexicana was very spicy but amazing!!! Very flavorful. The best part is that all the chicken and beef is halal!

Good was fantastic. Unfortunately there was only one person waiting the table and it took a long time for the food. Atmosphere is typical restaurant with sports bar vibe. Lots of big TV with sports going on.

We recently ate at ASI and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant feels very homey, and the food is clearly made with love. The complimentary nachos with sauces were a great start. We tried the Lentejas soup, Tacos Tijuana, and the Build Your Own Bowl — everything was flavorful, fresh, and filling. Isabella, one of the co-owners, served us and was warm and personable, which made the experience even better. What makes ASI stand out is not just the quality of the food, but also the inclusivity. In addition to great Mexican flavors, they’ve added Arab-Mediterranean dishes, and they also go the extra mile to offer halal chicken and beef. The owners have been very transparent about their sourcing and preparation, which is rare to see in non-Muslim-owned restaurants. It may be a bit of a drive to South San Jose, but it’s absolutely worth it. We’re already planning to come back with our family for future meals. A big thank you to Lourdes and Isabella for creating such a welcoming space — it’s the kind of restaurant our community truly needs and deserves.

Fun place for lunch. Fried chips and pita with green salsa and hummus. We ordered a molcajete with beef, shrimp, fish, onions, eggplant, tomato, chorizo, cheese. It was flavorful with a nice texture, it fed the 3 of us. The flan for dessert was perfect, not too sweet or eggy. Service was excellent. PS make sure you get an extra order of hand-made tortillas, you're going to need it for the molcajete.

We came on a Saturday night and all the tables were full. This was our first time checking them out and it was so good. We ordered loaded papas (steak), tacos tijuana (fried fish tacos), burrito (steak). And they all were so good. The portion is generous. We called 3 dishes for 4 of us and we were all full. Definitely come back and highly recommended.

Been waiting for this place to open. Was excited to see their OPEN banner hanging out front. My wife and I came in for dinner. Friendly staff. Not too busy when we arrived. You seat yourself, then they come to table for your order. We were given tortilla chips and pita chips (in same basket). Salsa and hummus. The salsa was delicious. The hummus was equally good. My wife ordered the "build-a-bowl" rice bowl. Lots of choices on what you want in your bowl. I ordered the Burrito ASI. It's pretty big. I really enjoyed it. Good flavor. I couldn't finish it all, probably because I ate so many chips and salsa. So tasty! I have a weakness for good chips and salsa. Anyway, back to the meal...... we both enjoyed our meals very much. We will definitely come back here. At this point I would highly recommend coming here. You should not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience, from start to finish! Cute restaurant with great atmosphere - it’s very inviting and everyone was super friendly. There was nice music playing and tvs (muted) playing Food Network and Nickelodeon. Everyone dining looked happy :) Food was amazing, better than expected! Upon seating we were given pita and tortilla chips with hummus, salsa, and olives. Everything tasted very fresh and homemade. We split the Elote appetizer and left no crumbs. I got the chile relleno dish and it came with beans, rice, and home made tortillas. Fantastic - I’m in a food coma right now. My husband got the habibi’s that came with rice, tomato cucumber salad, and a tasty chipotle sauce. He wanted to take some home to eat later but ended up eating it in the car because it was so good. We also got flan and a cheese desert to go, which were equally delicious. Let’s support our small businesses in South San Jose!!!!

The coolest fusion mexican place I've ever been to. Pita chips and tortilla chips with hummus and salsa on the side?! Wow and so tasty too! Street tacos with chicken were superb. Also, when I didn't like the mole enchiladas, they gave me a red sauce one which was good. Husband's burrito wasn't dry and he loved it. We will be back to try more things!

Live around the area, grew up around here this place used to be my go to jack in the box in my younger days. I finally came and tried this place and I was impressed. I love the middle eastern fusion with Mexican I am middle eastern and my husband is Mexican and it was a yummy blend of the two countries. I will be back :) I love how the salsa was so unique and blended with the perfect fusion of Mexican and middle eastern style ☺️🤍 owner was so kind and the vibe there is just so nice.

When you go somewhere and the food is fresh, you can really taste the difference. Fruits and veggies are flavorful, meat is cooked perfectly - tender and not greasy. Even the sour cream and guacamole really pop. Every time, I’m impressed. HIGHLY recommend the build your own bowl! You can’t go wrong with that.

I've been here 4 times now and didn't even realize that I haven't done a review yet. This place is pretty great. Even though it's kind of a weird fusion combo, everything we've ordered has been delicious. Chips are delicious, and so is the hummus! The burritos have been our recent favorite because they're huge! Glad something so good moved here locally. Also the people have been so friendly each time I've ordered take - out. We will definitely be back to continue slowly trying everything on the menu!

We've been wanting to try this place for a while now. Finally got over here, and it didn't disappoint. Shrimp Coaktail was perfectly spiced, and shrimp were cooked to perfection. My wife had the Chile Relleno plate, and it too was on point. The owner even offered up some queso con chorizo as an appetizer. Really good! Overall, the experience was great. We will be back to try some of the fusion plates.

I have never experienced the level of amazing customer service and accommodations as I did with the waitress at ASI. The food was just as amazing as well. Their aqua Frescas weren’t watered down like other places. Every food item we ordered or that we were treated with, was a 10/10!!

This place is awesome! The staff was very friendly, the food was fresh, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the menu. Despite what you may have heard, they have the perfect number of tv’s and the salsa/hummus bowls have ideally angled sides for dipping.

After one visit, Asi is now on our dining-out rotation! I can't believe it has taken so long for us to get here, but so glad we finally made it. Housed in an old Jack-in-the-Box, Asi has created a vibe inside that is anything but soulless fast food space. The deep color choices, the lively crowd, and the screens make this a local and lively place. But the food. Wow. The "fusion" is one I have never experienced: Mexican and Middle Eastern. You get chips, salsa, and hummus :-) While we have not been able to sample the entire menu (Yet.) what we did have our first time around was scrumptious. The guac is worth returning for alone, but everything we ordered was excellent. Lastly, we were able to chat with the owners, so this is a legit local, small business worth our support. So, if you are in the area and need a legit place to eat or cater, give Asi a try!

I've been to Asi a few times now and I'm always blown away by the quality of the food. I've always been a big fan of hummus and Shawarma and this place does not disappoint. Food is amazing and love the fusion flavors! I don’t think there is any other place out there like this. We’ve been here 3 times in about 2 weeks if that says anything. Staff is super friendly as well. So happy this opened up in the neighborhood and we’ll definitely be regulars :)

My partner and I had our first meal at Asi today and it was amazing! From the minute we stepped in, everyone was greeting us and we felt like we were at a friends house. It felt nothing like the jack in the box that used to be there. The food was spectacular, Sophia gave us great recommendations for the sopecitas (carne asada was my favorite, but al pastor and birria were also awesome). The shrimp tacos were flavorful and messy, just like a taco should be... and the suadero bowl was so good that my leftover-hating partner ran back into the restaurant to pick up his leftovers. We'll be coming back for dessert and food very soon!! Thanks for a great meal 😊

This is a family owned restaurant. I Love that when you walk through the doors you are greeted with a smile and a friendly "welcome in'. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was delicious. I had the Byob, Build your own bowl and my husband had the mini tostadas. The tamarillo salsa and the hummus were a great addition to the chips. Thank you! We will definitely come back and we are definitely going to spread the word.

I love, love, love this restaurant!  What fist caught my eye was that it’s a fascinating blend of Mexican and Middle Eastern food, which turns out is an awesome combination.  They totally hit a Grand Slam with the food!  Soooooo yummy!   They’ve got dishes such as their Chicken Shawarma served with a Tahini Chipotle sauce that is to-die-for!  Or the Nabati Torta that ‘s one of my favorite dishes.  Its main ingredient is perfectly fried eggplant (I never really like eggplant until I tried this dish), and it’s served with their to-die-for Tahini Chipotle sauce that gives it a slightly spicy touch which is balanced beautifully by the cool, refreshing flavor of a Labneh sauce (which is a classic sauce in Middle Eastern cuisine made from yogurt).  The combination of flavors and ingredients in the Nabati Torta blew my mind!  I’ve been dreaming about it ever since. And on top of their delicious fusion dishes, they also have some phenomenal Mexican dishes, like their mole that’s the best I’ve had outside of Mexico, and their “Enchiladas de Tinga” (another of my favorite dishes) which is served with an out-of-this-world Guajillo Chili enchilada sauce.  But be warned -- if you want ordinary enchiladas with the normal, ordinary enchilada sauce, please go somewhere else!  But if you want to go on an adventure and have your taste buds fall in love with you, try their Enchiladas de Tinga!  It’s so good that I nearly licked my plate clean before realizing I was in a public place, so I instead used my fork to scrape up every last drop of that incredible sauce. And added to the incredible food is this warm, friendly atmosphere, which comes from the great staff who work there, including the woman who owns the restaurant, and her eldest daughter who manages it, along with 2 other daughters and other staff who work there who are all super friendly.  They’ve created a place that not only has insanely delicious food, but also is a warm, welcoming place that always makes me feel like I’m home.

So excited to find out about ASI Mexican Fusion Bistro from a random Nextdoor post. Tried them out for a late Saturday lunch and picked Al Pastor Chicken Kabob. The taco Tuesday blew my expectations. It was pretty slow and that was mind boggling to me because of how great the service was! Not even just the service, the FOOD! It was delicious, and comforting. So this review is long overdue!!!! My partner and I have gone to ASI twice for dine in and today was our first time for take out. Dining in you get some salsa and creamy hummus to go with a portion of tortilla chips and pita chips, I absolutely LOVE that they give you that mix of both of those chips. So far we’ve tried the papas árabes, fish tacos, sopecitos, ASI burrito, etc. Today for the first time I had the falafel burrito and it did not disappoint! Love the vibe inside the restaurant and love the flavors, have not had a bad experience or bad meal so far. They’ve definitely gained loyal local customers in us and can’t wait for our next impromptu date night to go back and dine in for a delicious chavela! Thank you ASI! 🫶🏼

Opening Day review: Lots of food options, great mix between Mexican and Middle Eastern. Service is great and atmosphere is cute, I definitely see this place becoming gaining more friction as time goes on. 4 huge TVs for any Sunday football fans, great space for family outings in general. Drinks are promising, and food is decent. They did good for their first day. 👍

I came here with a large group following an emotionally intense event, and immediately felt like I was being welcomed into the home of someone I’ve know a long time. The staff was super attentive and sweet, and within moments of sitting down I was gorging myself on chips and salsa. After the first bite I said out loud, “Oh, I’ll definitely be back.” (And, just for reference, I live 45 minutes away). It was a really solid, tangy, classic Mexican salsa verde … that somehow also reminded me of the baba ghanoush my wife’s grandmother used to make. Have you ever eaten food that makes you feel cared for? That’s how it felt. You could taste the love. I really enjoyed my burrito, and I was also super jealous of everyone else’s food. So like I said - I’ll be back!

This is a wonderful restaurant! I love the unique appetizer as it is so unique. I ordered their guacamole appetizer and our group devoured it. The shrimp fajitas were exceptional and there was plently lever to to take home. I also have tried the beef version and they both are great. The service was exceptional and personal. It's our new go to spot!

The shrimp fajitas were exceptional and there was plently lever to to take home. I also have tried the beef version and they both are great. The service was exceptional and personal. It's our new go to spot!

Just had the chance to try the viral crispy shawarma wrap! I had the chicken one and it did not disappoint. Everything I’ve had the pleasure to try is perfection and the staff is ALWAYS amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I also have a very serious food allergy and am never worried about coming here.

We stopped by for the crispy shawarma wrap, and it totally lived up to the hype! The meat was perfectly seasoned and super filling. We also tried the falafel burrito and ceviche, and everything was amazing. Their chips & dips were fantastic too. Definitely recommend!!

Surprisingly delicious! This Mexican restaurant found the right balance for Arabic-Mexican fusion food. I rate their falafel as my top 5. Everything was delicious and seasoned properly. Right balance, great flavor and good combination.

I love hummus, and I love salsa. You get both here! I had the crispy chicken shawarma, and it was quite satisfying. It wasn't the absolute best shawarma, but the chicken was well marinated and flavorful, and I enjoyed the fusion aspect of this restaurant.

Love the chips - they are not from a bag, they are fried and home made and therefore are the best chips I’ve had in years. I have had the build your own plate. A good meal and reasonable price.

The menu is interesting as it is a fusion of Mexican and Mediterranean. I ordered the bowl and it was good.

It was their first day open so I thought I would stop by and give it a try. I ordered the Quesadilla with carnitas and it was delicious and the price was affordable. For a drink I got mango syrup infused sprite and it was refreshing and sweet. The food took a little while once it was ordered but it was their first day and I see much potential. The staff were extremely nice to us and I will definitely make another stop soon!

I visited for the first time on 7/16. Started with good chips with salsa and hummus (separate bowls). I thought the Enchiladas de Tinga, Carne Asada Kabob, and Churros were excellent. I also recommend having a can of Vimto, a British berry soda that has become popular in Easter Mediterranean countries. Service was generally good, though it took some effort to get a dessert menu at the end of meal when most of the staff were gathered around one of the tables for what looked like a meeting. Also, chairs were a hard metal without cushioning, which was a little uncomfortable for me.

This was my first time eating at ASI. It is a Mexican fusion with Mediterranean. The atmosphere was nice. We went during the later lunch time so it wasn’t too busy. The server was nice and hospitable. Chips with chili verde salsa and hummus is served when you sit down. The chili verde and hummus are both really good. I ordered the BYOB (build your own bowl) that included falafel, cilantro rice, and whole pinto beans. My hubby had the Tijuana (fish) tacos. The bowl was delicious and a good size portion. The tacos were ok. Not much fish but the flavor was good. No rice or beans come with the tacos. Overall, it is a nice lunch spot.

Tasty food. The service was a little understaffed. And it seemed like there were a few things they're still working on as they settle into the space (issues with the bathroom, not stocked for fountain sodas).

Interesting family run Mexican/Middle Eastern restaurant. Lulu is the owner and she has just the most friendly and welcoming smile. You feel like she just loves her job. We couldn’t stop eating the restaurant style fried pita chips. It comes with two dips: hummus and a salsa. The Tijuana Tacos were tasty, though I’m not sure I agree with the choice to use uncooked red cabbage. It would be better cooked, or just use regular lettuce. The shrimp fajitas were great. My spouse didn’t think too much of the build your own bowl, but we agreed to come back to try something else.

Unique Fusion Spot With Great Food – Just Needs a Few Tweaks” We’ve been to ASI Mexican Fusion multiple times as a family, and overall, it’s a unique and creative restaurant that blends Mexican and Middle Eastern flavors in a fun way. First visit was with my mom — we shared a molcajete and everything tasted great. The only thing that threw us off was the pricing on the sides. For example, 3 tortillas were $5 — which feels absurd, especially at a Mexican restaurant where tortillas are usually part of the meal. Because of that, instead of ordering tortillas and sides separately, we opted for a chile relleno plate so we could get rice, beans, and tortillas included. The food was good, but the pricing structure could use some rethinking. Second visit was on Valentine’s Day. We got the Habibi molcajete again. Good flavors overall, but the steak this time was a bit on the tougher side. Still, the meal was enjoyable. My brother had tacos and my dad ordered enchiladas — both solid picks and cooked well. On our third visit, we decided to switch it up. I ordered the Asada Kebab plate, expecting two steak kebabs based on the menu. Instead, it came with one steak kebab and one veggie kebab (onions and peppers). The portions felt very small, especially for the price. The steak tasted mostly charred and lacked the depth of flavor we’d had on earlier visits. Honestly felt a bit duped by the description on the menu — and my mom even said it looked like less food than usual. She got the chile relleno again, but this time the red sauce tasted different, and not in a great way. It was just inconsistent from the previous visit, which makes it harder to rely on a go-to dish. We also ran into a small issue with the beverages. We asked for Diet Coke and were given two small 375ml glass bottles, which were noticeably pricey. We had assumed they’d be fountain drinks. After asking, we were told they also had Diet Pepsi on fountain, which would’ve been nice to know from the start. Fortunately, the owner’s daughter noticed the situation and didn’t charge us for the fountain refills — we appreciated that gesture a lot. Highlights worth mentioning: • The pita chips and hummus they serve to start your meal are excellent. Super addicting — I could eat a whole bowl. • Service is generally friendly and attentive. • When the food is on point, it’s really flavorful and satisfying. We definitely plan to come back, especially to try Taco Tuesday and sample every meat option. Overall, this place has a lot of potential and delivers some great dishes. Our only real feedback is to work on portion consistency, menu clarity, and pricing structure — especially when it comes to basic items like tortillas and drinks. Not a harsh review — just honest, constructive feedback from returning customers who want to see this place thrive.

First time here, we ordered fish tacos and shrimp fajitas. The 2 tacos were quite large but lacking flavor. The fajitas also lacked any spicyness. We were disappointed. Although our server was excellent!

We've been wanting to try this place since they opened. Not sure why there are so many 4 and 5 stars. Did I order the "wrong foods" or here on an "off day"? The Good: Wonderful and attentive service. Complimentary chips with humus and salsa. Reasonable prices and Taco Tuesday ($2 for each street taco). Plenty of parking and comfortable dining room. The Not So Good: Chips were mixed with stale fried tortilla chips and overcooked pita chips. We ordered 4 carne asada street tacos and a plate of enchilada mole (totaling $32 tax included). Carne asada in the tacos was dry and almost powdery. Chicken in enchilada was VERY gummy and dry. The enchilada tortillas were chewy, as though they just wrapped some low quality chicken meat in a couple of tortillas, then doused with mole. Very disappointing because I love and have ordered enchiladas everywhere in Latin restaurants (here and numerous Latin countries we visited), and consider it my "safe dish". You can't go wrong with enchiladas (I was wrong). Takeaway: I'm hoping I didn't order "the right item" even though the enchilada mole was recommended by our server. I usually try new restaurants 3 times to make sure. However, this time, I'm pretty sure of not coming back.

First experience was for lunch and it was great. Had the shrimp tacos and husband had the asada tacos. Both wonderful. Second time did take out for dinner. We decided to order the chile relleno order. Oh man, what a miss. Salty to almost inedible level. Had to remove all the sauce to even attempt to eat it(was hungry). Kids ordered tacos, and those were wonderful according to them. My view of place now. Great for tacos, but will be thinking about it twice before ordering anything else.

Decent, prices like everything else are pricey. They greet you right away and seem friendly enough, my order was take out, I can't really speak to their service other than taking my order. Got 2 burritos and 2 tacos. Burritos were decent, although for $42. They should be. I prefer Super Taqeria smokey flavor on the meat personally, but I was looking for some place close. I'll look around and maybe try some of their other plates.

I was so wanting to give this place a 5 star rating, but just couldn't do it for the following reasons: Too many TVs. That is my number one issue with all restaurants in CA. I have never voiced it in a review before, but I am pretty sure others feel the same way. Not everyone wants to feel like they are in a sports bar. Why do all restaurants these days feel the need to do this? Do they all really get the sports fan business each week to justify this? TVs belong in Sports bars and pubs, PERIOD . On to the food. I love pork belly, and should have asked how they cook it. ASI over-cooked my pork belly to the point of dryness that was hard to chew and lacked taste. Pork belly should not be deep fried, but slow cooked low and slow in the oven, or air fried. (Pretty sure theirs was deep fried. It had that taste like the deep fryer oil.) I liked the fusion of salsa on the table with hummus and olives. (Aqi has been doing that for a long time with better results, though, not for free). The dish it is served in while "cute" is not easy to scoop from. The chips don't dip in smoothly and it is too steep sided to get enough product onto the chip. ASI tortilla chips to pita chips ratio was 80% overcooked pitas and just a scattering of tortilla chips, which was disappointing. The salsa is OK, but not at all anything memorable. The guacamole served with the pork belly was good and plentiful. The homemade corn tortillas served with the pork belly are good, They are moist, tender and flavorful. I prefer places that offer a choice between corn or flour, The service was friendly ,prompt and focused as it should be, I just wish I had more good things to say about the food. I may go back to try something else and I will be sure to ask the right questions before I order.

Found this restaurant last minute while meeting someone to discuss Potential business partnership during a weekday at non peak hours. Yet we waited for are food for about an hour. I do got ad that the glaze was pretty busy And they seem to be shortstaffed. Pertaining to food, the idea of Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine being fused sounded amazing yet. I expected more. Needless to say, there is room for improvement? And I hope that both food and service are better on my next visit

Tried ASI to give it another try way after their soft opening. I went back to try their viral crispy chicken shawarma and a burrito for dinner. Food came out 1 hour after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our order. They never acknowledged that the food was going to take 45 minutes and never apologized for be backed up/slow service. By the time the food came out, we were stuffed with chips, salsa and hummus. Serving sizes are larger than average and tasty but on the salty side. Also, the frying oil seemed a bit old; chips tasted like burned oil. Hummus and the salsa was delicious. They asked if we wanted more water and we said yes. Server took our cups and never returned with our water. We also didn't get utinsels but didn't even get a chance to ask for them since the servers never came by to ask how we were doing. We raised our hand for our bill and it took another 15 minutes for the bill to get paid. Very disappointing service and can't recommend this place. This restaurant has a ton of potential especially being uniquely fusion. After 3 tries, I won't be back.

Enchiladas de mole was bland, refried beans were a thin watery texture, and the horchata was bland and chalky. Service was good and the atmosphere is okay. Strange smell from what I think was cleaning solution. I would not recommend eating here.

I had to wait almost up to 3 HOURS for a simple shwarma. it was genuinely insane. they claimed that our ticket got "lost" but then took another hour after saying that. wish i liked this place but sadly i will not be returning

Went here for their shawarmas, and then proceeded to wait 2.5 hours for it. Not only that, I got the beef one, which was 2 bucks extra, but ended up with a chicken one. The waitress was really cool and got us a free dessert for the wait. But I don’t think I’ll come back here to be honest. Additionally, my friend Carmelo was so upset at the wait that he just stood up and left our table. Really unfortunate.

Very very very greasy. Taste was decent but it was so greasy that we couldn't finish our meals. Everything was dripping in grease. Their chips with hummus and salsa were good! Seems like a good pick if you're looking for a drink and a fun greasy snack, not a high quality meal. As for service, waitress was nice but we had to get up 2x to ask for something, including forks for our meals.

The bowl we had was really bland. The oil tasted very weird. The taco was dripping oil and it was not good. The free tortilla chips were also oily and the salsa was flavorless. Wouldn't go back.

Terrible service. I called to place to go order and the lady put me on hold for 5 mins and cut the call. Waste of time. I’m sure their other reviews on wait time would be genuine.

Shawarma is overpriced. ( crispy shawarma with Diet Coke is $28 🤔) Service was bad, it took more than half an hour to get a sandwich. They messed up the order and overcharged me and when I told the waiter she totally ignored it until I went to the cashier myself and asked about it again. They lost a customer who Could have become loyal and could have brought friends to this place.

Waited 2 hours to get our food. Charged us gratuity charge without any notices on menus or any signs in the restaurant. I would never ever tip at a place where they forgot about our food! This place doesn't even feel halal honestly. Edit after the reply- We weren't notified of the wait time or the automatic gratuity... My order was definitely ignored because people who came after us got their food and as soon as we told the guy about it, he went in and the food started coming in. We spent $300 for the food and we shouldn't be treated like that.

Didn’t accept orders from 4-5:30 PM. But was open? We drove an hour here and was turned down. Not a good look and will not come for the bad service. Edit: Your response is fine and I appreciate that, but then change your hours. Service is just as important as food, and your inability to serve food and plan for these events during your service hours reflects poor service, or rather, no service at all.

Ordered a take out and was informed that it would be ready in 15min. Arrived 20 mins later to pick it up and the staff took 5 min to find the order. Waited another 20min and was informed that they are looking into the order. Can better communicate the wait times.

No reservations Don’t pick phone calls so we can check on availability Travelled all the way for 45min, reached 745pm on Saturday - they had nothing, literally everything was out. This is not about viral demand, this is about pathetic management. Pains to rate this low without eating anything but I think they need a reality check!!!!!

I’d give even less if I could, aside from being slow in serving, I don’t even don’t want to go there, we ordered more chips and a box for takeaway… but it toook ages for the guy to come to our table again and nope they totally forgot. He came to ask if we are done and want bill. Come here if the whole afternoon and night you’re free and just want to sit for hours doing nothing and sometimes eating

I really wanted to love this place, but the wait was HORRIBLE! I waited 2 hours for a shawarma and the place was not packed. People that arrived later than me got their food before me which usually I could care less about, but after waiting for an hour and 45 min, I did care. I really hate writing bad reviews, but they need to know that they should work on timing a bit better. The hummus is delicious and I’m glad they give you chips and dip to start, or else you’d be hungry sitting for so long. The beef shawarma I had very high hopes for, but unfortunately it was a miss for me. Beef if seasoned right, but the shawarma was dripping so much oil. Chicken shawarma has less flavor, but at least wasn’t drowning in oil as much. It’s not worth a 2 hour wait unfortunately.

I never leave bad reviews. Nooo joke, we waited 3 hours for a shawarma. It wasn’t even that busy. 😭 Even lines in Japan are quicker. They probably skip tickets. Set up a better system—order at the counter, give a number, have people seat themselves and deliver the food. Or if wanting servers, assign the servers a section instead of free for all tables or else they assume we’ve been taken care of already and never check in on us. Assign 2 people to solely do shawarmas in the kitchen. If your menu is too big to handle, downsize it. You’re not ready for it to go orders if you can’t even serve in-house fast enough. All we heard back were excuses. They take no accountability. They are better off as a food truck. We’re never coming back. Waste of our Friday night. We are NOT recommending to anybody.
