This Location has become my Favorite BJ'S The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Today I stopped for Lunch and was greeted by Bradley who was friendly , courteous, and professional. Our Server was Jasmin and She was very personable, and helpful with suggestions on salad choices. Today I had the unlimited Soup/Salad and really enjoyed the Tortilla chicken soup, and my Mom really liked her Cheese Burger and fries. We finished with a Hot fudge Pizookie. I have never been disappointed with my menu choices and you can really tell that the staff is well trained. See you again very soon,

Came on a weekend for dinner. Waited for 2 min to be seated on a bustling night. All the food was good but not great, nothing special and was all made correctly. The sangria drink was diluted and didn't have a taste. Burger was okay.

Oh my gosh! So amazing! The staff is awesome at the Market Center BJ’s. The food and decor is great. This 5 course beer Spooktoberfest is so much fun. I fully recommend it.

The food here is always delicious and fresh, which is why we keep coming back. The atmosphere is welcoming, but what really makes our visits special is the service. Our server, Kat, is AMAZING. Every time we come, we always request her because she is so kind, attentive, and makes sure everything is just right. She goes above and beyond, and that's why we enjoy coming here so much.

Awesome restaurant for dine in. The ambience is good. We have tried many dishes here and our experience was great everytime. I love their Pizookie dessert and the veggie delight burger very much, its too delicious. You will have to wait at least 30 45 mins if you are going during peak hours. Thank for the Good Food!

I’ve never been to BJ’s but I was pleasantly surprised. I was served by a cute little young lady named Jade who was absolutely phenomenal. She recommended calamari and avocado eggrolls as an app which I found very interesting; they were soft which I should have anticipated but didn’t and then I had the margarita flight which was OK it would’ve been much better had the margaritas been blended; the strawberry one was delicious. Overall I was extremely pleased; the service was amazing the food was delicious and the flight was so-so.

Food and atmosphere were great! Overall the service was good in that everyone was super friendly, but we definitely had to do a few things on our own like bussing our own table to clear the dishes and getting our own waters from other staff Not sure if it’s a staff shortage or what not as all the staff were really welcoming and accommodating, there just were really long gaps in between seeing our server throughout the entire meal.

Caitlyn (Cait) was incredible and such a sweetheart. She was so nice and great service. If I was rich I would have tipped her as much as I could, she did such an amazing job and goes above and beyond.

Decided to stop in for the $13 lunch special. I was solo so sat at the bar area. There seemed to be 1 server in that area. Jacob. I could clearly see his was overwhelmed, I did overhear him mention that 2 people called out sick. He was hustling, taking orders, checking in on people, listening to stories. So just want to publicly shout him out for some hard work. Burger and pizookie were cool too.

Jordan F was a great server! She was so on top of giving great service. She even got me a drink just in the nic of time for happy hour. Also, the gluten sensitive pizza was great, my fiancé that still eats gluten even thought it was the perfect choice.

While we waited for the EV to charge, we stopped here to grab dinner. We were seated promptly and overall service was great. Great selection of beers. The steaks and ribs we ordered were good. I was pleasantly surprised and it was a pleasant start to the evening.

Great place for a steak and a beer or maybe two. Steak was done to expectation , I added in the bacon jam, and it was an awesome combo. The sides were clam chowder and asparagus. Top with red jeremiah beer on the tap..... Next time, I would like to try the flight of beer offered there. It's definitely a place to come back . But do prepared to wait if you do a walk in.

This is kind of dumb but I hope the employees read this because I goofed up lol. I asked for a to go container for my food and I accidentally left it there! 😭 Please forgive me Mr.Server cause I made you get the container and didn’t even take it lol. I came in tonight (10/29/25) around 9ish and we sat in the back corner booth by the back patio door. Our server was SO nice! He was respectful but not so robotic in the way he took our orders even with other tables to worry about. He even helped with a recommendation for the burgers because we had a friend who can’t have eggs. He has tattoos on his forearms, that’s really all I remember haha.

First time I went to BJs and we were welcome by Jasmine’s awesome attitude. Service was on point as she periodically checked on us for condiments and beverage. Great amtmosphere overall, my table party was pleased and we would love to have another dinner gathering here again. She’s a lovely woman.

Opens early Sunday at 10 so went in as soon as they did. Today they only had happy hour and appetizers available for the first hour but that was fine. Fries were unironically the best item minus the chicken wings. Rest was alright.

One of the employees messed up with our food, manager was nice enough to take it out of the check and give me and the 4 other Freind’s I was with, each a free dessert, very professional and was nice enough to do that for us. Managers name is Michael, overall food was good and workers, especially Michael the manager was very good and treated us well. Would definitely go back

We went to BJ's on 3/6/26. We had to wait about 25 to 30 minutes but it was also a Friday which are one of the busiest days. Kanina was the maitre d and she was amazing. So friendly and nice, she did her job GREAT! She was very professional on how she spoked to the guests and knows how to do her job well. She was definitely the highlight of our night. Our server was cool. We weren't even all sitting down when she came and asked us for our order. We had a party of 8 and some of our parties wanted separate checks, she made it more difficult on separating them then she should of. As servers ourselves, I know how we all hate seperate checks but it happens. It shouldn't have been as difficult as she was making it especially having her tablet with her. Overall my daughter had a wonderful dinner. Kanina was the best part. Thanks kanina. Give her a raise. We all know it starts with the first face you see, and she was a delight.

Another great visit to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse! The service really stood out this time. Jasmine was our server and she went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and just had a great energy about her. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time. And the pizza? So good. The crust was perfectly crispy, not soggy at all, and every bite was packed with flavor. It’s one of those meals where you keep reaching for “just one more slice.” Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. Albert Torres is the best server everrrr! His customer service was fantastic, amazing personlity, and had a beautiful smile on top of it. He was bussing tables and running other tables food. The environment was fun and music was nice. Totally recommend the avocado eggrolls and lemon pepper wings!!!! Asking for Albert again.

On 12/24 my family and I decided to dine in. It was a total of 6 of us and we had a pretty decent size table, including our gift exchange. We order some appetizers and our main dishes but unfortunately 2 of the main dishes were cold and not to what we ordered. Don't want to spend to much into detail but after speaking with the swing shift manager, all that was offered was a desert. To me being in Christmas eve and had to wait for the remade order and to wait long and everyone else had finished eating, therefor, killing the whole dine in vibe. After calling back, I spoke with a different Manager, Micheal. He was very understanding and apologies for the inconvenience. Michael understood our the dining experience should have been met and a better resolution. This is the time of Managers that deserves recognition. We will be coming back due to his kindness and caring for his diners

Update : went back recently and service was fantastic! Our server Caitlyn is great caring and really friendly! The prime rib I order was so good and the roasted vegetable is so yummy will definitely be back ! Food was okay. I order a soup and salad and their soup is a little less than warm but still ok. Salad is okay overall it’s a good lunch spot. Service was okay and the server keep checking in to make sure everything is ok.

There was a bit of a wait to be sat but our host was super kind and helpful, there was a miscommunication on which server would get us but the second Kat was assigned to our section she mediated it and was SO kind. She brought our food quick, and even washed the silverware herself on our behalf when they were taking a bit of time 🥺. She was such an angel and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at any location with this company. I adore her and would pay extra to get her again!! We had the best experience at this BJ’s restaurant. Our group of 5 was a bit difficult as we had 6 dogs. I didn’t expect to get the best service from Alyssa who took care of my group very well. Some members of our group had many requests and she took care of all of us and our dogs with such a positive and fun attitude. She went above and beyond to make our group feel special and well taken care of. I haven’t experience such outstanding, impeccable, and exceptional service in years. Most servers just do the bare minimum to get the job done but Alyssa is definitely not one of them. She is a gem just like the diamonds on her teeth. The manager Beau was so friendly and welcoming he set up our tables and umbrellas in the patio to make sure that we were protected from the sun. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable right from the beginning of our dining experience. We had such an amazing experience at this BJ’s we will not go to any other BJ’s anymore. We will make sure that we come back for every occasion as Alyssa and Beau for beautiful really made our experience so memorable. We ordered so much food and all of it was also very delicious.

This is our first time going to this restaurant and it was nice. The server was very knowledgeable, the Resident was clean, and for was delicious. If you enjoy dessert, you should definitely try the pizookie. The food did take a while to get to us which was shocking because it wasn't evident that they were busy oh, but I guess it was worth the wait. We would definitely go back, but we would probably just want to try a different day in different hours.

Decent food and drinks and open pretty late. One of the best dining options in Coleman plaza. Their pizzookies (“pizza cookies”) are legendary— I recommend the chocolate chunk pizzookie with vanilla ice cream. Too good!

A nice place with average food. The choices of beers are good. Pizza tasted like deep frozen and the rib eye steak was well done even though I ordered it medium rare. But it wasn’t too bad. I would give it another try.

The service was great, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had to wait for 15mins before we got our table. We tried their avocado egg rolls which came with a sweet sauce and it was super delicious! We also had the honey sriracha Brussel sprouts and it was pretty good too. For dessert we had their famous Pizzokie, we took the strawberry shortcake and it was heavenly with a buttery warm cookie , vanilla ice cream , strawberries and some strawberry sauce! We stopped for a quick bite however I saw they have pretty good options for main course as well, would love to visit again and try more things on their menu.

Grabbed a quick lunch from their $12 specials. The chicken tenders were great but the mixed spring salad was drenched in the vinaigrette dressing, ask for it on the side if you don't want to scrunch up your face each time you take a bite.

BJ’s beers are second to none. But very sorry that I can’t say the same for the dishes that we ordered today! The grilled mahi-mahi taco was not so good, it was pretty dry and no flavor, the lettuce inside the taco was not marinated or seasoned! Deep dish pizza was nothing but thick crust, or I just now used to this BJ’s style of deep dish pizza! The avocado roll was mediocre at best! The grilled chicken fettuccine was the only dish that was acceptable! Our waiter was nice very tentative and courteous. And thanks to him we get a complimentary dessert!

The two of us arrived at 6 PM on a Wednesday night. No wait. About 1/3 of the tables were occupied, though when we left more than half were filled. The room was open with low dividers between sections. The far section had sliding panels that could be closed to form a separate banquet area. Both moveable tables and booths were available for seating. Albert Torres was our server and he was polite and efficient, checking back on us frequently. I ordered the New Orleans Jambalaya. It was tasty, just the right amount of flavor and heat. My friend had the chicken club sandwich and fries. He was satisfied with it. The only negative was that the bathroom could have been cleaner. One of the two unrinals was out-of-order.

We had a very pleasant experience. We usually go to the DeAnza location, but decided to go here as we were close by. Albert Torres was our server and he was very attentive. We even had a bit of a mix up with one of our food items but he was quick to correct it and made it so we still got our food quickly.

We had a group of 9 guys who went here after a hockey game. The staff was very professional in setting up a table and taking care of us. I loved their burger selection. The sides and appetizers were just as good as well.

A decent chain brewhouse restaurant with good selection of self brewed and guest beers - along with a respectable offering of ciders, seltzers, and wines. I was hoping to try their Sunday special prime rib, but sadly they were out of stock for my late evening (~9pm) post-flight meal. My fallback choice of a ribeye was of middling quality, but the temper was decent and the added garlic butter topping helped a lot.

Food: ordered slow roasted tri-tip rarest possible which is medium with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. Asparagus was good tips were little bit over roasted but not too much, mashed potatoes were good, tri rip was good. Service: my girlfriend got the same thing as me but with a starter salad instead of mashed potatoes and tri tip that was well done, we specified that we don't want the meat to be pink. It came out pink. Upon notifying the server he was very kind and cooked the tri tip longer for my gf, and while she was waiting he brought out a side of clam chowder as an apology for free. Atmosphere: standard American dinner/sports bar.

This restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Not only is it possible to watch sports, but children and young people can also go on dates. The food was ordinary. The beer at this restaurant is delicious. Of course, it was a draft beer, and the Double IPA was impressive. I plan to visit again just for the beer.

I thought most food was very greasy. Veggie deep dish pasta was okay.

There was a short 10-15 minute wait but we got seated quickly. We ordered both the Original and the Carolina Gold. The original was better in my opinion, the other sauce had too mustard in it and was not hot enough for my taste. Fries were ok, however I do believe the meal was expensive for what we ordered.

The food was good. The employee was nice but wasn't experience enough. She seem like she was new. We had to wait to get our check and it to 30 minutes for her to come to and get our payment. And she didn't clear the table. I use to be a waitress so I know you should always clear something when you walk by . We had so much plates .

Meh. Went for my birthday, they didn't do anything for me, but did for other people in the restaurant. Server checked on us twice in two hours. I added the wrong sauce to my chili to make it taste like something

We had dinner at this location, the waiter could not remember anything and gave excuse. One of us ordered the three course meal, and toward the end of the meal, we found out it was two courses only and the waiter replied “ you did not ask for the first course, soup or salad” ? Are you the waiter should had asked first? Then we said ok let,s have soup to go, and later he just handed the bill and we asked “ where is the soup”. And his jokingly replied “oh, I asked the chef to make a special order for u. “ it was not funny!

From the time we gave the hostess our name until the time we received our food (1 large pizza) was just over an hour (on a Monday night). They weren't that busy, but it took 10 minutes or more for anyone to come to the table and greet us, and even then only after I got up and went looking for someone. Pizza was good. Service was BAD. Would not recommend.

The steak had a good flavor, it wasn't the best cut of meat. Very fatty. The potatoe was the best thing about my meal. The veggies were dry and just tasteless. The shrimp was drowned in sauce. Overall flavor was ok. My margarita was pretty good as well nice amount of libations for cost. I'll come back for drinks and may try a burger next time. Good friendly waiters. Don’t usually have high expectations when going to BJ’s, but is usually a fun place to grab a bite. This time, the food was cold, more like room temperature, which leads me to believe it was sitting for a while. I also wanted to try the hard root beer, but was poured the porter. I tried to politely tell the waiter, who said she was going to ask the bar tender to check the pour from the tap. I’m not sure how that confirmed that what I was poured was not what I ordered, but they didn’t fix it, and charged me for it. She never brought me back an update, just awkwardly came around once about 30 min after receiving the food to see what we wanted for dessert. Waters were never refilled and remained empty the whole meal. I realize I could have asked for it to be dropped from the bill, but the fact she didn’t address it and treated me like it was my fault after was kind of weird. I realize people have bad days, but you can do better than this. The whole service was 1.5 hours, mostly due to the delays from the waiter who had maybe 5 tables at the time. I hope you tasted the full Porter after I left and realized it wasn’t the hard root beer. In contrast I came here a couple weeks ago with family, had a different waiter, ordered almost the exact same meal, was out of there within 45 min. Never had an empty glass, and the waiter then had 8+ tables. That was a 5 star experience, this one however fell far short.

Worst service I have ever had at a bar station. Food was fine, wine and cheese sticks. Service (at bar) was atrocious! I could see the guidelines for customer service on the screen and NONE were executed! The male bartender said the woman would help me. Neither helped me until I asked for a menu. When I finished my mozzarella sticks and wine, and water, I wanted more. It took 30 minutes (AT THE BAR) with them walking in front of me constantly to get their attention for a refill. She had her back to me for most of the night. The back of the bar counter was a mess with empties, their dishes, bottles not put away and a slew of receipts. Even when it slowed down, she walked in front of me multiple times with no check in on me. Mind you, I did not need much. By myself, hung out for hours, and was self-entertaining. I should have been easy to serve and check in on. I am a very heavy tipper. This is not going to be good. Other BJ Restaurants have been good. They lost out on Principle #5 for sure. Bummer.

Ordered online for delivery, when I got my food all my sides and drinks were missing and I got an opened bag with a wad of cabbage and tomatoes. I didn’t even order it and the fact that it was given to the delivery driver torn open is weird. I understand Tuesdays are busy and can be hectic but if you have a designated to-go specialist, they need to make sure the order is correct before handing it out. It’s unacceptable for my order to be missing all its sides and drinks. The only thing done right was 1 of 3 pizookies from the mini 3 pack.

The waiter was amiable and got our orders correct which is a blessing in this day and age. However, he never checked up on us the whole time, no refills of water for the salty entrees, and only appeared when it was time for the check. But in general, I did like the staff and the other servers. The food, on the other hand, was not consistent with the other BJ's location. I asked for my sirloin medium (that's the rarest they will go) and it was cooked to a rubber texture and it had an off-taste like it had gone bad. Of course, I just dealt with it because the waiter was nowhere to be seen and why waste edible food and make a fuss when they should have just made it correctly? Needless to say, we agreed the pizookies were the only thing baked to perfection and will try really hard not to forget why we shouldn't return.

Good took forever to come out was extremely cold when it came and had to be sent back. Many tables around me were also frustrated and ours as well as others meals had to be comped. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The worst services i have encountered. Been there twice in several weeks and after they sit you down they must have a policy to forget about you. No drinks, no silverware and the waiter must be playing cards in the back SUPERSLOW! Then after your order another 20 minutes for food..then another 20 for desert and then another 20 for bill...almost 2hrs for a simple lunch or dinner meal of wings and a burger. Awfull!!!

Got dinner here, and my car got towed while we were eating. Called the tow company and they said they were contracted by target, so since I ate at BJs they couldn’t give me my car back without charging me. $510 to get it back. Not worth ever going back here. Employees should warn you that you might get towed in the public lot… I’m sure they’re aware of it as we weren’t the only ones towed. DONT SUPPORT ANY BUSINESSES IN THIS SHOPPING CENTER. For reference, I parked in the yellow highlighted spot, 200ft within the restaurant.

Really disappointed all around. The food took forever to get to us so why was it not hot when it came out? You can see in my picture that the cheese is already cold and I enhanced the picture just so you can see the color. It was not good at all. We never got our waters refilled the entire time we were there. So the service was terrible. To top it off. Your famous dessert pizookie was melted? Why? For the amount of ppl that were standing around and watching the TV was mind blowing. We shouldn't have gotten charged at all for the bad food or service.

We really enjoyed our server tonight, but the food was not good. I sent my meal back, and the replacement was just as bad as the first. Then my Pazooki arrived burnt. They apologized and took the Pazooki back once they saw it was burnt, since the ice cream was served on the side. However, nothing was removed from the bill. It felt like the issue was acknowledged, but no action was taken to correct it.

This is the worst kept BJ's I have ever been to. I told the manager about how bad the Men's restroom was and he did not even seem to care. The restroom was never cleaned by the time I left. I did not want to show anyone the stalls which were way worse. We had already ordered food and i was starving.if not I would have left. The beer I had was flat, the cocktails tasted like they had no alcohol. By far the worst BJs I have ever been to.if the restroom is this bad, imagine the kitchen!!!

takeout order at 11:25am salad was from last week? Definitely not fresh that's for sure honestly disappointed 😕

Waited forty five minutes to get seated after reservations, seems they are just a prop. Server seemed un interested, service was slow, food ok, not worth shouting about. After delivering food which came in waves, server said he was going on break. We wanted to order dessert as it was a birthday celebration and there were young ones. Had to interrupt another server in order to get service. Ended up spending two plus hours for a large bill, food nothing to shout about. Don’t care to go back, think this dog won’t hunt.

Deep Dish is Deep Bread I have loved deep dish pizza for decades, and always loved the ones at BJs. Unfortunately it is no longer deep dish, but deep bread. I have a lot of sadness. This is not worth the cost or the disappointment of thinking you’re going to bite into a delicious deep dish pizza sauce filling pan of goodness. Flavor is fine… just please make deep dish a deep dish? I’m not paying $40 for bread with toppings. The onion rings were amazing. The avocado rolls were meh per no flavor... Broccoli cheddar soup was good.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The service was so bad never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. I first arrived 10 minutes early to my reservation and the hostess told me our table wasn’t ready yet which was fine since I arrived early and had a big group. 25 minutes later still waiting for the table and thankfully that same hostess noticed that I was still waiting so she talked to another hostess about our table and shortly after I hear my table called and followed up with a “last call”, I’m sorry but how was it last call if it was the first call AND I had to wait 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled time? I could see that the initial hostess tried to correct the other but very clearly I noticed that the other hostess unapologetically shrugged and looked upset. Whatever, I already made the reservation and didn’t want to allow this to ruin the occasion. Once we were ready, the waitress comes to our table to take our order and she was so rude and passive aggressive for no reason. She had an attitude taking our orders and kid you not, shushed someone in my group when they wanted to make a correction to their order. Waitress name was Tyra which I know because someone else in my group tried to call for her attention to address his allergy by saying “excuse me miss” and her response was “my name is Tyra” is again, a very passive aggressive way. Honestly just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, there was another group there too so I really hope they had a better experience. They have an automatic 18% gratuity for large groups which makes sense especially because I certainly wasn’t planning on leaving a tip after that experience. I’m so glad there’s an Oakridge and Cupertino location as the services there is so much better.

We booked a reservation at 7 p.m. We arrived on time and was told it was a 30min wait. We waited 50 min before it was our turn. When we finally get seated another 25min passed and we had not had any server approach us. I went to the host desk to ask for a server to one to finally appear. By the time our order was taken, over an hour and a half had passed from our reservation time. 2 of my children had fallen asleep in our arms and we had to eat carrying them. The staff did not offer us anything for compensation for any inconvenience. My husband was a nice guy and still tipped. Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat. It is not worth your time.

Got there around 10:15pm they close at 12am. They told us the wait was 10-15 mins we waiting 30 minutes. I saw the manager whom was wearing a 49ers shirt and he never asked us if we needed help getting seated. The hostess also never let us know if our table would be ready in a few minutes nor did she make eye contact when spoken to. This was my 2nd time coming back but after a bad experience but damn it does not get any better🫠. Definitely do not recommend coming in after 10pm unless you’re a party of 1.
