I'm a newbie, today is my first. I went to the one on Alma. Very tasty 😋 good rice and beans as well, and the tortillas were nice and hot. I was a bit leery going in based on reviews about customer service. I had an opposite experience of those bad reviews. Great customer service! They were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back 🙂

Ordered the day before and got my food pretty quickly. Carnitas was good as was the rice, beans, and green salsa! Party tray for 15 people was worth it.

The best carnitas I'm town. Always get the mixta carnitas.

True Michoacán style carnitas. The best I've found in many years of living in the region. It's always busy, and all of their branches usually are. Be ready to wait a bit. Their popularity speaks to the quality of their dishes.

Ordered the day before and got my food pretty quickly. Carnitas was good as was the rice, beans, and green salsa! Party tray for 15 people was worth it.

The food is excellent. The price is right! Parkng is tight but for take out no problem! I go at lease once a month or more! I buy by the the pound to go, it last a few days tasting the same or even better the next day!

The lady running the show has an attitude problem. Food is great but, the service really leaves you wanting to take your business elsewhere.

The quality of their food is amazing but the costumer service is horrible. If your willing to deal with rude employees for some good food come here. They will get upset if you ask for extra cups for condiments. So be nice, and maybe just maybe they will be nice to you

Being very honest the food is kinda making my stomach turn. I went in to get my usual order because I go to a sister store of this one. This one does not come near it. The chiles that where in the clear bins look like they been in there older then me. Sorry but I will not be coming back to this one

I’ve been here plenty of times and the last two times i wanted to order a whole “orden de carnitas familiar” and they tell me they’re out of carnitas. How are you a carnitas restaurant and are out? I will continue to come here because the carnitas are delicious. I wouldn’t recommend getting the rice though. Rice always comes out burnt and mashed into pieces.

Yesterday went in order smallest tray of beans and rice and she charged me 39 dollars and when I told her it’s 10 for each tray she got upset rolled her eyes at me and said that’s very small and it’s not enough like if I didn’t know what’s enough for me or not . Food is a perfect 10 ,,,, But service is a ZERO !!!!!!!
