Can get really busy but worth the wait. Fresh delicious food. Rice and veggies side. I prefer the grilled chicken..has more flavor and char.

Dropped by for a quick pickup on Monday evening, July 7. I ordered through Uber Eats, and the kitchen had my bags ready in barely five minutes—huge plus for week-night convenience. What I picked up 1. White chicken combo – skin-on poached chicken with fragrant white rice, classic chili sauce, and ginger–scallion sauce. Spot-on: tender meat, no off-smells, and that familiar Singapore-style chicken-rice aroma I’ve been missing since living in SG. 2. Brown-rice combo – skin-off poached chicken and grilled tandoori chicken, paired with katsu sauce and the spicy chili. Great way to mix lean protein with a smoky kick. Both boxes came with a clear, comforting chicken broth and a crisp side salad, so the meal felt balanced without being heavy. Ordered the Hainan Chicken, my favorite. Chicken meat was fresh and perfectly cooked. The Thai ginger soy sauce is so addictive.

Food was delicious and ready for me to pick up as planned. East order system and the food was fantastic. I did the fried chicken and grilled chicken 1/2 and 1-2 with chicken rice as my first try and was not disappointed. They will stay on my list!

My top favorite place to grab lunch or dinner. Their chicken 🐔 is so juicy and very delicious along with their salads and dressings. I highly recommend this place with great customer service and in such a neat clean location definitely a winner restaurant!

I love the food and I've tried it so many times at other locations. However, I was so sad when this location didn't give me cilantro after I picked up and opened it at home. But the food was really good.

Great place for Hainan chicken! Easy to order and super fast with cooking. I like how you can choose diff sauces instead of getting set ones. Inside has lots of seating and outside has lots of parking.

As a regular customer at the Tasman location in Santa Clara, I have to say—it really sets the standard. The quality, consistency, and portion sizes are always on point. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the same experience at this other location, which I’ve now visited twice. The chicken was dry, the ginger scallion sauce tasted old, and I only received two small pieces of cucumber. I understand this may be one of the newer locations, but better quality control is definitely needed to meet the expectations that I get at the Santa Clara location.

After navigating that experience, the food actually came fairly quickly, maybe 10 mins. Rice was very dry, I needed to ask for a lot of sauces to mix in apparently. Chicken was okay. Whole time I was eating, some car in the parking lot was sitting there with it's ultra bright headlights shining directly into my face. Seating directly toward the windows was a poor idea. Now I know. Would I come again? Well. It wasn't a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either. There are too many other excellent options in the bay area to settle for ok food. Yeah. So no.

Food is good. BUT I've come here several times and the "service" is non existent. They don't even call your name out when it's ready. Just put it on the shelves and expect you to look for it. No reason to tip anyone who works here with their non caring attitude. Highly recommend just staying away from this place. Low quality service restaurants don't deserve your hard earned money when they don't care anyways.
