My roommate and I have lived at elements for over 2 years now. We moved within the complex recently to a bigger apartment facing the courtyard and it’s been a great experience. The elements team, particularly Joseph, have been super friendly, helpful and responsive. They made our first and second move very easy. It seems like the team is always working to improve the property and are open to feedback about how to make the place better.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Joseph at the Elements Apartments' Lease office. He was really friendly and helpful when I first contacted to inquire about the apartment's availability, and he even recommended me to another apartment. He suggested a fantastic option on the day I had my in-person tour. He was really helpful and gave me decent movers on the same day when I asked him for any recommendations for reliable movers. Joseph, Again, I want to express my gratitude for your assistance and wish there were more people like you!!
I recently had the pleasure of touring the Elements apartment building and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The building itself is modern and well-maintained. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from Joseph. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and answered all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend the Elements apartment building, and be sure to ask for Joseph when you go for your tour.
We are going into our third year living here at Elements. Over the past couple years we’ve definitely noticed a lot of improvements here. The leasing office staff and property management have made necessary changes cleaning up the interior and exterior of the complex. The amenities have always been great, and recently they upgraded the gym with new flooring and equipment. The staff are super friendly (thank you Joseph and Jessica for being so great and easy to work with) and are very responsive with tenant communication. Whether it’s updates around the complex or communicating to resolve an issue happening, the staff are very helpful and always do their best. We love our apartment, the layout is spacious and comfortable with updated furnishings. Overall we have had a great experience living here and are really happy living at Elements.
About a month ago I had a pleasure of going on a tour of an Elements apartments provided by Joseph, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Joseph was an exceptional guide who went above and beyond to showcase the building’s features and amenities. He was well-prepared, and provided us with all the necessary information about lease terms, maintenance services, and community amenities. I felt informed and confident in my decision to consider this apartment building as my potential future home. We moved in here and it is an exceptional experience. From the moment we moved in, we were impressed by the quality of the amenities, and professionalism of the staff. Thank you!
The property itself is over 10 years old. The gym is a good size, just got upgraded this summer with new weights and equipment. The apartment lounge and theatre were also updated this year, making it look snazzy. The property maintenance crew is around during office hours and on-call after for emergencies, James and his team are great! A few years ago, the office staff was constantly changing. These days, we've had a steady team of office people that are responsive when there are issues. Overall, the apartments are a good size (compared to older & newer units) for the price, and most of the neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.
Have lived here for two years now and love how spacious my 2 bd/2ba unit is. The rooms and bathrooms are each large with plenty of closet space and storage. In-unit washer, dryer. Although there is noise that transmits from the courtyard/pool, I have never had issues with hearing any of my neighbors through the walls. People are friendly, the parking lot is secure and the management team is extremely helpful and responsive. Would recommend this as a great option for someone looking for a nice apartment with solid amenities without paying the exorbitant prices of some of the more upscale luxury apartment complexes.
I recently moved into a new apartment and I couldn't have done it without the amazing help of Joseph. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and we were laughing the whole time. Joseph went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and his friendly and personable demeanor truly made a difference. I am now settled into my new home and couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a leasing agent who is professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with, look no further than Joseph. Highly recommended.
I've lived at Elements for over a year, and it's been a great experience! I've had a few issues, but Joe and the rest of the leasing staff have definitely gone the extra effort to find a resolution, and it's hugely appreciated. When I first started living here, they had just been taken over by Greystar, and things were a bit of a mess, but over time things have gotten more uniform and consistent. The staff has been doing a great job auditing everything to make sure there's no floating keyfobs out there to provide a safe community, and that there's enough parking for everyone. They've also recently been making sure the community stays engaged with different events held between this, The Standard, and Mosaic (the surrounding apartment communities). The maintenance staff has also been fantastic, they've always been pretty prompt about fixing things, and they stay fixed. Really enjoy this community, and I'm so glad to have chosen this complex for my home!
I have been living here for 11 months and everything has been great. It is safe and secure. My packages and food delivery have always been safe. Narumi, george, and jessica are amazing in the leasing office. Yesterday i put a maintenance request and the maintenance guy was there in 10 mins and fixed my issue in 5 mins. I appreciate the cleaning lady who takes the trash out and vacuums the hallways everyday. Im hoping to renew if my rent doesn’t go up much. Huge shoutout to elements team!
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean and quiet, and maintenance responds quickly when something needs fixing. Management is friendly and helpful, and I feel safe living here. The location is convenient and close to stores and transportation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
I absolutely loved my time living at Elements. From day one, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The apartment was modern, clean,The amenities were top-notch — the gym was always spotless, the pool area is nice. Leasing staffs are nice to work with always - all our concerns were heard and resolved mostly right away. They genuinely understand what tenants need and go out of their way to make things easy and stress-free maintenance guy is amazing he is quick and get things sorted in a professional way.
Lived here for 2 years and overall a very nice to call home. My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at Elements: Very helpful staff and fun resident events.

The rental management is good, they were very friendly, and we moved-in without much hassle. The location is also good - just beside light rail, and a walk to willow glen. The layout of all the units is great. They're big and spacious compared to most of the apartments in the bay area. The appliances in our unit were a little dated. Probably from the early 2010s. We had some issues with the dishwasher - it left filthy stains on plates and silverware. After raising a couple of work orders, the facilities management agreed to replace the dishwasher with a brand new one. The facilities management was always very prompt, and quickly resolved any problems we had. Thanks to Jose and Jacob. The lighting in the apartment could be improved. Especially in the living area and kitchen. But, it can be fixed with your own lamps. We have seen some roaches in the kitchen, and we have been working with the pest control and maintenance to get it fixed. The pest control is always ready to treat the apartment , but, it's just a little inconvenient to prepare the apartment for the treatment (remove everything from kitchen cabinets, and organize again) especially with your everyday work and daily life. All in all, ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Maintenance ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Leasing office ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Location ⭐⭐⭐ - Appliances
I just moved into these apartments in December 2022. My experience so far has been positive. Apartment: The apartments are really good size for what you are paying for compared to similar priced apartments in the area. They have laundry and dishwasher in each unit, with great size kitchen. I wish they stacked the washer/dryer to give more storage space in the closet, there's a lot of wasted space in there. Additional downfall is that the complex is next to the freeway and can be heard at times. Staff: The staff are really friendly here. They are always happy to help answer any questions and assist in any way. Additionally, they run community events which are really nice to participate in. Facility: The facility is really nice. They recently gave it an update, new paint, and power washed the exterior of the facility. The facility has a gym, pool, hot tub, theater room, business center, and lounge. The gym is a tad bit small for the size of the facility but has a good amount of things to get in a good workout, but gets really packed around 5:30-7. Area: The overall area is a bit hit or miss. Where the apartments are located is not in a bad area and I definitely feel safe. The Safeway area can get sketchy at night, but fine during the day. The facility is also within walking distance to downtown Willow Glen which is nice. Overall, I would recommend checking these apartments out.

Bad experience from pretty much from the start after moving in. They promised to replace some appliances which never happened and that blinds would be installed before moving which didn’t happen until 3 months after. First place I’ve been in where I had to argue about things getting fixed, obviously broken things kind of just shrugged shoulders. The sink was leaking from the beginning unless it was put in a special awkward position, was told just to do that instead of it being fixed. Appliances are old and out of date. I was on the street level, had a few incidents with people trying to open my door. During the summer there were cockroaches at the street level, ended up spraying myself to try to prevent them from getting inside. Noise level is also very bad along the Parkmoor side. Overall highly recommend avoiding Elements and looking elsewhere.
Overall, i am not happy with this place! Pro: Good and kind Rental Office staff Cons: Lot of hidden fees The fees will follow you even after the evacuation (askd to pay $3100 but was reduces to $900 after some back and forth.) was not worth the headache. Summary: good people but evil cooperation designed to make money out of tents in any single possible way!
Do not rent from Greystar. We lived in one of their apartments for a year and a month. When we moved out, we were hit with outrageous charges that are far from reasonable or standard in the Bay Area. Here's what we were billed: Apartment Cleaning: $280 Partial Painting: $281.11 – originally over $400, partially “discounted” Carpet Cleaning: $190 – even though only two small bedrooms were carpeted Stove Top Replacement: $262 – for normal wear and tear, not actual damage Total: $1,013.11 We’ve rented from several other properties in the Bay Area and never experienced anything like this. I’ve already contacted the manager .Their reply is very unprofessional. If they refuse to revise these unjustified fees, I’ll be filing a small claims court case. Never again with Greystar.
Don’t live here. Maintenance staff is really rude and will not help you. Joseph from leasing office has mood swings and will only be kind to you when he’s in a good mood. I feel scared to even ask him any questions due to his behavior. Garage door has been broken for the past 2 months and one of the elevators as well. The VTA station is front of the apartment isn’t the safest and for the rent, I would recommend to find an apartment somewhere else.
Very terrible management! Bad experience! I had a very disappointing experience with Elements regarding move-out charges. I ended up going to court to dispute fees that I believed were unreasonable. Before the hearing—and again in court—they clearly stated that they would remove the charge related to minor scratches on my stove. However, after the court process, they added that stove charge back onto my account. That kind of flip-flopping is frustrating and undermines trust. If you’re considering living here, document everything (photos/videos, emails) and review your move-in/move-out inspection details carefully. I wish I had known how inconsistent the billing process could be.
