Tub Man

Old school Chinese noodle shop with the best broth in the South Bay. The broth is the most balanced and most flavorful. Not sure why this long time establishment doesn’t get more love but it hands down blows away TK Noodles and other similar restaurants. They make fresh egg noodles here.

Hidden gem...may not look like much from the outside but the cooks know how to cook. Very tasty and good size portions. The salt and pepper squid, oysters in clay pot, shrimp & egg over rice are some of my favorites.

Service is fast and efficient, though not particularly warm, and dishes arrive promptly even during busy hours. While the interior could benefit from a refresh, the food quality and value make Han Kee 2 a reliable pick for authentic Cantonese fare—especially when you’re craving roast meats or seafood noodles without the fuss.

The restaurant is pretty darned divey, to be honest. But menu selection is good, they’re really friendly, it’s surprisingly quite clean, and the food is yummy. Won ton Soup are plump and not skimpy. Had some roasted garlic or something that adds a nice flair. Not on the menu, but they special made for us Singaporean chow mein (they have some thick noodles version). Very good. This part of review is strictly for the counter where you can buy cooked meats. BBQ park is very good. Not too fatty. Not to lean. Not too sweet. Just right! Roasted pork belly had excellent crispy skin and great taste. A few pieces were a little on the lean side. But I’m definitely coming back again now that I’ve found them.

If you go to Eastridge and don't care for mall food - or Olive Garden, Han Kee 2 is literally around the corner, a great choice for Cantonese food that won't break your bank. The restaurant is attached to a Chinese barbecue shop. The shop is the first thing you see from the strip mall and from the entrance. Most of daytime, there is little wait. But for dinner, occasionally there can be a short wait. Once you enter the dining area, you get a very traditional Cantonese menu. Dry fried beef chow fun. Salted pork and duck egg porridge. You name it. They also have lots of dishes based on their large repotoir of BBQ meats. Food usually comes quickly. Portions are generous. The taste is really what you expect. The most exciting treat for me is a soymilk drink that I do not find in other restaurants. Try it. You may like it, too. That part of Tully Road is at the edge of Little Saigon. There are lots of food choices in the area. But Han Kee 2 will always be a good choice when you want something fast and inexpensive.

The waiter service was horrible. I ask for my water..twice. And he was standing like 5 feet away from me. The waiter never checked to see how i was doing during my meal. Was it worth $21 ?....absolutely not. I will never come back here again. Both service and food quality was one of the worst ive tasted. Also the quantity of food for 20 bucks sucks. I should of gone for a buffet instead.

The floors, menus, tables, and chairs. The service was unwelcoming, awkward, and rude. I never experienced staff arguing directly in front of a place I was sitting before until then. The food is over priced as well. Will never go there again . Learned my lesson. Thank you Han Kee!!

Lady told me there would be shrimp in the house special fried rice, so I ordered it. There was no shrimp, barely any meat, and just rice. I’m a fool for not checking before I left but damn 16 dollars for some rice is ridiculous!
