We had so much fun at the Itty Bitty Kitty Cafe! When you first arrive they provide snacks and drinks and then you get to go in and play with the kitties. The cats were loving and sociable, all with their own personalities and a variety of ages and breeds. We will for sure be coming back! I recommend this for any cat lover or anyone looking to adopt :)

We came here after visiting some cat cafe's in Asia. This is different as it's not really a "cafe", but still an awesome place to go. You reserve 50 min (recommend in advance on their site), and choose one of two rooms. Each room is very clean, and has about maybe 8-10 kittens in each. You get to play and pet them. They are all very friendly, which was surprising given that we were complete strangers to them. One kitten basically claimed me at the start and fell fast asleep in my lap. There's no treats or feeding. But they are kittens and they love to play. Also as they are young, their dander is almost not noticeable. I'm allergic to cats (adult ones) and I had no issues there. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fix to play with a bunch of cute kittens. :)

Absolutely loved this place! Found them on a whim while scrolling through instagram and so happy I did. Everyone is so nice and helpful. There were 14 kittens in our room to play with (and if you’re looking to adopt you can)! I booked for 4 people in our room so we got the playroom to just our party which was amazing. Definitely want to come back - the kittens were adorable

This was so fun! Most members of my family are allergic to cats so we knew we couldn’t take one home but we really wanted to! The facilities are clean and there are lots of toys to engage the cats. Or you can sit and pet the quiet ones. It’s a great place to see the animals’ personalities to figure out if they are what you’re looking for.

The kitten cafe is such a great way to get these babies adopted. I visited the cafe and fell in love with several. I took my time and spoke with the fosters to get details on personality and if they had been raised with dogs. I took my time and adopted the perfect pair. They are doing fantastic with my dog. Thank you again for being a great rescue!

Adopting from the IBOK has been a wonderful experience. Before our family was ready to adopt, we had a chance to just play with the cuties and even have some delicious snacks. When we were finally ready to bring home some new furry family members, we were extremely well vetted and educated by the staff. They care deeply about the kittens and work hard to make sure they truly have a happy forever home.

I had so much fun at the Itty Bitty Kitty Cafe! I got to play with a bunch of cute, healthy kittens. There's a small fee which helps to support this wonderful place as they try to get these darling babies adopted! Please do what you can to support this wholesome place! And it's in nearby Cambrian Park Plaza on Union Ave & Camden Ave. They're open on weekends.

Best $15 ever spent. So much fun to play with kittens for an hour! They adopt in pairs, as the kittens are bonded. Completely run by volunteers. Great organization!

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. I went with my daughter and my sister and we enjoyed every moment with the kittens. There were also adult cats who kept to themselves, but did allow us to pet them! We will be coming back again!

Was extremely fun, plenty of tiny kittens to play with and there were only 4 people per room so they were not too cramped and the kitten to person ratio was high :) In fact we are also adopting a pair of kittens from them and they have been very accommodating and the process has been relatively painless.

it was so fun! there were about 15 cute little kittens to play with. they were getting a little sleepy because it was the end of the day so some wanted to play and some just wanted to curl up and sleep in my lap. it was less expensive than other cat cafes I've been too with more kittens present. i went to one a few years ago that was $30 for 30 minutes and only had 3 cats. visiting the kitten playroom really helped me relax from my stress from school and just enjoy the pure happiness of playing with kittens. i recommend the kitten playroom to anyone who loves cats and wants to take their mind off their life stress by watching and petting adorable kittens.

The person in charge was very rude and abrupt. We immediately felt unwelcome and at the end of our visit we felt like they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. A couple of the cats were quite overstimulated and the volunteer kept dangling toys in front of their faces, stimulating them even more. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I reached out about adopting a kitten through PetPlace.com and received a confirmation email that said the next step was to book an appointment to meet the kitten. I emailed the kitten café directly to schedule a visit, but the person replied saying they hadn’t received my “application.” I explained that I had only submitted an inquiry and even forwarded my confirmation email. When I asked if the kitten would be at the café over the weekend, I was told yes. So, I went there, but a note on the door said they were fully booked. A staff member came out, checked my name, and brought out the person I had been emailing. Instead of kindly explaining the process, she spoke to me very rudely and loudly said, “Application or reservation!” as if scolding me. I was honestly shocked and felt so uncomfortable that I was about to cry — I just wanted to meet the kitten before filling application and didn’t realize an application or reservation was required first. After she saw how upset I was, she calmed down a bit and told me I could look at the kittens through the glass, but they were hiding. She finally said to fill out the application and they would “consider it.” I think the way I was treated was unnecessarily harsh. Unfortunately, with this behavior, I won’t be filling out any adoption applications here. I hope they learn to treat potential adopters with more kindness and understanding in the future.
