They are very clean and organize... The flavors are very tasty... The fruits and topping are always fresh.. they are very friendly and nice tot he customers... My friends and I always go there..

12 flavors of frozen yogurt, tons of toppings, price is decent.. got decent amount of yogurt and toppings for me and the daughter for $5, quiet place to sit down and escape the heat and chat with my 5 year old.

Luckily when we went it wasn't very crowded , I got the green tea ice cream with strawberries .. It was cool to see them making the roll up ice cream and chose our own toppings . The ice cream itself was flavorful and wasn't overloaded with sugar .. The service is good , ice cream is delish .. worth a trip if you are in the neighborhood !

Fun and satisfying snack for all, especially on a warm day (but I'll take it on cold days too!)

Service was really good. Atmosphere very clean. The last few times didn't have my favorite flavor.

Flavors weren't that great. Texture of regular flavors like strawberry not as good as texture of vanilla. Mango gross. Topping options ehhhh alright Ive had better.

Overall a nice place, but whenever I go here the yogurt flavors are always off putting and unnatural tasting. The chocolate and vanilla are solid though as in the selection of fruit.

Hours not consistent. Google says they are open but I came here twice now and they are closed :(

The times I go here are because it's convenient and I'm craving something sweet. And then I usually regret going. The vibe I get from the workers is that I as a paying customer am interrupting their enjoyment of an otherwise quiet place to sit. There's other frozen yogurt places nearby that make me feel more welcome.

Must’ve switched owners recently, not open during stated hours - no good anymore Update - no employees visible and closed at 2pm on a Saturday, DO NOT GO HERE

Kim was very racist towards me. I walked in with a smile despite being the only customer she didn’t make any efforts to smile and speak to me. When I approached the counter she gave me a look of absolute disgust as if I was begging for something free. Shameless racist behavior! Very disrespectful I will not be returning again. This place also had a very bad smell and was very dirty.

Yuck went there for my son to have Mother’s Day froyo with his mother. They enjoyed their time together but we did not enjoy our frozen yogurts. They were lacking in flavor and seemed very generic. I will not be giving this franchise a second try.

The people who own this store don’t care to show up. The hours always say they’re open but they never are. Owners leave early, don’t open on random days, and definitely never open until 10. I showed up middle of afternoon today, door opened but lady came from the back and said no not open lol. Go to yopop on Almaden expressway :) super nice always open always yummy

The google and the website state that it is open but when I go to the store in person the lights are off and the doors are closed. I just want my yogurt treat after the gym and it’s always been closed I’ve checked every time I go. I’ve also tried to call in advance but no one replies and when someone does they don’t reply and hangs up. Please help

Not a fan of this frozen yogurt shop. The previous owner was very meticulous about keeping it clean, professional, and organized but it’s not like that anymore. It feels like you’re walking into someone’s house not a professional store. The toppings look old and taste like cleaner and are not store in a sanitary way. There is no supervision over the toppings which seems gross especially during Covid times. There are lots of random freezers and things in the store. I won’t be back.

I really wanted to like this place because of the location. Unfortunately, it just doesn't compare to the other frozen yogurt places in the area. Not very clean either.
