Very tasty hu-tieu Nam-vang, item number one on the menu. It is the restaurant signature dish served with two options "set-aside soup" or "with soup". For the prior option, soup is placed in a small bowl whereas the other option, soup is poured over the dish. The wait time is long during peak hours of lunch or dinner.
This place is small but they were able to fit my party of 11 @12pm. We got lucky because this place was packed. Everything was delicious!
This my family’s favorite place to get hu tieu (rice noodles). Their pickled garlic, soup, flavor, everything is amazing. Price is super reasonable with fast service. Park on the street or at target to avoid the hectic plaza parking. Favorite order is #7 the wontons with bbq pork get it dry with soup on the side.
This is one of regular spots I go to weekly. The Nam Vang Kho Mi with their special sauce is such comfort and delight to the palate. And it is the same each time, key for comfort as a result of consistency. I know it may not be a traditional or original Vietnamese dish (as I have been informed) but I do not care. It is good and you should try it. Just one recommendation to the owner: please stop serving water in 'Solo' plastic picnic cups. :)
It’s cozy place for friends to have a nutritious meal together. Staffs are very friendly. Food is delicious. Recommend.
Highly recommend seafood noodle! You can try with soup as normal or you can choose the dried version with soup on the side. I don’t like Cha Gio, but it’s ok not bad at all.

Seems like they just opened. Food was great, portions tend to run small though. Fast service.
We went on a Saturday during lunchtime. It was really crowded so it took a while to get the food. I order the nam vang hu tieu kho with egg noodle. It was pretty good, nothing more and nothing less than a simple bowl of hu tieu kho. Next time, I’d get the hu tieu noodle because I think it comes with a different sauce that I might prefer more.
Shout out to this place for making a real "Nam Vang" style noodles. The flavor of the sauce and the soup are just right. The service size is quite small while comparing with the price and other places i have been but still OK. I don't quite like their fried shrimp dumpling because they use too much fish cake paste with it so it nothing like the real fried shrimp dumping should be. It's good in overall and will be back soon.
Bowl was small and I was left hungry. The #2 dac biet dry $16.25 is the same as #1 but with an extra bone. There weren't a lot of meat on the bones. It is pointless to get an extra bone. The egg noodles tasted fine and that was the best part of this bowl. The other stuff were boiled and needed the sweet soy sauce on the table to taste good. Service was weak. No water refills and the restaurant was not busy.
Simple Eats San Jose’s Little Saigon is a treasure trove of simple comfort eats Rather than advance reservations or prix-fixe menus, you find an abundance of flavors served simply and quickly I dropped by Leung Noodle to try of the newer Cambodian style Hu Tieu noodle specialists At 10:30 AM, the place was packed and bustling…always a good sign The menu focuses on only one item - Hu Tieu - and simply offers multiple customization options I ordered the Dac Biet (special) that is served with a large pork bone. I chose the dry style with soup on the side, chose both egg and rice noodle, and ordered a simple beef ball soup for extra broth Flavors are great, especially the signature sauces and the condiment game is strong with delicious pickled garlic and chili oil I found Leung Noodle cleaner than Nam Vang, less artificial tasting than Dalat, and with a more authentic Hu Tieu version than China Chen noodle options (I ❤️ China Chen) Leung Noodle (Silver Creek, San Jose) has no geolocation or instagram handle 📷 #2 Dac Biet (Saigon Special), Kho (Dry style with special sauce), Hu Tieu Mi (Rice and Egg noodles) $15.50 ~ Saigon shrimp and pork, (#1 toppings of slice pork, ground pork, liver, heart, shrimp, squid, fried garlic, green onions, cilantro / Beef Ball Soup $6 📍Leung Noodle (San Jose, CA) Indoor dining only. Credit cards including AmEx accepted. $0.50 surcharge for credit cards.
Delicious soup, had the bbq pork. Pork was tender and tasty. Subbed bean sprout for noodles, keto friendly choice. Why only 4 stars? No drinks without sugar. No ice tea, or soda, only water. Odd. Also, the veggies to go with soup had serious spots, and should not have been served.
Went to try this place out because it's not your typical Viet Mi Noodles, and honestly, i was not disappointed. They do the typical Mi here, but they also do it Cambodian style. I got the Mi combination that has the dry noodles with sauce on them and the pork bone broth on the side. Add some garlic, jalapeños, or chili oil to the noodles, and it's so good. The place is small, so you need to choose a good time to go, we went after 1 so we missed out on the lunch crowd. They do charge you extra for CC transactions, so you may want to bring some cash to pay for your meal. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It may not be worth a line wait but is worth trying.
Amazing food! Love it! Small restaurant so the atmosphere is quite limited. Portion is pretty small too. But they are DELICIOUS!
A nice little store where you can eat flavorful Vietnamese noodles, I'll surely come back to.

Tried this spot after hearing good things. The soup was flavorful, but portions—especially the meat and amount of noodles were small. The cha gio lacked crunch and had an off texture. The flavor was not good! Probably wouldn’t return. Parking is cramped as always in this area.
Food was okay but the service was terrible, not friendly or clear at all, slow, no water refill. Parking slot here in this area is always like the nightmare.
The broth was delicious but the portion seems to be small compared to other similar options with similar price ranges

It seems to be a family-run restaurant where the kids help out, but the service really needs improvement. When I dined in, the restaurant wasn’t very clean, the portions were small, and there wasn’t much meat. I gave them another chance over the phone, but the young lady who answered was rude and hung up on me. Not recommended, and I won’t be back.

Taste like what you would get in Asia. But very oily. Eat this frequently and cardiovascular diseases incoming.
Food was meh. How can meat be dry in a soup? That is confusing. They brought us wrong order, food lagged to come out because of that. Huge food shipment coming in on dollys right next to us in the aisle.

Is it normal to be charged $1.00 for a to-go order? I’ve never seen anywhere charge both kinds of fees? -Togo: $0.50 -Under $20 fee: $0.50 —Total fees: $1.00
