They had me in and out, fresh bread out all day.

Clean and fully stocked in the early morning. The service could have been a tad bit faster. But the person at the counter was patient and answered all our questions. We tried the veg out bagel - came with chips. It's good with the shear and the veggies. Fresh start to the day with the balance in bread and fibre. Will be back to try other bagels.

Opens early with a good menu. Tasted fine, nothing special but nothing bad. Prices are a little high but isn't too high compared to recent fast food places. You can use their app if you frequent it for points. Would drop by if you enjoy bagel sandwiches.

Great stuff! But I still can't stand the attitude of the staff. They never smile and aren't friendly at all. I asked once and the cashier said they were tired. I guess partying all night isn't conducive to good customer service. But the bagels and sandwiches are great. One pet peeve... referring to cream cheese and other spreads as SMEARS. I can't help but think of an OB/GYN office every time. CALL IT WHAT IT IS!

The food is really good. We tried a six cheese bagel with chive and onion cream cheese which was pretty good and also a jalapeño bacon bagel which was decent as well. But the best thing We tried, which all the spice lovers would like as well was the jalapeño salsa cream cheese on an everything bagel. Especially loved that!! Cutting one star as their menu is a little confusing and for first timers you really need to look real hard to decide what you want exactly.

I like the bagels and coffee's. But the breakfast sandwiches are lackluster at best. Eggs are supper small and breakfast meats are severely undercooked. Much better off sticking to bagels, they are not a real sandwich maker in my opinion. To many shortcuts and sandwiches are just "ok". As in its just food but not great or good.

First, let me say that the bagels are always good. However, I went to pick up a bakers dozen at around 10am, to feed some volunteers, and very few flavors were left. I know its a busy place but I always though it safe to assume a place keeps the items of its namesake well stocked. For the second time my drink orders were not made until i asked if they were ready, as if theres a disconnect between the cashier and the rest of the team. Last complaint, the box handles ripped just as i got to my car and the shmear tub went rolling under the car parked next to mine. Sigh.

They have very delicious and variety of bagels. Noah’s bagels has a great history and I always recommend it to my friends and family. The reason why I am giving (this location) 3 stars because the employees have to pay more attention to the orders and how to make them according to the customers request. 2 out of 10 they make my order right and one day they totally forgot half of my order.

Good flavor, but NOT a NY Bagel. Too soft and no twist. You will be let down if you are from the East Coast.

They have plenty of seating available inside but they aren’t open yet for indoor seating, we managed to get a table available outside. The bagels were chewy, didn’t feel warm neither toasted even after mentioning about same. Although I do appreciate the staff, I had a free egg n cheese sandwich as a reward through mobile app and there was an issue to redeem the reward, specific to this store at the time of ordering. However, the lady at the cash counter apologized and still offered me the free egg n cheese sandwich so yes I am giving three stars for the customer service but the bagels weren’t upto Noah’s standard, the egg and cheese didn’t feel fresh and go the best of quality, cream and cheese tasted different too.

Every time I go to this location, there is some kind of mistake or delay with my order. I don't ask for anything special, just regular menu items. I didn't even get a choice of bagel. The morning crew is so unhappy, no smiles. People stand in line for a few minutes and there is no one acknowledging them or taking their orders. Twenty minutes to wait for a bagel is too long.

I came for lunch here and had the Texas Breakfast Bagel which is beef brisket, with a fried egg and cheese in a bagel bun with cheese and Jalapeños. It was ok, but nothing more. The brisket was fairly tasteless and it was so greasy it was dripping out of the packet when it was served. The potential is there, but needs refining for sure. The coffee was also very watery and not worth having. There are much better places in the near vicinity.

The bagels are great for California (this coming from a Jersey girl who is always searching for a decent NY bagel ;-). The only problem is the inventory. As I typically come on Fridays after a nearby Pilates class that ends around 10am, I was finding that sometimes the bagels I like (mainly the "everything" bagel, which I assume is one of the most popular, and my boyfriend's favorite jalapeno cheddar) were often out and they weren't planning to make any more. So I started ordering online early in the morning and scheduling my pickup. Well, today I ordered at 6:56am, but when I showed up at my scheduled 10am pickup time, my order wasn't ready because *they were completely out of everything I ordered* (4 everything and 2 jalapeno cheddar). Which is crazy since I specifically ordered before 7am to avoid this exact problem! I just don't understand why they can't keep the inventory available of their most popular bagels all morning, particularly when they know someone has placed an order several hours earlier! Super disappointing. The staff was at least nice enough to offer me a free cream cheese, but this really shouldn't happen.

Ask for a breakfast bagel 🥯 with Turkey and cheese and one egg, they ask if I wanted saguge or Turkey meat, I said Turkey, bite in to it saw a Turkey PATTY!!!! NOT FRESH TURKEY MEAT!! Bad experience every time. Every. Single. Time. Burnt and cold coffee, messed up orders, long wait times. Yesterday I got an everything bagel. I opened it to find all the toppings scraped off. How does that even happen? I'm just amazed that a store can be so bad in so many new and surprising ways. Points for innovation I guess.

I came here because it had the best reviews of the Noah's in the area. However, my bagel was not toasted as I asked, no capers on my nova lox, no pickle on the side as requested. When I was given the pickle, it was soggy and tasted old. When we came in, they did say hello and asked us if we were ready, but the quality of the sandwich was very unfortunate. Red onions and cucumbers were sliced way too thick and it all was made sadder by the untoasted bagel.

I have never written a negative review before but today was just too much! I have just starting going to this location. The service has always been on the slow side even when not that crowded but generally the staff was friendly. Today, I waited more than 10 minutes (after I had ordered it) for a bagel with cream cheese before I asked if my order would be ready soon. Mind you there was only one customer ahead of me. I guess the two young people behind the counter did not like that I asked and when I finally got my order, I was shocked by the amount of time it took and I didn't even get a thank you for waiting. What was even more shocking was there was almost no cream cheese on it but enough to say they didn't forget to put it on the bagel.. I guess they thought they would be funny and tamper with my order. Unfortunately, I was already at my office when I opened my bagel. I highly doubt I will ever go back as who knows what they might do to my next order. This is really to bad as I do love the pretzel bagel. The manager needs to talk to the staff working this morning or you will lose more customers.

Bagel was good like always unfortunately service was terrible , 3 bad employees looking each other to see who is going to take care of me and they didn’t show any empathy to me as a customer , guys we bring the money to pay your salaries, wake up, doing better maybe can have better tip, means more money every day in your pocket. I’m really. Sorry to see that kind the actitud and how bad this place change . Now I realized way was empty. Corporate, managers choose better employees and make changes before you have to closed that place for bad customer service. Also this place needs better maintenance and clean up.

This is the WORST location of Noah's ever! Do not come here. They took so long, even though we placed the order ahead via the app. When we arrived, the place was not busy at all, but the team was just goofing around behind the counter, flirting, etc. We waited another 20 minutes before receiving our 2 bagels! Another customer came on and her order from the app was completely wrong and they had to restart it. Ridiculous. I was do upset and after walking awayI tried calling to speak with the manager, but no one picked up the phone. They were probably too busy flirting with each other. Also, masks were not being worn properly, which probably warrants a report to the County. I think Noah's Corporate probably wants to have this location on their radar for new management.

I just had a terrible service experience at this Noah’s. Being curious, I looked@this site and continue to see similar complaints. The responses always seem to ask for more information. I’m guessing that people who have had bad experiences take the time to report in order to cause some positive effect. However, it’s not the customers job to fix the problems. It seems to me that recurring problems should be addressed by who ever has ultimate responsibility for this business. Go to the store and watch the customer service. It’s your responsibility to fix the problems, or not, if you choose.

Spent 34 bucks plus a tip. They did not have salt bagels which is what I wanted. I was barred from using the bathroom. Sent next door to Starbucks only to be turned away due to a homeless person being in there for a “long time”. Definitely won’t be back to this location. Dine in is not an option. You can sit outside on dirty chairs in the cold.

Huge fan of Noah’s for years but this address is awful. It took forever for 1 toasted bagel. I stood in front of the counter by myself for several minutes before any of the four staff even acknowledged that I was standing there waiting. Worst of all, the bagels taste like they are bought from the store and not baked fresh. Sad to see. I will not be returning.

I ordered a sourdough bagel with butter. 11 minutes later I asked a female employee about my bagel and she was rude, apathetic, and didn't even look at me and replied, "there were sveral large orders ahead of you." I get that fact. My bagel takes 30 seconds to make, wouldn't it make sense to clear out my butter bagel? And why did people behind me get their orders before I did? There are other better bagel alternatives in the area such as Main St Bagel across the street and Bagel St. Cafe on Technology. Support your mom and pop shops who appreciates their customers.U If you read other reviews there's a similarity about this location: one rude employee.

Wanted a bagel. Pulled around the side at 1:30 because the handicap parking was full. Employee inside watched me through the window. Got to the door at 1:33 and it was locked. Sign says that they close at 2:00. I certainly won't make that mistake again.

Placed a picked up order when I am at the mall. Waited there over 30mins and see other walk-in after me leaves with a warm breakfast. I had let the cashier know I am there for the pickup order. No one making the online order in those 30 mins.
